Construction Manager - Office Role, KBR, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Title:

Construction Manager - Office Role

KBR is looking for talented individuals to join our PMC team to work on an exciting project as a Construction Manager for a PMC project to be based in Abu Dhabi – UAE in Contractors Office/ City role.

Candidate must have experience in Mega Offshore Projects.

Requirements

Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience

10+Years in oil and Gas industry.

Strong Experience in Construction activities for the FEED phase of the project.

Must have previous experience working in offshore projects - FEED projects and later shall move to EPC phase.

Must have at least five (5) years of experience in similar position for international Oil &Gas projects.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects – with FEED/ Engineering background

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a pre- requisite for the role.

The role would be based initially in Contractors Office in Abu Dhabi.

As an HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the Human Resources department, overseeing personnel development initiatives and administrative functions This position requires a strong combination of administrative expertise, strategic thinking, and a focus on nurturing a positive work culture and attitude.

HR Administration

Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation and HR policy implementation.

Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies

Lead of payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits

Personnel Development

Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs

Support department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs through performance evaluations and regular

Reporting to Director of Safety Operations, this role acts as lead for execution of Pharmacovigilance (PV) operational activities for the Global Mundipharma Organization within MEA.

Drives efficient management and delivery of all aspects of Local operational activities aligned with vision of centralizing and globalizing Mundipharma Pharmacovigilance system and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing PV Operations leadership within the MEA cluster for conducing local oversight for all activities in all relevant territories including the maintenance of operational documents (SOPs and Work Instructions) and contributes to Safety Management Plans.

2. Responsible for management and oversight of the Global Single Intake vendor within MEA responsible in the relevant territories for executing local operational activities including but not limited to:

Case management

Local Literature monitoring

PV training

Responsible for monitoring compliance and performance metrics and monitors quality and timely delivery of safety outputs by the single global intake vendor

3. Act as the contact person for audits/Inspections and ensures inspection and audit readiness for PV operational matters in the MEA region.

4. A member of global safety team supports the Safety organizations in fulfilling global pharmacovigilance requirements.

Responsible for escalating issues related to Safety operations to the Director of Safety Operations and EEA QPPV, where appropriate.

Drives efficient and effective delivery of PV Operational activities.

5. Participate in global improvement processes impacting Global Safety Organization
