RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates core values and safety standards according to the H&P way
Ensures the safe operation of the facility, including the work site, equipment and personnel that come directly under their control and complies with health, safety and environmental legislation
Directs and supervises work of area personnel; determines work priorities and schedules work assignments; interviews and recommends candidates; evaluates, orients, counsels, and trains subordinate personnel and recommends associated personnel action
Defines projects objectives; develops operating plan; including manpower requirements, in compliance with senior management decisions. Develops programs to comply with organization requirements
Analyzes and oversees drilling operations including safety and recommends changes in procedures to meet goals and objectives
Identifies, develops, and recommends revision of standards, operating procedures, and new programs to reduce operating cost and improve efficiency; provides team with clear and concise written and verbal guidelines
Investigates incidents, accidents and injuries and submits reports
Plans and directs team to erect, dismantle, and move drilling rigs
Plans delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and other supplies for use at drill site
Inspects rig and submits rig condition reports
Monitors the conditions of drilling rigs and equipment to ensure preventive maintenance procedures are followed

RIG MANAGER

Evaluates well bore to determine result of drilling
Serves as a liaison with leased oil site operating personnel
Prepares reports for managerial review concerning drilling progress, operational problems, and equipment requirements
Up to date on current WorkDay trainings as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:

Proficient in PC and software such as E.A.M., H&P applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
Must have proven leadership skills
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be committed to the H&P Way and H&P’s core values of Actively C.A.R.E., Service Attitude, Innovative Spirit, Teamwork, and Do the Right Thing
Demonstrated commitment to H&P’s Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and CARE processes (COACH people-based safety, Compass Cards, LifeBelts, JSAs, hot-work, confined space entry, lock-out/tag-out, dropped object prevention, etc.) with a proven track record
Must have the ability to communicate with partner/customers, to effectively handle concerns, performance reviews and to ensure customer satisfaction in general
A demonstrated ability to use critical thinking skills to effectively leverage all resources, both people and equipment
Must be a team player
Demonstrate ability to manage rig maintenance and schedules
Must have superior interpersonal and communication skills
Very flexible and adaptable, able to overcome
Ensures compliance with H&P policies and makes recommendations to coordinate with local requirements
Liaises with statutory authorities
In conjunction with site and in country management, recommends and is responsible for implementing safety and security measures for protection of:

i. Personnel against threat or injury

ii. Intrusion or threat of intrusion by trespassers

iii. Company property and assets against loss from sources, such as fire and theft to include intellectual property and proprietary assets

iv. IT software and hardware, including guarding against IT threats, including identifying risks and seeking assistance from Corporate IT resources

Provides regular updates and reports and partners closely with the Operations Manager and Superintendent
Ensures the employee relations environment facilitates an uninterrupted supply of labor and fulfils management practices to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
Willingness to learn and understand the application of relevant Saudi legislation as it pertains to Drilling, HSE obligations and expectations, financial reporting and audit, Immigration, Import / Export / logistics, Employee Relations
Ability to effectively work in indigenous environments
6 years of rig drilling experience at the Supervisory level

About the Role

Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.

What We Need From You

Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products.
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new business.
Determines customer needs and propose appropriate service needs.
Meets or exceed the new business sales goals.
Completes required Customer Service Agreements, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy.
Develops and maintain an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends and respond accordingly.
Regularly meet with Consumer Sales Manager to review weekly sales activities, progress on goals, and status of prospective customers
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Participates in trade shows and conventions.
Performs any other related tasks as assigned or needed.

Qualifications and Experience

Excellent communication skills.
Valid Bahrain Driving License + owns a car.
Available to join with a 1-month notice period or less.
Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is a plus).
Knowledge in MS Office.

Description

Greet customers and ensure that they are served by shop staff in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards
Develop a commercial policy, a season layout plan, in addition to an annual timetable for commercial campaigns
Recommend price modifications based on benchmarking in order to maintain competitiveness
Monitor the Universe sales figures, inventory, profit and loss report and ensure that weekly and seasonal targets are achieved by the team
Manage the Universe staff by preparing schedules, setting goals and objectives, managing performance, training and motivating employees, in order to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved
Monitor stock levels on a continuous basis, assist the Shop Manager in making inventories on a regular basis, maintain inventories and re-order merchandise when needed in order to ensure adequate stocks and maximum range and size availability at all times
Develop and maintain a calendar for the shop events and communicate it to the team in order to ensure smooth and timely running of activities; supervise the communication of shop events and promotions to customers through social media tools
Communicate with wholesales customers to ensure timely answering of their needs, and liaise with local sports clubs in order to increase brand awareness and boost sales
Handle the closing at the end of day in coordination with the Cashier by controlling the preparation of cash money, electronic cards slips, discounts, and VAT vouchers; ensure their delivery to the Accounting Department in compliance with company policies and security standards
Perform other related activities such as controlling the process of shipments reception, communicating with local suppliers and negotiating prices, reporting occurring operational issues and other

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
2 years of experience in a managerial role
Active participation in at least one sporting activity and expert knowledge of sporting events and products
Previous experience in sports goods
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English

We need a Senior Projects Operations Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Sr Projects Operations Manager to join our vehicle sustainment team in Kuwait. The selected candidate will provide logistics support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
Directs and supervises all support resources for the performance of project assignments and activities.
Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives.
Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned projects and for supporting new business development by leading or assisting with proposals.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 9 years OR 15 years of related Project Management experience.
Must pass a deployment physical examination.
Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver’s License for the location in which the work will be performed, a High School Diploma or GED, and a Passport valid for at least on year beyond the start date.
Must be able to meet all government CONUS Replacement Center (CRC) requirements for foreign travel into operational locations; Travel to hostile areas is required.

Clearance Requirements:

Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance prior to starting this position.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
Must be able to work in high noise areas.
Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard
