Wood is currently looking for Scheduler Engineer to work in our office in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development schedule to indicate specific milestones agreed upon in the Contract
• Responsible for the development and delivery of the resource loaded, robust baseline project schedules
• Produce of all project plans and associated documents (“S” curves, Histograms, tabulated man hour / progress data)
• Prepare the required weekly and monthly progress reports for the project
• Provide analysis of the progress and schedule performance including productivity and critical path
• Provide the Project Team with the relevant planning and reporting information
• Ensure that all services and deliverables conform to Company, Client and Protect QA Plan, policies requirements and standards
• Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information
• Assisting with development of change notifications by highlighting impact on schedule and assist with related tracking and re-baselining effort
• Obtaining deliverables and drawing lists and updates from disciplines and distribute compiled reports
• Ensure that, at all times, the project team are fully aware of The Project targets
• Provide forecast for recovery to the plan where required
• Promote good working relationship within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and client representatives
• Ensure all planning work is carried out in compliance with Corporate and Project specific procedure

Expected

• Degree in Engineering is a must
• Incumbents will typically have a minimum 7 year relevant scheduling experience.
• Experienced user of Primavera P6
• Knowledge of ARAMCO standards and procedures
• Practical applied experience in planning and scheduling
• Understands and applies planning theory, process, and best practices
• Capable of the development and maintaining of performance targets
• Expertise on project controls and planning tools
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
• Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members
• Able to communicate with all levels up to top management
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
• Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with a strong attention to detail

Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines

Staff Physician - NICU, Dhahran, KSA

We need a Staff Physician - NICU

Basic Function

Provide high standard, cost effective, care of the respective specialty to JHAH eligible medical recipients under the supervision of Attending Physician. Execute duties within the approved Credentials & Privileges provided by the Hospital Credentials & Privileging Committee.

Scope

Attend service clinical and educational rounds including morning reports and sign out rounds when appropriate. Attend and participate in the multi-disciplinary team rounds. Attend and participate in service/department Quality and Safety activities including reviews, audits and presentations. Report patients' adverse events to the appropriate department/service office. Attend and contribute to service and department business meetings. Prepare and provide patient reports as required within the hospital policy. Participate actively when assigned to a given committee. Keep apprised with, and adhere to, hospital and departmental policies and bylaws. Ensure legible and timely entries into patients' records. Maintain complete patient case records. Adhere to hospital policy regarding patient record confidentiality. Participate in medical records audits when required to do so.

Principal Contacts

He/she is in daily contact with hospitalized patients and their families, nurses, other Physicians, and other medical staff. He/she is also in close contact with Emergency Medical Service physicians, Clinical Medicine Services physicians, Surgical & Diagnostic Services physicians, Radiology Services as well as other respective services requesting.

Principal Duties

In patient Duties:

• Assess and admit patients through Emergency Room, out-patient clinics and transfer from other hospitals as directed by the attending Physician.

• Carry out the necessary investigations and admission work-up as indicated.

• Carry out the day-to-day patient assessment, plan and execute management under the supervision of the attending Physician.

• Conduct daily rounds during work days on admitted patients and assigned consults as appropriate.

• Attend to patients when re-evaluation is required throughout the work day.

• Attend to admitted patients through the weekend as per the specific service arrangement.

• Respond to emergency calls in a timely manner and tend to patients when required to do so.

• Participate in trauma care, Code blue care, or rapid response care according to the established role by credential and privilege given.

• Answer in-patient consultations within the required timeframe in conjunction with consulting services.

• Conduct rounds on related service intensive care unit patients when on-call.

• Plan and prepare patients for discharge as appropriate.

• Dictate discharge summaries

• Provide in-house 24 hour call when required as per the monthly on-call schedule.

Out Patient Duties:

• Attend assigned out-patient medical/surgical and procedural clinics within approved ambulatory Credential & Privilege.

• Refer patients to other services where appropriate.

• Evaluate patients in the emergency room and perform minor emergency surgical procedures when required.

