We need an Animator,

Our client is seeking a talented and passionate Animator to join their dynamic and collaborative advertising and creative agency. In this results-oriented role, you'll play a pivotal role in translating client objectives into compelling visual narratives through animation. You'll collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure brand alignment and seamless execution across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize & Design: Develop innovative and engaging animation concepts for a diverse range of projects, including advertisements, explainer videos, social media content, and more.
Brand Alignment: Meticulously ensure all animation elements meticulously adhere to client brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity across platforms and campaigns.
Collaboration: Foster close collaboration with the creative team to effectively grasp project requirements, refine storyboard concepts, and develop impactful animation treatments.
Communication & Efficiency: Utilize storyboards, animatics, and clear visual references to effectively communicate animation ideas and maintain project momentum by managing multiple projects and deadlines with efficiency.
Staying Ahead of the Curve: Continuously stay abreast of industry trends, embracing the latest design tools and technologies to elevate the agency's creative capabilities and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Animation, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or a closely related field (preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in animation.
Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D).
In-depth understanding of animation principles, timing, motion dynamics, and character animation.
Excellent visual storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging narratives.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to integrate constructive feedback and refine designs accordingly.
Experience with video editing and compositing a plus. (Knowledge of 3D animation, motion graphics, and special effects is desirable but not required.)
Strong English literacy skills.

Your key duties

The purpose of this role is to provide proactive Design Management to deliver Major Building and/or Infrastructure Projects in the Middle East. You will be responsible for successful project execution and delivery, client interface, and leading the technical quality of all project-related matters. Oversee and lead all design execution for your designated role by managing remote design teams, located Jeddah - Saudi Arabia.

Provide technical input into design-related material and deliverables within the scope of BH
Leading the BIM approach to design development and collaboration
Management of issues, risks and project change requests related to design, to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Overseeing RIBA design stages within individual projects, and masterplan developments.
Reviewing design submissions for gateway approvals
Partaking in value engineering and cost validation exercises
Supporting the Project Manager/Director in the overall project deliverables
Creating RFPs for design consultants and related activities
Writing weekly and monthly reports on the design progress
Client liaison on all design matters
Develop the best way in which programs or projects are to be structured, directed and managed, including the optimal organisation structure, authority and decision-making roles
Define the organisation of the design and delivery process, including the level of client interface and oversight, resources and skills, design cycles, assurance approach, information and communication management and design packaging approach
Support the Project Planner in developing the schedule and strategic milestones, analyse key dependencies and test various phasing options.
Evaluate the progress of a project to detect limitations or faults in order to seek solutions to a more efficient process
Use processes to delegate and ensure even distribution of tasks to project team members
Conduct feasibility studies and oversee the selection of consultants and sub-consultants
Support the growth and improvement of the PDM processes and procedures

Your skills and experience

A person who demonstrates the experience of working with clients and a broad understanding of the design process. You will be able to demonstrate a profile of:

A highly organised, creative, and conscientious individual, capable of managing multiple key stakeholder expectations
Able to operate in a BIM environment, familiar with REVIT, BIM360 and Navisworks
Excellent written, visualisation and verbal communication skills, and can easily simplify complex concepts into compelling narratives to both technical and non-technical audiences
A positive, resilient attitude with a willingness to undertake volume work processes
Experience of acting as a mentor and coach to their team
Proven ability to manage time and act with pace, demonstrating a highly organised approach to work, and customer service.
A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field.
Demonstrable leadership skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to write complex reports and RFPs
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational and technical skills
Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Experience with interactive design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is an advantage.
Understanding of social media platforms, content management, and basic digital marketing.

From high-profile production shoots and immersive technology demos to large-scale public events and VIP engagements, your work will span creative, technical, and operational domains, helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, while also contributing to how we shape and share the story of our work with the world.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both production and creative environments, communicates clearly and confidently, and brings an eagerness to learn, support, and grow. You'll be collaborating with internal teams, clients, partners, VIP guests, and a variety of stakeholders, often in high-pressure situations where professionalism, poise, and initiative are essential.

Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of complex, high-profile projects across multiple areas: including holographic production shoots, executive demos, tech showcases, and public experiences.

Assist in managing schedules, logistics, stakeholder communications, and on-the-ground coordination, ensuring seamless operations from preparation to delivery.

Represent the production team with confidence and diplomacy when working with VIPs, clients, partners, and senior leadership.

Help track project progress from initial planning through to post-delivery anticipating challenges, flagging risks, and ensuring follow-through.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and confident when engaging with VIPs and other key stakeholders.
