To support Serco’s continuous growth in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are current bidding for a prestigious project where we need a FM Manager with specialist background in Soft Services Facilities Management. The hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

 Key accountabilities:

    Manage the day-to-day service delivery and performance of the Soft Services Department including, Cleaning & Window Cleaning, Pest Control, Waste Management, Timetabling, Service Desk and Administration Departments.
    Manage, support and coach internal team members to deliver service against company and client objectives.
    Develop monthly activity reports as required by senior management and other service users to ensure optimum delivery across all the identified areas of service.
    Liaise with all internal stakeholders/customers on a regular basis to identify their future needs and expectations in regard to the services provided.
    Undertake Key Performance Indicator (KPI) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) inspections and provide service delivery reports to the senior management.
    To maintain a register of all statutory and legal compliance regulations, relevant to the Soft Services Operations, and to ensure that compliance with the regulations is maintained at all times.
    To proactively identify and monitor all risk associated with Contractual and Departmental Outputs of the Soft Services Department and escalate to the General Manager as required.
 

What we are looking for in our candidates:

    Excellent planning abilities, an analytical approach to problem solving and a good knowledge of built environment technology.  
    Excellent communicator at all levels with the ability to demonstrate strong technical knowledge, advice, and guidance to support the client and key stakeholders.
    Experience in working with multi-agency stakeholder.
    Highly motivated, flexible individual with energy and drive.

 Specific requirements:

    10-15 years of experience in a similar role working within a highly dynamic and complex environment, with specific experience related to Soft Services facility management operations.
    5-7 years of experience in a senior role in consultancy services.
    Holder of a degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
    Qualification in project management/project methodology (PMP, Prince 2) preferred.
    Saudi Council of Engineers affiliation.
    Certification in BICS / ISSA is desirable.

    Financial Controller at Mammoet Saudi
    Working at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Finance specialists play a critical role in the smooth running of our operations. As a global business, Mammoet needs professionals with a proficiency in accounting procedures and processes to help ensure we operate profitably and to demanding international standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As Financial Controller, you are responsible for the financial administration and reporting for the Mammoet Saudi Branch. With your financial background and experience, you will collaborate closely with all departments. You provide analysis of financial and accounting information, and you will ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. To improve accounting and reporting systems, you establish control procedures. Being someone with broad and in-depth knowledge, you always are on the outlook for the improvement of financial standards and procedures within our department and/or organization.

 

Financial reporting

    Leading position in month-end closing.
    Discuss results in collaboration with the Finance Manager and department heads.
    Ensuring accounting information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
    Advise the organization with regard to the financial administration.
    Monitoring of the Key Control Indicator Dashboard and leading the actions to follow up on improving the outcomes.
    Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations.

Financial planning & budgeting

    Monitor the financial performance of cost centers against the budget!
    Assist in preparing annual budgets by integrating inputs from departments.
    Ad-hoc analyses and involvement in improvement projects as requested.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

    Professional level experience in accounting, finance reporting standards (including IFRS and GAAP) and MS Office suite.
    Experience in taxes VAT -WHT-CIT-Deferred tax
    Hands-on experience in SAP.
    Proficiency in financial software, contract analysis, and data analysis tools.
    Possess interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
    Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.

Education & Experience

We are looking for candidates with at least a master’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related discipline. Also, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or Financial Control.

    Bachelor's degree in accounting
    Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent is Advantage
    At least 5 years of experience in accounting
    Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
    Proficient in financial analysis and strategic planning
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
    Arabic speaking preferred

Join Ericsson to embark on an exciting opportunity in the role of Operations Support! You will play a crucial role in enhancing operational activities within our local operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring our teams are equipped with the necessary resources, adequate training, processes, tools and systems to undertake their roles effectively. You will support the field services and contribute to their high performance and progress.

 

What you will do:

 

•    Identify & address deviations between budget, forecast & actuals, Identify financial deviations and identify actions as input to governance, reporting & forecasting for projects in scope
•    Perform   & Track Purchase Order Request & its lifecycle includes , SDN , GRN, IR and PO Closure
•    Manage the operational interface between the Managed Services delivery organization and 3rd Party Providers.
•    Perform Customer Invoicing
•    Preparing the Budget & Cost Tracking
•    Analyze financial performance.
•    Ensure financial risk management by identifying & quantify risks impacting the financial result, propose mitigations
•    Regular monitoring of financials for complete portfolio of projects through analytics & advise improvements strengthening the financial performance
•    Manage ASP and track their Performance through KPIs
•    Develop  & Update Working Level Agreements (WLA), Operating Level Agreements (OLA)
•    Perform Resources Management Competence development & tracking Activities
•    Work with Sourcing Manager to procure the Items required for Managed Service Operations.
•    Running the Governance with 3rd party Providers ( ASP), Sourcing & MSIP Team.