Operating Room Outpatient Procedure Area Duties: (only applicable for specific specialty)

• Assist in the operating room when assigned to a particular service/attending surgeon.

• Perform operative procedures within approved privileges.

• Perform Perioperative Anesthetic Management within approved privilege.

• Maintain punctuality and professionalism in the operating room environment.

• When required, keep patients caregiver/guardian informed of the outcome of the procedure.

• Dictate timely and appropriate operative reports when required to do so.

• Ensure safe patient transfer out of the operating room by completing the required documentation.

Education

• Graduation from an approved medical school.
• One year of internship in a recognized training program.
• Completed a formal postgraduate training program in a certain specialty and has proven certified.
• SCFHS registered as registrar.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in specialty required (following completion of internship) preferably in a university affiliated teaching hospital.

Certifications/Other requirements as applicable

• Participate in teaching and educational activities of junior staff, medical students and interns.
• Keep up to date with knowledge and skills required to perform duties safely.
• Maintain adequate continuous medical education credits as required by hospital and licensing authorities.

Role purpose

To provide support to Customer Service daily work in terms of supporting Customer Service,

acting as first contact point for the customers at the front office or call centre and reporting

feedback regularly for improvement.

Geopolitical/SBU/Function overview:

Customer Service KSA is one of the busiest centres in the region, offering high quality teaching,

examinations and a range of other educational and cultural services. The main aim of this job is

to maintain regular communication with customers visiting the front office for any services and to

be responsible for some admin work related to placement test and registration period.

Main opportunities/challenges for this role:

The British Council is open to customers from 9:00 to 21:00 from Saturday till Thursday.

The Customer Services Team work a range of shifts designed to meet customers’ needs

within these times and within operational constraints. On occasions, the post holder might

be required to work outside the standard working hours and during the weekend.

Main Accountabilities:

· To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of practical aspects of the customer service by: -Photocopying material -To assist TC, exams and CS with display work -To help when necessary to give publicity materials -Keeping the waiting area tidy -Checking the waiting area equipment -Preparing the waiting area and placement tests area · To deliver high standards of customer care by: -Welcoming the customers at the front office and help them to choose the correct option from the queuing system -Calls the waiting list customers -Monitore the waiting area -Directing customers to the placment test classes -Directing Customers enquiries to the right person -Assisting with queries as required -Phoning students to update them on information and services as well as running telephone surveys as requested. · To help with placement testing setup by: -Preparing all rooms as required -Preparing the number cards -Storing tests in a tidy fashion · Respond to all F2F, phone and emails enquiries in a positive and professional manner in accordance with the British Council Customer Service Standards and Policies, as outlined in the Customer Management Framework. · Deliver Teaching Centre and Exams Department registration service enquiries and support in an efficient manner and in accordance with Teaching and Exams Quality Standards. These will help the English and Exams Team meet their ambitious targets. · By following enquiry guidelines, ensure that where appropriate enquiries and feedback are passed on to the relevant British Council person and department. · Refer to the Service Level Agreement to ensure they are clear on what is and what is not expected of them. · Promote and cross sell BC products and services in a professional manner. · Perform Call Centre and front office related administration and financial tasks in a timely manner to ensure smooth running of Call Centre operation

Key Relationships:

The customer service team represent the organisation to a wide range of our audiences,

including in excess of 15,000 individual teacher centre students (including adults, young

learners and their parents) and more than 30,000 examination candidates each year face to

face, as well as more than 35,000 enquiries by F2F, email or telephone each month. These

enquiries cover a range of needs including:

• Information about our public, corporate, and Young Learner courses

• Information about our professional skills courses and workshops

• Information about the wide range of examinations we offer including IELTS, ESOL,

professional education and school exams. · Requests for information about certification of degrees, qualifications etc · Enquiries about partnerships or other relationships · Assisting students to book placement tests · Solving customer complaints In order to serve our external customers, customer service Agents work particularly closely with the Customer Service Team, Teaching Centre and Exams Departments. Due to the nature of the role they also work closely with our other Project teams.
