As an HR Manager, you will play a key leadership role in the Human Resources department, overseeing personnel development initiatives and administrative functions This position requires a strong combination of administrative expertise, strategic thinking, and a focus on nurturing a positive work culture and attitude.
HR Administration
Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation and HR policy implementation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies
Lead of payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits
Personnel Development
Develop and implement talent development strategies and programs
Support department heads to identify skill gaps and training needs through performance evaluations and regular
feedback processes
Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and
capabilities
Support career development planning and succession planning initiatives within the organization
Employee Engagement
Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives and create a positive work environment
Promote employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions
Performance Management
Develop and oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and
feedback mechanisms
Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans
Foster a performance-driven culture that aligns department goals with the organization’s objectives
Recruitment and Onboarding
Lead the recruitment of employees based on recruitment plans and requirements that align with the organization’s
values and competencies
Update and maintain an onboarding program that helps new hires integrate smoothly into the company culture and
their roles
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
Act as a mediator in resolving employee conflicts and grievances, ensuring fair and equitable treatment
Promote open communication and facilitate positive employees’ relations
Compliance and Ethics
Ensure adherence to ethical standards, company policies, and legal requirements
Keep updated with employment laws and regulations to mitigate compliance risks
Qualifikationen
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience as HR Manager or similar leadership role
Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor and develop employees
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in performance management, talent development, and training facilitation
Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR data analysis and reporting
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
