Job Purpose

To provide MashreqBank customer's financial services which exceed the customer's expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and seamless service.


Key Result Areas

Achieve monthly Insurance FER (personal banking) & individual target

Proactively work towards satisfying the needs of the customer through REAC.

Acquire, develop and strengthen Insurance acquisition through effective relationship

management in accordance with business goals

Contribute to Front-line of Branch staff through accomplishment of Insurance FER targets

by training and skilling SSOs to confidently promote OTC Insurance products

Manage and develop relationships with new and existing Personal Banking customers

through professional consultative financial analysis

Active sourcing and prospecting of Personal Banking customers for Wealth Insurance

products

Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information updates and trend analysis

Ensure superior customer service thereby contributing to the overall customer experience

of Mashreq

Profile each and every customer met to understand their needs.

Customer retention is also the SSOs responsibility.

Improve on service levels at the branches.

Take ownership of customer complaint on Insurance. C0-ordinate with respective teams and Insurance providers for resolution

Be a team player and contribute to achievement of goals based on the Key Performance Indicators, in the Branch. Also to support and coach new staff to make easier their assimilation in the MB family.

Provide constructive and constant feedback on improvement of : Insurance products, services, processes which may either reduce cycle time or costs or enhance customer satisfaction.

Minimizing Insurance attrition.

Customer acquisition through sales to walk-ins and through tracking the activities viz. Contacts to Appointments kept and Appointment kept to Sales.

Increasing share of wallets of high risk customers to prevent an easy exit.

Meeting with the set service standards (indicators and surveys).

Ownership of customer complaints.

Reduction of PIR

Contribute towards acceptable audit rating for the Branch.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Thorough knowledge of products, services policies and processes of retail banking in MashreqBank.

The job holder will have to possess the following skills:

Job Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end Project Management Activities related to Risk Management and Credit Management groups. The role delivers Project Management Outputs for the Transformation Program centralizing business, functional, operational and technical aspects of the Program. The role requires the incumbent to plan, manage, execute, track and implement complex corporate banking functional and technology solutions including complex projects, and ensure delivery in line with customer expectation (internal and external) within the base-lined schedule, budget and scope parameters; including but not limited to overseeing the testing strategy and execution, quality and compliance controls, and production stability after change movement. Key Result Areas

On top of the agenda is the creation of the Program Master Plan which has to incorporate all the initiatives defined as pillars of the program

Effective tracking of Cost Approval requests, utilization and alerting management as and when needed

Strict adherence in following defined processes (Incident Management and Problem Management)

Should be able to include activities that will complement the Transformation Program eg the building blocks of an Ecosystem

Should manage collaboration of the business case that will support the Program, its development and approval, also including Finance teams to provide the necessary funding. Each activity should be tracked in line with budget approved.

Reporting is a critical activity that should be performed with the highest standards, should be accurate, timely and well organized

Vendor Management: to be totally connected with all vendors participating in the program, coordinating their activities and outputs.

Should design the necessary project plans to engage customers in the process, following the defined customer journey initiative

Execute the Front to Back digitalization initiative, coordinating all the necessary areas of the Bank that should participate and contribute on it, including front, middle and back office Facilitate the necessary project plans to assure a proper and integral integration of the ongoing digital initiatives of the bank to assure consistency and to avoid duplication of efforts.

The role has a Global Scope, to properly coordinate the participation of all the countries where the Bank has decided to implement the solution.

Should take ownership of each Governance instance defined to conduct the Program, including Steering Committees, Project and Working ones, as well as all working meetings that includes internal and external people participating in each of the initiatives of the program

Provide extensive leadership in digital technology, including Continuous Delivery, Cloud Strategy, automation and key technology / vendor selections

Work closely with vendors to ensure solutions are technically compliant

Prior experience in dealing business stakeholders from Risk Management and Credit Management operations is must

Keep up-to-date on new technology, standards, protocols and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment

Provide solutions and technology leadership across a range of corporate banking technologies including, but not limited to, Mobile/Web Frameworks, Portals, Web Content Management and Collaboration Platforms

Strong technical knowledge across multiple information security domains and a solid SDLC/ SW development background.
