Artificial Lift Sales Manager - MENATI

In this role, you will be a part of Customer facing staff responsible for winning business. Contribute to sales plan in a specific region and Define sales strategy for targeted clients.

As the Artificial Lift Sales Manager, you will lead relevant processes relating to our sales & channels business. You will collaborate with relevant OFS stakeholders to ensure our objectives are met with a proper execution pace.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

Handling complex products and systems requires technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products or systems will be used.

Managing complex long term sales processes. Contracts involve pricing and conditions of sales, rent, operation and maintenance.

Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge. Some customization within guidelines can be done.

Handling important business unit clients

Managing complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.

Handling big or highly complex markets / Large potential for growth

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree

Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales.

Have an experience in Artificial Lift

Have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills.

Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems

Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

Have established project management skills.

As an Assistant Fitness Manager at Fitness First, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Fitness Manager in overseeing the overall performance of the fitness team and ensuring the successful execution of personal training conversion targets. With your leadership skills and in-depth knowledge of fitness management, you will serve as a mentor to the Personal Trainers, fostering their professional development and guiding them to create impactful and satisfying training experiences for our members. You will also collaborate closely with the membership sales team and other departments at the head office, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations within the club.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

- Assist the Fitness Manager in overseeing the performance of the fitness team, monitoring conversion ratios, and resolving member queries and concerns effectively.

- Collaborate with the membership sales team to ensure seamless coordination between sales and fitness operations, fostering a cohesive and supportive work environment.

- Coordinate with the head office and other departments to streamline system-related tasks and ensure efficient communication and workflow within the club.

- Act as a mentor to the Personal Trainers, providing guidance and support to enhance their conversion rates and create impactful training experiences for members.

- Support the Fitness Manager in setting and achieving personal training conversion targets, driving consistent growth and development month on month.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the fitness team, organizing training sessions and workshops to enhance their skills and knowledge.

- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to enhance the overall fitness experience for members.

- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the fitness team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB PURPOSE

The AVP of Customer Communication & Engagement will spearhead our customer-centric communication and engagement strategies. This pivotal role not only enhances our brand image but also builds deep-rooted relationships with our customers, ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in every touchpoints and post sales.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the Customer Journey: Analyze the entire customer journey from awareness to post-sale, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for enhanced communication.

Segmentation and Personalization: Classify customers based on criteria like purchasing history, preferences, and behavior. Tailor communication strategies for each segment to ensure relevance and resonance.

Content Creation: Oversee the development of customer-centric content tailored to various platforms (brochures, emails, social media, etc.), ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.

Feedback Loops: Establish mechanisms for customers to provide feedback on communication materials, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.

Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer communication effectiveness. Regularly review and adjust strategies based on these insights.

Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest in communication trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the brand remains at the forefront of customer communication innovation.

Monitor online reviews, feedback, and queries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.

Regularly review and innovate customer touchpoints, keeping pace with global best practices and local cultural nuances.

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Min of 8+ years of communication and customer engagement roles,

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE

Customer management, Banking, Marketing Agency, Hospitality, Real Estate management.

Strong knowledge of real estate products and services (advantageous)

TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Proven strategic thinker with track record of innovation

Demonstrated excellent value-based leadership skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bi-lingual in English & Arabic (Preferred)

Proven track record of creating and leading customer-focused strategies.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field
