Job Summary

Administrative Assistants are responsible for assisting the Undergraduate office in day-to-day task management within the College of Business. This role requires multitasking across a range of responsibilities, administration, coordination, and supervision of Administrative Coordinator and students, including attendance, behavior, managing and proctoring exams). Administrative officers may also assist in the development and implementation of programs designed to promote positive student behavior and help organize college events and graduation as well as school visits.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinates between the teaching administrative coordinators and undergraduate office to ensure smooth operations while managing different aspects of class management such as assessment dates.
• Attends assigned classes from start till the end and assist with delivery of the classes; be the instructor’s representative on the balcony in double-deck classes.
• Organizes and hands out class notes/case studies when and where needed.
• Helps the course instructor organize group discussions.
• Monitors the students who are taking the exam alone due to special needs or make-ups.
• Assists with the collection and distribution of class assignments/project reports.
• Communicates with IT & Facility departments during the class if need it and ensures the class is ready for lecture (e.g., make sure the partition is installed if it is a one-floor class, AC is working etc.).
• Updates the faculty with the students’ behaviors in the class if there is disturbance.
• Keeps record of students coming late or leaving class early or disturbing class during the lecture.
• Schedules, plans, and coordinates tasks in accordance with the college of Business’s objective and goal.
• Oversees and administers the office's day-to-day activities such as responding to e-mails, giving orientation to new members of COB, processing all forms, writing memos, and student’s data, etc.
• Communicates with faculty, admins, and students about all necessary information, such as changing class time or location, by sending an e-mail to students or all.
• Assists with preparing the work schedule and dynamic changes in the schedule management.
• Arranges or covers the Administrative Coordinator’s duties, including class management, in case of emergency with the Teacher Assistants.
• Assists with managing the arrangements for orientations, graduation ceremonies and other events such as open house and college seminars.
• Assists in organizing and implementing policies, regulations, and procedures pertaining to student attendance monitoring including the low attendance reminder and issuance of DN warnings
• Performs all duties in a professional, effective, and confidential manner.
• Performs all other related duties as required or assigned by the manager.

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance and Budget, Human Resources, or equivalent from an accredited institute.

Professional Experience

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an educational institution or other related fields.

Sales Manager – Real Estate

Position Summary

RHK Properties is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to oversee and drive sales performance across Dubais highly competitive real estate market.

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring consistent revenue generation, and executing strategic sales initiatives across off-plan developments, secondary, and rental properties. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in translating company objectives into measurable sales outcomes while maintaining operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

The position reports directly to senior leadership and requires a hands-on manager who leads by example.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Performance & Revenue Management

Execute approved sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets

Monitor and manage team KPIs, including listings, viewings, conversions, and closings

Drive consistent growth across off-plan, secondary, and rental property segments

Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify gaps and implement corrective action

Ensure accurate forecasting and revenue tracking

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate sales consultants

Set clear performance objectives and activity benchmarks

Conduct structured one-on-one reviews and ongoing performance coaching

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members

Foster a high-performance, accountable, and target-driven sales culture

Client & Transaction Oversight

Support consultants in negotiating and closing complex or high-value transactions

Ensure seamless coordination from lead generation through deal closure

Build and maintain strong working relationships with investors, landlords, developers, and brokers

Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat and referral business

Market Knowledge & Compliance

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubais real estate trends, pricing movements, and inventory supply

Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics

Ensure strict adherence to RERA and DLD regulations across all transactions

Provide structured market feedback and insights to senior management

Operational Excellence & Reporting

Oversee CRM accuracy, pipeline management, and data integrity

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership

Ensure efficient coordination with marketing, finance, and administrative teams

Maintain oversight of documentation, contracts, and transaction flow processes

Candidate Profile

Experience & Qualifications

8 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales

Minimum 2+ years in a sales manager or supervisory capacity within Dubai

Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and delivering consistent revenue growth

Strong working knowledge of off-plan, secondary, and rental markets

Core Competencies

Strong leadership and people management capabilities

Commercially driven with strong analytical skills

Excellent negotiation and closing expertise

High level of professionalism and client engagement skills

Solid understanding of RERA and DLD compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Established network within Dubais investor and brokerage community

Experience in a high-growth or performance-driven brokerage environment

Arabic language proficiency (advantageous)

Job Purpose:

Perform services such as attending to CDMs functions, cash management as per Bank’s policies, handling bulk cash deposits and withdrawals, checking of vouchers posted by regular tellers and performing functions of regular tellers whenever assigned.

Principal Accountabilities:

Work Management

Perform all functions relating to Cheque Deposit Machines (CDM) located in the branch premises, at specified time interval, including, collection of physical cheques, tallying of number of cheques with the CDM journal and send them to clearing dept. within agreed TAT

Ensure to process special clearing cheques and foreign currency cheques within agreed TAT 

Ensure to open the vault system as per SLA

Maintain and manage the cash accurately, and transfer the excess cash received from the Tellers to vault and withdraw the cash as and when required ensuring safe custody and handling of cash. Ensure that all Tellers hand over all the physical cash and maintain their cash box balance zero and tally with GL at end of the day, and to make prompt investigation in case of any difference.

Ensure to maintain require branch vault cash for next working day

Ensure to check and balance cash online transaction for all the tellers

At end of the day check Tellers cash proof is zero and obtain the tellers signature any over/short transaction reported to BOM.

At regular intervals, check the postings carried out by Tellers against the transactions journal presented by them and sign on the report. Any discrepancy identified should be immediately actioned to eliminate the risk of financial loss to the Bank.

Perform bulk cash receipt and withdrawal transactions, ensure correct receipt/issue of cash, accurately credit/debit the customer’s account and acknowledge the receipt to the customers.

Monitor sundry and suspense accounts , issue DDs , Managers cheques and internal transfer

Ensure customers’ average waiting time is maintained at standard level

Ensure that the local & foreign currency held does not exceed the daily required limit.

Ensure that cheques / debit instruments are in order before effecting the payment and make accurate debit entry in the customer’s account as per Bank’s procedures to protect the interest of customers and the Bank.

Make the payments / inter account transfer within the authority limit and for the transactions beyond the limit, obtain approval from the concerned official, to ensure not to overdraw customer’s account without approval

To be well conversant with the duties and responsibilities of Branch Operations Manager (BOM) and to officiate in that capacity during BOM’s absence.

To prepare and review daily teller voucher bundle, ensure total number of vouchers are matching with teller financial transaction daily report and ensure sending the same to internal control by maximum next working day.

To monitor any high variety in total number of achieved transactions between teller and report the same to line manager officially.

Guide branch tellers to adhere to bank policies and procedures, and give required training for new joining teller.

Guide and encourage customer to use our digital channel for all the cash deposits and withdrawal extra
