Your role

The roles is business development within the framework of offset and strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of Saab’s expansion strategy in the UAE through Saab’s Offset obligations. In this position, you will work in the strategy function as part of the offset team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.  You will identify, analyze, structure, negotiate and implement Offset cases and manage their execution. You will also provide further insight into the overall strategy by identifying critical questions and performing ad-hoc analysis. You will summarize insights and clearly communicate analytical findings in a cohesive story; and articulate an argument to present to internal and external stakeholders.

Your desired skills and experience

    Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related fields
    Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing Offset obligation.
    Minimum 7 years’ experience of contracts & negotiations
    Prospect, Venture or M&A business analysis
    Structured, analytical, able to present and convey findings efficiently
    B2G business development,  negotiation & successful sales
    Ability to meet people on different levels and to build and mature relations
    Project management
    Experience with cross-functional teams and maturity to interact directly with senior executives across departments
    Excellent skills in writing and communicating in English
    Successful candidate will be require to meet Security clearance requirements.

You have well established and clear values and the ability to conceptualize issues from an ethical perspective. You have the ability to see relations in their right perspectives, and separate the personal from the professional. You enjoy collaboration and work well with other people. You value diversity and have a fair understanding of different cultural backgrounds. You have an innovative way of thinking which can be put into practice and which leads to closed deals.

You lead and motivate others in order to achieve common goals in an efficient way. You have a broad perspective on issues and see the long-term significance and wider consequences. You show good judgement in statements, actions and decisions.

What you will be a part of

Saab in the UAE is part of Business Area Surveillance, which provides efficient solutions for safety and security for surveillance and decision support and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions as well as traffic management systems.

Saab has offset obligations that have occurred through successful sales. These obligations are met through various projects that are managed in country. This position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

We are seeking a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager to join the Human Resources team based in Dubai, UAE. In this role you will be responsible for defining and driving a sustainable, competitive and modern compensation and benefits strategy for the Middle East India region that will enable business growth.  The role involves designing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal requirements, global Fugro alignment and industry standards and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

    In alignment with global programs and regional strategy, design a consistent and modern Rewards philosophy and framework that resonates with our culture and organizational objectives and enables the attraction and retention of top talent (salary ranges and salary structures, benefits, executive compensation, (incentives (STI/LTI), wellbeing, and international mobility).
    Perform market analyses, establish, and extend relationships with market data providers, peer companies and participate in local and international salary and benefits surveys.
    Conduct on-going research into emerging trends, identify and propose modifications and enhancements to our total reward programs to address our employees' changing needs and the competitive environment for talent in our industry.
    Lead the annual compensation review and incentive cycles for MEI in partnership with country HR Partners and Global Reward.
    Own the costing analysis and modelling for annual company spend in compensation and benefit enhancements, and for corporate governance purposes (equal/gender pay, living wage, pay ratios, etc.)
    Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team on developing offers that are competitive and equitable
    Own and drive the regional benefits/wellbeing strategy, vendors, policies, regulations, and programs including health insurance and other welfare benefits.
    Manage the Global Job Architecture for the region and partner with global on updates, developments and compliance of the GJA
    Ensure compliance with local legislation and regulations governing compensation and benefits programs in addition to global compliance and governance.
    Provide ongoing support to HR Partners and managers on compensation and benefits related matters.
    Develop and deliver communications that help our employees and candidates appreciate and value their total compensation package; create total rewards support materials and conduct education sessions.
    Represent the MEI region in Global Total Rewards programs and initiatives, and lead deployment in region.
    Partner with the Regional Head of HR, Global Head of Reward, and other leaders on additional key strategic and organizational development strategies across the region.

What Skills & Experience Will You Have?

    Bachelor’s degree HR or Business Administration preferable.
    Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience with expertise in Compensation and Benefits and global mobility.

    Strong knowledge and experience of Middle East India total rewards and labor law practices including local regulations, filings and compliance requirements.
    Strong experience of job evaluation methodologies, and the implementation of salary structures.
    Prior experience working across different countries and experience in managing international assignment and mobility management.
    Experience in designing and executing Executive Compensation programs.
    Experience of managing STI/LTI.
    Experience working with HR systems (Workday) and tools and AI driven skills
    Possess both strategic capabilities with a “roll up your sleeves approach, strong quantitative and analytical skills, results oriented and ability to drive change.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Position is to join the Human Nutrition Sales team based in the Middle East. We are looking for a Sales Manager, KSA within our Human Nutrition platform. In this role you will be directly reporting to the Commercial Director – Middle East.

Job Purpose:
As  Sales Manager within ADM Middle East, you will work for a company which unlocks the power of nature to provide access to nutrition for people worldwide. The position is part of core sales team within Middle East market handling sales responsibilities for assigned customers in KSA.

Main Responsibilities:

    Manage local accounts to achieve budgeted sales and gross profit within beverage and food industries.
    Manage agents for certain markets and train them to promote business efficiently.
    Proactively monitor consumer requirements to build a strong opportunity pipeline.
    Ensure that ADM is well positioned to participate in target briefs. Manage strategic customers in collaboration with relevant departments.
    Cultivate good relationships with customer key decision makers to position ADM as the  preferred partner.
    Set and implement strategy for customer/region. You will develop strategic account development plans, sales forecast and budgets for accounts, and maintain the sales opportunities pipeline.
    Based in Riyadh, KSA.

    Bachelor’s degree in in Food Technology or Business Administration.
    Minimum 5 years relevant experience in B2B sales handling customers in Saudi Arabia.
    Technical sales abilities and good technical knowledge of the products (food ingredients).
    Organised/ dynamic, committed, independent and resilient.  
    Result driven and capable of building strong client relations.
    Ability to execute and communicate with customers.
    Fluent in English – written and verbal.
    Proficiency in Arabic will be an advantage.
    Prior experience in working with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
