DESCRIPTION

Amazon GCC (UAE/KSA) is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working and creative Senior Vendor Manager (L6/L5) to join our Sports / Toys business to be based out of Dubai/Riyadh.

Amazon GCC offers a convenient, safe and enjoyable online shopping experience through a trusted website featuring more than 1,000,000 products from international and local brands at competitive prices.

The Senior Vendor Manager will be responsible for developing and owning the P&L and strategy for one of the large categories for Amazon in GCC (UAE/KSA). Within this role, the individual will have the opportunity to drive category growth, manage category profitability, and identify means to improve the customer experience. We are seeking a seasoned individual with a broad skill-set including strong analytical skills, excellent business judgment, strong vendor management and negotiations skills, deep curiosity to uncover how things work, and a passion for creating a world class shopping experience for our customers. The candidate should be ready to do on-ground work and work with cross-functional teams to get things moving. He/she will work with vendors of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels

Key job responsibilities

1. JOB PURPOSE

In this role, a successful candidate will be an effective communicator and problem-solver, and someone who is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon and the strategic supplier.

2. JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintaining data quality for the product catalogue.

Building comprehensive brand destinations within Amazon.

Coordinating and creating launch plans for new products/brands/categories.

Managing site placements and promotions to coordinate with relevant suppliers the event calendar if applicable.

Designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns if applicable in coordination with Instock and Marketing/Merchandising team.

Providing reporting and success metrics for campaigns and merchandising activities.

Reviewing sales and key metrics to identify areas of opportunity to optimize sales and reach new customers.

Management and responsibility of inventory levels.

Supplier’s management and engagement.

Manage inventory, open-to-buy, inventory health, item-level forecasting, assortment planning

Interact with operations teams and drive efficiencies through team collaboration

Manage inbound shipments: fill rate, SKUs, operational issues, lead time, quality, deviations.

Responsible for the category KPI’s

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of with Excel experience

- 5+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience

- Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years of professional or military experience

- Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL

- Experience using data to influence business decisions

- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration

- Experience with business analysis and P&L management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams

The Medical Affairs Professional is a therapeutically aligned clinical scientist who will play a key role within the medical affairs organization. The primary focus of the Medical Affairs Professional is to use the individuals knowledge of specific disease states, available treatments, and investigational compounds to help deliver strategic/tactical thinking and lifecycle planning. The MAP plays an important role in the cross-functional partnership with the brand team to meet both external customer and internal business needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Brand Team Support

Serve as a key medical point of contact for the brand team:

Contribute clinical, scientific and strategic input to support the cross functional team

Medical launch support

Contribute to the development of local brand plans & medical strategies

By offering scientific and creative input, contribute to the development (local materials) and/or review (global/regional materials) of promotional materials for the brand teams.

Effectively communicate and transfer knowledge of the therapeutic available solutions environment, the clinical landscape and relevant medical and scientific information

Oversee the medical component of local Patient Support Programs and /or own overall responsibility of local Patient support programs.

Support the medical training needs of internal business partners such as sales and marketing

Oversee the collation and analysis of customer information to drive understanding and insights

Support the planning & implementation of symposia, advisory boards, scientific exchange and educational meetings/events with HCPs

Provide recommendations for TLs and other external parties to serve as consultants, faculty

Effectively collaborate with alliance partners

Scientific Expertise and Medical Affairs Delivery

Develop and/or contribute to the affiliate / therapeutic area medical plan and strategies

Support data analysis and the development of slide sets and publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts)

Partner with other existing medical affairs roles (CRP, CRS, ML, MI…) to achieve a seamless medical team aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences

Medical letter creation (local) and review (regional or global) in collaboration w/ Med Info

Support Scientific Data Disclosure (SDD plans)

May serve as the affiliate medical/scientific leader including research and regulatory deliverables

Critically read and evaluate relevant medical literature to be current in the TA

Keep up to date with medical and other scientific developments relevant to the product or portfolio

Be aware of current trends, issues and projections for clinical practice and access

Customer Support & Experience

Respond to external customer questions and needs, including escalations by Med Info & sales in accordance with company-wide requirements for responding to unsolicited requests for information

The local coordination of activities and engagement of Thought Leaders

Speaker training

Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with relevant professional societies

Deliver scientific, educational, and promotional presentations internally and to customers

Delivery of presentations at Promotional Meetings (whether virtual or face-to-face) should comprise a limited amount of a MAP’s time – for example, no more than 3-5 presentations per month.

Collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvement in customer engagement through Digital innovation Take a leadership role in Medical to deliver positive customer experiences

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

Medical Doctor degree is a MUST

Fluency in English

At least 3 years of experience in medical affairs is a MUST (dermatology Therapy Area experience is a preference)

Advanced interpersonal, communication, team work, project management and presentation skills

Commercial/business acumen and contribution

Ability to ‘translate’ scientific data into meaningful, clear and compliant content for customer communications and engagement

Knowledge and experience at the customer interface

Ability to effectively partner across multiple functions

High workload capacity including ability to manage and prioritize broad deliverables of a complex nature

This position is a highly strategic role that is responsible for driving the adoption of collaboration solutions from different OEMs and identifying growth opportunities to expand Servion’s footprint, while demonstrating the value and benefits to our customers. Your strong communications skills will drive and accelerate mutual success with our customers, OEMs and other stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. Executing against and reporting on Customer Success metrics, you are constantly looking to innovate and engage to accelerate results. ?Sharing best practices with your Customer Success peers you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team that is increasingly more critical to our growth in the region.

What You’ll Do

The CSM is charged to document and share customer best practices with the global team and implement best practices from the global community within their assigned accounts. Each CSM is expected to build cross functional relationships within Servion to support the customer more effectively on their Collaboration Platform. You will be managing the on-going 24 x 7 support operations for the accounts in the region and work with different OEMs to provide appropriate solutions to our customers.

Product Skills and Customer Insights

• Deep understanding of Genesys Cloud Platform and subject matter expertise

• Knowledge of support operations – SLAs, Availability, subscription billing, overages etc

• Serve as the bridge between the customers and OEMs by communicating customer needs and the impact on their business back to OEMs. Provide constructive feedback on product development and roadmap to Collaboration Product Management team. Meanwhile, you will communicate product roadmap and new features to customers and link the value proposition to our customer needs.

• Provide key customer and market insights to enable timely understanding of the market.

• Maintain a good understanding of the competitive landscape and outlook.

• Problem Solving and Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate internally with Sales & broader cross functional groups to drive continuous improvement & provide a superior customer experience.

• Lead campaigns, projects, and initiatives to insure successful customer implementation and ongoing adoption.

• Skilled in usage and implementation of tools and processes leveraged in the Customer Success role.

• Share experience and knowledge of the role with peers and colleagues to foster their growth and development to enhance the organization’s ability to deliver value to our customers.

• Maintain CSM portfolio while delivering on other business impacting responsibilities.

Who You Are

• Minimum 12 years of experience in the technology industry

• At least one implementation experience in Genesys Cloud Contact Center Platform

• Experience in managing 24 x 7 support operations for Cloud based contact center

• Previous Customer Success (or customer facing) experience.

• Strategic and creative thinker, account management, forward looking approach with strong commitment to customer success

• Proven ability to cultivate high level relationships with large complex customer organizations, identify and map the customer org structure, and bridge customer stakeholder turnover at any level of the organization.

• Find additional value opportunities for our customers and be instrumental in bringing those to closure.

• Laser focus on reducing churn by increasing product usage & adoption.

• Strong communication, consultative, influence and presentation skills across the management spectrum

• Focused attention to detail allowing for delivery of high-quality end user experiences. Proven team player and ability to orchestrate value in coordination with multiple stakeholders.

• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment to meet evolving business requirements.

• Education or equivalent experience: 4-year higher education degree

• Travel within the region is required.
