We need a Universe Manager

Universe Manager(Job Number: UNI000023)

Description

Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
Develop a commercial policy, a season layout plan, in addition to an annual timetable for commercial campaigns
Recommend price modifications based on benchmarking in order to maintain competitiveness
Monitor the Universe sales figures, inventory, profit and loss report and ensure that weekly and seasonal targets are achieved by the team
Manage the Universe staff by preparing schedules, setting goals and objectives, managing performance, training and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved
Monitor stock levels on a continuous basis, assist the Shop Manager in making inventories on a regular basis, maintain inventories and re-order merchandise when needed in order to ensure adequate stocks and maximum range and size availability at all times
Develop and maintain a calendar for the shop events and communicate it to the team in order to ensure smooth and timely running of activities; supervise the communication of shop events and promotions to customers through social media tools
Communicate with wholesales customers to ensure timely answering of their needs, and liaise with local sports clubs in order to increase brand awareness and boost sales
Handle the closing at the end of day in coordination with the Cashier by controlling the preparation of cash money, electronic cards slips, discounts, and VAT vouchers; ensure their delivery to the Accounting Department in compliance with company policies and security standards
Perform other related activities such as controlling the process of shipments reception, communicating with local suppliers and negotiating prices, reporting occurring operational issues and other

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of experience in a managerial role
Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events and products
Previous experience in sports goods
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English

Description

Tamkeen Technologies is seeking a Portfolio Manager to provide executive and operational support across organizational and operational activities, while enhancing institutional integration with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves coordinating strategic responses, managing executive-level protocols and engagements, overseeing documentation and confidential information, and ensuring seamless team operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive efficiency, maintain accuracy, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Strengthen communication and build relationships with government entities, the private sector, and stakeholders, while supporting responses to inquiries.

Coordinate field visits within the Kingdom in collaboration with relevant entities and departments.

Monitor employee attendance, leave, assignments, secondments, objective setting, and performance evaluations.

Organize, archive, and manage physical and electronic documents, including highly sensitive executive office files, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.

Plan and manage the Executive’s daily agenda, ensuring smooth execution, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing supporting documents and summaries.

Attend executive meetings and committees, capture key decisions, and translate them into actionable tasks with follow-up on execution and reporting on progress.

Track implementation of assignments across departments and provide regular updates, ensuring alignment with sector priorities.

Summarize reports and correspondence into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making.

Organize committee work, including preparing presentations, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.

Review proposals submitted to the Executive and provide recommendations based on data analysis and impact assessment.

Coordinate with relevant entities to prepare responses, ensure closure of topics, and manage official protocols for events, workshops, and executive visits.

Provide support to consultants within the sector to facilitate execution of tasks.

Perform any other related duties as directed

Requirements.

BSc degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).

(6-8) years of experience in portfolio/program management, or a comparable area preferably supporting senior executives or working within government or large organizations.

Skills:

Stakeholder coordination and alignment.

Executive communication and reporting.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving.

Handling confidential information with discretion.

Presentation and documentation.

Business Manager (Centrepoint)

Responsible for the overall success driving sales, reinforcing operations, and staff development, as well as overall service and brand integrity for the store

Managing the P&L to achieve company sales, service goals & overall financial targets

To manage the day to day operational and staffing requirements of the store including rota, security, finance, personnel & maintenance issues

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Specialist who will drive our marketing efforts across digital platforms. Requirements

Strong analytical skills and experience working with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
Proficiency in MySQL in extracting and analyzing campaign performance data.
