- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- **Education; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
- **Experience**: 6 to 12 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 to 5 years in a managerial role.
- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
