Job Purpose:

Lead and develop the brand strategy for food products to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement brand strategies in line with company objectives.

Monitor and analyze market trends and consumer behavior in the food sector.

Manage marketing and advertising campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Support new product development and provide recommendations based on market research.

Track brand performance in terms of sales and market share.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal use of resources.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure products meet customer expectations.

Build strong relationships with agents, partners, and suppliers to ensure effective product promotion.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of brand management experience, preferably in the food sector.

Strong strategic planning and marketing analysis skills.

Excellent leadership and organizational abilities, capable of managing cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of market trends and consumer needs in the food industry.

Ability to work under pressure and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment.

Personal Skills:

Creative thinking and innovation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Passion for the food sector and deep understanding of consumer trends.
