POSITION SUMMARY

We are recruiting an Artwork Project Manager, fluent in Arabic, to work onsite with our client Coca-Cola (KO) in Dubai.

 

You will act as a representative of the SGK business ensuring a first class service is consistently provided to KO with professionalism, and enthusiasm whilst in alignment with the KO culture.

• To act as a representative of the Company with shared responsibility for delivering the highest quality product and ensuring the most efficient

solutions are consistently supplied to KO

• To be the front-line enabler and facilitator for artwork management and process facilitation across the supply chain.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management

• Responsible for gathering, managing, and coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the Client brand portfolio.

• Project lead for packaging changes throughout designated region including day-to-day contact with brand management and bottler, printers, and agencies.

• To co-ordinate the Pack Change Process for all projects for the Client, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and all services provided by SGK.

• Manage and maintain Project and Job Status Trackers (including audit of completed jobs).

• Communicate key milestones and critical path timelines where applicable to all key stakeholders.

• Escalate as appropriate any risks to critical path timelines.

Briefing & Approval Process

• Collate ‘accurate’ briefs and submit to Client Services

• Collate amends and brief SGK Client Services

• Co-ordinate and lead Pre-Artwork meetings with support of SGK Central production unit, including output of minutes and actions.

• Manage the deployment and ongoing use of KO Art, through support of its implementation and maintenance of all master data.

• To advise on print and technical feasibility on all assigned projects with the direct support of the Print Management Team and Operational Teams

• Co-ordinates press attendance where applicable with the SGK Technical Print Support team.

• To ensure the overall requirements of the client are clearly understood, and that appropriate actions are taken to deliver the highest levels of service possible.

• Support the control and development of brand consistency and print feasibility on behalf of the Client along with the Print Management Team and Operational Teams (Client Services and Production).

• To be responsible for getting approval of jobs from each relevant Client department before release of fully approved files.

Relationship Management

• To build, maintain and develop effective & positive working relationships across KO, and wider supply chain becoming a trusted advisor and enabling first class service.

• To fully understand and appreciate KO culture and reflect this in behaviour patterns and ways of working.

• To take full ownership of the daily on-site relationship with the relevant marketing team and supporting departments with support of designated Account Director.

• To always represent SGK professionally at all levels within KO as required

• To identify areas for continuous improvement within the client and company processes, recommend robust and appropriate actions, in close association with the Account Management and Operations Teams.

SPECIAL FEATURES

• Strong understanding of KO processes, and supply chain requirements for the delivery of new to market products and pack maintenance.

• Ability to review current working practice and recommend robust improvements.

• Confidence in dealing with clients at all levels of management and differing cultures.

• Be able to operate within the office space assigned, work independently without the daily oversight of a line manager.

• Due to the evolving nature of our relationship as a company with all key customers, the nature of this role will continue to develop. Hence there is a need for flexibility, the ability to grow with the job and the overall resilience to change.

• Building and keeping professional relationships with external parties related to the client (e.g design and promotional agencies).

• Ability to travel as needed

• Strong knowledge of print processes and packaging materials so as to understand the limitations and/or restrictions faced by designers

• Experience/Knowledge of the Client and or working with FMCG brands

As Customer Growth Executive your key responsibility is understanding our client’s business and Infobip’s product stack. In this individual contributor role, you will be discovering growth opportunities and working together with our high segment clients. To ensure mutual benefits and our high-quality service, you will be coordinating activities with internal cross-functional teams to provide our best possible service.

 

What will you do in this role at Infobip? 

Customer Orientation

 

Build and maintain trusted relationship with assigned (Tier1) clients to achieve overall customer health and growth (regular meetings, share Infobip strategy and roadmap, help position Infobip against competitors);

Serve as a focal point when it comes to meeting client’s business and technical expectations (technical escalations, services/product adoption, communicate customer feedback and ideas to Product teams);

Coordinate different international teams to best serve our customers;

Understand client’s structure and processes around choosing/implementing new solutions;

Meet and exceed quarterly KPIs, to ensure overall business growth for assigned clients (gross profit, margin% and cross-sells are the metrics in focus);

Work closely with our Customer Success Team for existing and future SaaS business;

Ensure client's account is set-up properly: Collaborating with Platform Operations teams to arrange setup which enables client's activities based on agreed business scope (account creation and set-up, route management, sender registration, allowed content filtration setup and maintenance);

Monitor and take actions to minimize health risks in cooperation with our Revenue Assurance Team;

Analyze and forecast client's traffic, take immediate reactions to ensure ongoing business growth, minimize losses, and maximize GP/revenue. 

