Job Description

Key Requirements

• Leading, inspiring, and mentoring a team of developers to build, deliver, and continuously improve upon the dashboard, reporting tool and mobile applications.

• Coaching and developing your team to successfully keep up with the changing business environment, provide technical and market guidance, and deliver tools that continues to improve their clients’ operations; you will manage work for the team and perform as well the detailed technical work yourself.

• Solving complex client challenges by using demonstrated proficiency in software development, tools, processes, and procedures; selecting the proper solution architecture (language, Database, networking etc.) to accomplish the desired end.

• Digging in on the details of technical and data challenges, and building solutions.

• Communicating and working effectively with multidimensional and cross-functional teams to create a dynamic and complementary force within the Client, its partners, and customers.

• Collaborating with a variety of Client profiles beyond technical staff (i.e. marketing, sales, production, quality control, security, operations, etc.) to integrate the desired solution.

• Using experience to offer and implement creative and unique solutions; making connections between previously successful models to the current technical solution.

• Setting and resetting priorities for self, team, and then influencing the priorities for the integrated solution so that the best outcome is achieved.

• Handling tasks of high-complexity and contributing in all phases of customer sales contact, through installation and support. \


Project Management Experience

• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

• Ensure resource availability and allocation

• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

• Report and escalate to management as needed

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders

• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


Application Development Expertise

• Designing and building advanced applications for the iOS / Android platform

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

• Identify transfer learning opportunities and new training datasets.

• Deploy AI models into production.

• Create APIs and help business customers put results of the AI models into operations.

• Keep current of latest AI research relevant to our business domain.


Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience.

• Minimum 7 years software development experience with increasing responsibilities.

• Minimum 3 years in a technical supervisory position, either leading a small team or long-term individual effort.

• Experience with Microservices, Docker, AWS, Analytics, .net, iOS/Android ,Node.js and MySQL/PostgreSQL

• IT asset data collection on regular basis.

TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES:

• Basic understandings on Active directory and TCP/IP Experience in supporting telecom related issues.

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities


• Receive and record technical and/or application support calls from end users.

• Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes.

• Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe. 

• Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls. 

• Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc. 

• Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool.

Key Responsibility

- Achieve quantitative measures of performance in the following areas: Procurement of Goods with overseas suppliers, cost effective means of shipping both inbound and outbound, ensuring all movements are within the guide lines of the concerned government authorities rules and    regulations, timely payment to the overseas supplier’s, Reconciliation basis value and stock quantities, monitoring stock status (available, held, m-inspect, expiry quantities). - Ensure supply of goods are made in the most cost effective move of transport and within the best transit time available. - Monitoring and ensuring that the right temperature is maintained at all times during the transportation of goods to ensure highest quality standards are maintained at all given times. - Adhere and enforce Company SOP, Policies and procedures; loss prevention audit guidelines at all times. Also create measures to ensure compliance by our service providers. - Oversea and support all regions to meet the guidelines set by the respective concerned govt. authorities.

- Monitor the supply movement across the regions.

- Share valuable information, knowledge with your subordinates, train on logistic perspective, govt. guidelines, teamwork, and other etiquettes as per the company and brand requirements.

- Interpret and make decision on operations and stock situations based on inventory positions across the region.

- Communicate loop holes in the supply chain and effective measures to overcome these loop holes, and other related information to the Sr Supply Chain Manager, giving product availability updates whenever requested by any of respective Managers in the F&B team.
