If so, Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced Operations Lead with a strong record of achieving results. We are looking to hire an Operations Lead (UAE) to join a team that redefines fast delivery, helps us build and run this new service for our customers, run 3P Store Operations and Delivery service partners (DSP) on last mile. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback of associates’ performance – including under the roof/on the road productivity, quality, and safety - as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. Key job responsibilities

We're seeking a Team lead for our 3P Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites. Supervising outbound store and Last mile operations:

Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.

Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.

Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.

Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.

Stand-in for Area Manager.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Dubai, ARE

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree holder with experience in a customer facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.

Comfortable with reading, writing and communicating in English.

Proficiency in MS Excel

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

A self-motivated person with the ability to motivate the associates/team members.

Strong execution skills, action oriented, go getter.

Resourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resources.

Ability to work under pressure situations.

Ability to work in ambiguous situations and to come out with solutions as per the situations faced.

Good people management skills.

Good analytical and problem solving skills.

1-3 yrs of experience in managing a process and people as a lead.

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of SQL would be advantageous.

About Peerpoint

Peerpoint is Allen & Overy’s global platform for self-directed consultant lawyers who want to access the best work, clients, resources and bespoke support, whilst working on assignments with Allen & Overy or directly with clients as a legal consultant.

We are working with some of the region's leading international banks, corporates and sovereign wealth funds.

Typical assignments based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are 6 months in length. Consultants would need to be able to commit to on-site client assignments in Abu Dhabi, so will ideally reside in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Role Profile

We are currently looking for corporate lawyers with 4-10 years’ top-tier post-qualification experience, particularly in areas such as public and private M&A, private equity and commercial law.

Successful applicants will:

have a minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a firm ranked as top tier for corporate law;

ideally have recent in-house legal experience at a leading financial services institution or corporate (directly or as a secondee);

have a desire to take ownership of their career and be responsible for their own professional development and network, proactively making use of any support and resources available;

have researched the personal and financial factors that you need to consider when commencing a career as a legal consultant and be comfortable with the ways in which it differs from permanent employment;

be committed to building a positive and productive relationship with Peerpoint, including having a transparent, open and responsive style of communication;

have a consultant mindset, including a highly professional, flexible and adaptable outlook and approach;

have an ability to make effective transitions into new environments and be motivated to deliver an excellent standard of service to each client;

have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to professionally deal with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally;

be resilient, autonomous and highly credible, with exemplary commercial/business acumen and client service ethic;

Job Summary

Zurich Workplace Solution is the region’s leading end-of-service benefits provider operating in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and is responsible for managing the DEWS (Defined End of Service Benefits) scheme. The DEWS scheme is a mandatory savings plan that provides end-of-service benefits to employees in compliance with the DIFC Employment Law. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team.

As the Customer Relationship Manager for the DEWS End of Service Benefits Scheme, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with other departments within the organization to deliver exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met while adhering to the DEWS scheme guidelines.

Job Accountabilities

As Customer Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will involve:

Establishes and broadens excellent relationships with clients and internal teams.

Proactively manages key stakeholder relationships ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of agreed outputs.

Takes a proactive approach to client issue resolution; escalating where necessary and seeing through to resolution.

Interpretation of data and identification of significant information for wider teams.

Proactively review scheme activity and support stakeholders in the engagement of existing members and where appropriate promote tools to target new joiners, up-selling and cross-selling business.

Gather and understand client intelligence and identify commercial opportunities where appropriate.

Support the delivery of client / scheme MI and promote on-line activity with scheme administrators and members.

To act as the clients' primary point of contact and to co-ordinate client responses, liaising with other team members and departments as appropriate.

Maintaining up-to-date records of client contact and activity, communicating updates with other as appropriate.

Understands and describes regulations to clients in a factual manner.

Building and promoting the Zurich brand and ‘narrative’ around employees benefit solutions

Be a contributor to developing propositions and pricing in the employee benefit solutions space catering to evolving nature of the workforce and target markets (incl. digital distribution channels)

Engage with strategic customers at multiple levels of the management structure; develop natural relationships with senior managers through relevant discussion and track and help guide executives involved

Identify areas of strength and weakness in customer organizations, and evaluate potential relationship returns

Develop joint value propositions with customers / partners

To undertake member presentations as appropriate & to respond to written and verbal enquiries received from members

Determine which emerging issues (internal and external) are relevant to Zurich's current and future needs and ensure strategies, programs, processes incorporate these.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Business Administration and 8 or more years of experience in a related field.

Experience in the financial services industry in a similar role within a customer service environment.

Familiarity with customer needs and those of their advisers.

An ability to understand, interpret and translate customer requirements into deliverables.

Proficiency in Arabic language (both written and verbal) is preferred, as it will enable effective communication with Arabic-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Good understanding of employee benefits in the region and an awareness of current pension issues.

Good understanding of the compliance requirements affecting dealings with Intermediaries, Trustees, Companies, and members

Strong reputation for delivery against sales and expense targets

Relationship management skills at all levels both externally and within the organization.

Excellent communication, influence, and motivation skills.

Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Excellent knowledge of office packages such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