 

Internal initiatives

 

Power user, help improve Infobip’s internal tools for account setup, traffic monitoring and troubleshooting by providing constructive feedback and ideas;

Coordinate internal teams to timely fulfill client's requirements (Customer Success, Sales Engineers, Customer Support, CPaaS Registrations, Platform Operations, Customer Analyst, Procurement, Revenue Assurance);

Update all activities regarding client engagements and opportunities in dedicated tools (Salesforce);

Influence Infobip’s ever-evolving end-to-end customer experience by grasping and continuously promoting client’s perspective to the internal stakeholders. 

 

Continuous Development 

 

Promote team spirit and nourish critical thinking;

Help mentor and onboard other team members and newcomers;

Have an excellent knowledge of Infobip products, platform, and relevant markets;

Have an excellent knowledge of client`s business and ways they (can) use Infobip;

Be up to date with industry trends and competition.

 

 

More about you:

 

First experience in customer facing roles (e.g., B2B sales, customer success, customer growth etc.);

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, IT, Telecommunications, or other related degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Ideally experience working with CPaaS and tier-1 customers;

Experience and understanding of Customer Journey;

Professional communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken fluency);

Excellent command of MS Office suite, especially MS Excel;

Analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems;

Ability to work individually and in (remote) teams across all levels of the organization;

Strong Networking & Relationship building skills.

Job Summary

To plan, lead and coordinate the finance activities of the respective business segment, in close proximity with the Group Director Finance, EDs, MDs and CEOs, and ensure appropriate financial and regulatory health of the business segment

Roles & Responsibilities

Work in close coordination with ED/MDs on development of strategy statement and annual operating plan for the respective Business Segment as per the corporate guidelines

Work in close coordination with ED/MD/CEOs on strategic and operational decision making and evaluate the strategic direction of the business segment in terms of long term and short term borrowing. 

Introduce and monitor financial discipline at the respective business segment by ensuring strict inventory and credit control, developing and implementing effective financial management information systems and designing robust standard operating procedures

Examine the structure of balance sheets of the group, the strength of workflows, procedures, policies and controls and suggest improvements if any

Identify opportunities, ensure financial due diligence and study feasibility for mergers and acquisitions, JV’s for entry into new segments / products across the respective business segments

Support the GD Finance in creation of 3 year Growth Play Book and Financial Operating plans

Partner with EDs and MDs to drive business performance and operational and strategic decision making, drive business performance and facilitate structured  business reviews

Drive the budgeting exercise across the Business Segment, obtain the required approvals and communicate the final budget to the key stakeholders

Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with proposals for financing business growth and identifying new business opportunities

Provide functional expertise to the business unit finance teams and periodically review and monitor financial performance of business units against approved projections, key performance indicators and budgets

Establish effective and robust financial accounting and cost accounting systems so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs for management reporting and allowing detailed analysis of performance in financial terms

Ensure strict compliance with applicable laws , statutory/ internal audit requirements, Group policies, including DOA, Accounting Manual and other finance Guidelines

Lead timely completion of internal and statutory audit, achieve closure of deviations/observations and ensure compliance with applicable laws and audit requirements at the business segment level

Provide guidance to BU Finance Heads for managing working capital in a cost efficient manner across the Business Units

Support GD finance in  business acquisition, restructuring and disinvestment initiatives

Perform thorough risk assessment, understand the risk exposure and devise strategies to safeguard the business segment assets

Closely monitor the procurement strategy, capital expenditure and the release of funds to various business units in alignment with the allocated budgets

Provide top management / Board with timely reports on Business Performance(Budgeted vs actual profits/ MIS reports) and Financial health for the respective Business Segment

Establish robust mechanisms for timely clearance and payment of vendor/ supplier/ salary payments

Ensure generation of daily margin report to gather information about the gross contribution by different channels

Track mark to market of the goods produced across all the companies so as to have a fair value position by the company and a fair value position by the goods produced

Review corporate governance and regulatory compliance for Finance processes at the Business segment level

% adherence to revenue and capital budget

% adherence to regulatory compliance

Completion of annual budget planning exercise within the defined timeline

Timely preparation and release of various financial & reports

Performance on key metrics around financial health of the organization/ Business Segment

Number of internal and external audit non compliances

Number of special initiatives implemented / optimized

Number of Team building and development initiatives undertaken

Work experience requirement

15+ years of related experience in a FMCG company, with at-least 8-10 of those being in Senior Leadership positions

Qualification

Professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/ CIMA/ICWA) or equivalent

MBA with specialisation in Finance from a reputed Business School will be an added advantage
