Don’t make useless comments (like "very true!", "good post", etc.) but make sure you write something worthwhile, related to the post's content. The 'name of the game' is to engage with your community.
These are shown prominently on your profile and ensure that you are regarded as a "subject matter expert" in your field. 99%of Recruiters go through your 'activity' and determine your level of 'COMPETENCY' & most importantly 'ATTITUDE' by what you've written. So, do this seriously, every day, committing at least 30-40 minutes per day. Thank me later when you reap the benefits of doing this…
