Role Summary
We are looking for a creative Web Designer with a blend of web design, graphic design, video and front-end web development experience. You will need to have an up-to-date understanding of design techniques and technology that will help to keep our multiple and growing number of brands fresh and exciting. You will also be working with other talented designers to create stunning designs that delight company stakeholders!
Job Description
- Conceptualizing creative ideas with the project teams and stakeholders.
- Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.
- Develop user journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes for web, email, and other digital products, prioritizing usability and a seamless user experience.
- Create compelling, high-quality marketing promotional videos.
- Continuously iterate on solutions to understand user challenges, redefine problems, and deliver the best possible user experience.
- Consistently follow design and branding guidelines, standards, and best practices for all design mediums.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design, motion graphics, web coding and animations.
- Understanding of UI/UX design and good visual design sense.
- Proven ability to use digital design editing software like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for design creation and editing. Experience in Figma would an advantage.
- Experience in front end coding languages (HTML5 & CSS) and coding software like Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.
- Experience with digital video technology and motion graphics software like Premier pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Continuously monitoring industry trends, technologies, and standards.
- Ability to multi-task, react quickly to shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, confident and with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- A portfolio representing your work/teams work is required

- Design and prototype in Figma.

- Experience in working with WordPress websites.
- Basic SEO knowledge.
