Job Description

As a senior social media content creator, the candidate will be required to work collaboratively with client servicing teams in developing social media content strategies, undertaking industry / competitive research, audit client's social media platforms and their content push, undertake performance and analytics by monitoring traffic and content commitment. The candidate is also required to have the ability to create dynamic content including designing and editing videography and photography.

 

Main Tasks

• Participate in social Media & Social Content Strategy Formulation (Linked In, Instagram, Tic Tok).

• Social Media Analytics – Content & Platform.

• Development & Creation of Dynamic content including designing and editing of static and videography content.

• Development and execution of regular content calendars

• Experience in developing content across platforms such as

• Audience targeting

• Use of Paid / Promoted Posts.

• Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment to client’s brand voice and business objectives

• Measure and conduct periodic analytics of social media platforms

• Having an analytics mindset to analyze what type of customer are attracted to what content and then analyzing a target market

• Ability to communicate the message in simple and beautiful design language and formats which will attract audience

• Develop and publish new interesting, dynamic content periodically at a steady pace

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a content creator with technical know-how in creating strong engaging content. The candidate needs to have Videography, photography and editing skills, in addition to creating dynamic content in English and Arabic, including designing. 

• Experience in developing content across platforms such as:

Instagram

TikTok

• Detailed oriented workstyle, with good time management and organizational skills.

• Collaborate with the creative and content team to deliver full fledged monthly content calendars.

• Collaborate with in-house producers to outline upcoming productions.

• Exhibit prior content shot and edited for established brands.

• Due to the nature of the client, possessing a UAE valid drivers license is beneficial.

We are looking for a Digital Transformation & Robotics Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 

Candidate must be an innovator and dream-maker that will help shape the future of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry. The core job responsibilities fall under 3 key pillars:

Driving our Digital Transformation and Omni-Channel Customer Engagement capabilities

Managing AbbVie’s Robotics Lab

Leading Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Digital Health projects

The role is based in the UAE and has a regional scope across the Gulf-Levant countries (UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Lebanon, Jordan, Iraq).

The role reports to the Customer Excellence Director and will work closely with the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Team, Brand Teams, Culture Team and Affiliate Leadership Team.

Externally, the role will partner with both Private and Government sector entities focused on Digital solutions, AI and Robotics application in healthcare.

Major Responsibilities:

Drive Brands’ digitalization projects and capabilities in collaboration with the Business Technology Solutions (BTS) Manager

Work closely with BTS and Brand Teams on Global/Regional Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE) projects

Explore and activate new digital channels that can enhance the impact of our customer engagement

Raise Affiliate’s overall Digital Maturity Score through regularly monitoring digital projects’ execution and KPIs

Coordinate with vendors on digital material content production

Assist Brand Teams in content production for CLMs, Approved Emails, and Websites (AbbVie Pro)

Fully manage the newly established Gulf-Levant Robotics Lab

Create and execute use-cases for in-office and at-event use of Robots, in alignment with Brand Teams, Culture Team, and Affiliate Leadership Team

Act as the main point of contact for Robotics use-cases assessment and projects execution internally and externally

Work with the Communications team on an on-going Robotics Lab communication plan

Conduct research to identify new AI technologies and tools that can be leveraged to improve our processes and enhance our customer engagement

Remain updated on the latest advancements in the area of Robotics and AI and their application in the Pharmaceutical/Healthcare field

Partner with Government and Private sector entities on Digital Health, AI and Robotics projects

Enhance Brand Teams’ competency and knowledge level related to Digital Transformation, Robotics and AI

 

Job Requirements:

Knowledge & Skills

·Using different digital channels to engage with customers and creating digital content

·Artificial Intelligence (AI) software or solutions knowledge, ex: ChatGPT, Machine Learning, etc.

·Robotics or the application of Robotics in real use-cases

·Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, etc.

·Project management

·Innovative and passionate about creating change

·Creativity and problem-solving

·Effective communication and ability to work with others as part of a team

·Speaks English fluently, Arabic is a plus

·Educated to Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent experience

·Must be based in the UAE

Experience

·Experience with different digital channels such as CLM, Approved Email, Websites, etc. is a must

·Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications or software and/or Robotics is a plus

·Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus

Overview of the role:

 

Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as per norms of AV products and solutions

Controlling of outstanding

Develop business by maintaining relationship with System Integrators, Architects, AV Consultant and Project Management Consultant

Co-ordination with various teams of Design, Marketing, for pre-sales activities

Identify and develop new accounts and develop key accounts for improving valet share and cross selling

Identify the various verticals / applications and develop customers for the same

To sell reputed brand Projector, ProAV, LED/LCD display and other visual solutions to various project customers through System Integrators.

Coordinate the requirements, integration, and installation of A/V control system & programs

To develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end-to-end visual solutions including hardware and software components.

Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

 

What you will do:-

Description of Accountability:

 

Achieving business targets of Sales Volume, Throughput, Outstanding & Stock as per norms of AV products and solutions.

Direct sales to projects, B2B customers, System Integrators and other verticals

Increase Visibility in the allocated territory, projects, and consultants and System Integrators

Improve skills to sell the visual display products and solutions as deemed appropriate

To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed Geography/accounts

Ensure the outstanding collection of payments

Meet the KPIs as applicable from time to time

 

Required Skills to be successful:-

The Job holder is engaged in selling reputed brand Projector, ProAV, LED/LCD display and other visual solutions to project customers through various System Integrators.

Job holder has to possess high levels of professional written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and interact with officials at all levels

Job holder has to keep updated the technology changes in the industry.

JH to develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end-to-end visual solutions including hardware and software components.

JH to identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

 

What equips you for the role:

4 years in similar Key accounts/ corporate sales experience.

4-5 years of additional qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for the required education.

Candidate’s from the same industry preferably from Projector, ProAV, LED/LCD display and other visual solutions industries. Must have experience in selling solutions, handling large accounts and B2B sales.
