This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant market and help clients with their property needs in the capital of the UAE.

As a Real Estate Agent in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in residential and commercial properties. You will utilize your knowledge of the local market to provide expert guidance, conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and build long-lasting relationships with clients.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably within the Abu Dhabi market.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients.

Proven negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction.

Comprehensive understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and industry dynamics.

Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and social media for marketing.

A real estate license or relevant certifications are a plus.

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.

A valid UAE driver's license is preferred.

We need a Specialist - Developers’ Affairs,

Role Summary:

The Registration Authority’s Real Estate & Infrastructure Division is dedicated to supervising the growth and development of the Real Estate Sector on Al Maryah Island and Al Reem Island. Our core mission is to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for clients form both international and regional backgrounds, offering support to expedite their business operations and startups.

The Specialist-Developers’ Affairs is responsible for ensuring streamlined coordination of project registration processes, supports regulatory onboarding for new developments, and drives procedural enhancements to uphold transparency, efficiency, and compliance in line with ADGM’s real estate governance framework. The Specialist also supports the integrity of the real estate folio registry and contributes to policy enhancements and audit readiness.

Operational Responsibilities

Stakeholder Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact to support developers in navigating project registration, submission requirements, and compliance obligation through the development lifecycle.

Onboarding & Outreach – Organize and conduct onboarding, orientation workshop, and regulatory briefings for new and existing developers.

Data Integrity & Compliance Monitoring – Identify and resolve discrepancies between actual site progress and digital folio records to ensure accuracy and integrity of development data.

Process Enhancement & Policy Development – Contributes to the review and improvement of internal procedures, guidelines and SOPs related to project registration, obligations, and record management.

Knowledge Management – Maintain institutional knowledge through proper documentation of precedents, procedural clarifications, and project decisions.

Ancillary Duties

Project Monitoring & Record Reconciliation– Tracks and reports on project development stages to ensure registry updates align with construction milestones.

Process Optimization – Identifies procedural bottlenecks and recommend solutions to enhance developer interactions and document submission workflows.

Technology Integration – Assist in the design and rollout of digital tools that enhance visibility into project status, approvals, and registry movements.

Information Security related

Understand, adopt, adhere and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and as per best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.

Confidentiality, Integrity and availability of the ADGM Information shall be maintained at all times i.e. within as well as outside ADGM.

Education

A good tertiary degree in real estate management or related field.

Professional certification in real estate, property registration or project management.

Work Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate development, property registration or government/authority liaison roles.

Proven ability to manage real property folios, development management, land registration in regulatory environment.

Desirable

Familiarity with off-plan project registration, escrow mechanisms, and strata documentation processes in the UAE a plus.

Understanding of UAE property laws, land department procedures, and off-plan sale regulations is preferred.

Chief Executive Officer - Job Duties:

Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives
Oversee all the business operations internally and externally to ensure their consistency and alignment with the current strategy.
Work on the development of five internal divisions (Sales / Property Management / Development / Marketing and Valuation):
Create and proffer the developmental plan for each division to the board of directors within a pre-defined submission timeline.
Focus on the creation of the plans generally to present it to the Board and take the approval for the execution and follow-up process.
Concentrate on increasing the revenue for each department concurrently with maintaining the cost expenses as much as possible.
Review all the financial / non-financial reports regularly and devise improved solutions upon requirement.
Work with the executives to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
Work on the organization's budget and present the amended plan to the board of directors.
Issue minutes of meeting (MOM) to every meeting held by the Board of Directors.
Perform an overall restructure of the organization.
Analyze problematic situations and provide wise solutions and decisions.
Maintain a deep knowledge of the market and industry of the organization.
Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the organization's legality and business ethics.
