The Thermal Ceramics division designs, manufactures and installs a broad range of thermal insulation products that significantly reduce energy consumption and emissions in a variety of high temperature processing applications. Our product offering is extensive and covers application needs from Industrial to Commercial markets.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage product specifications for duct insulation and passive fire protection, in line with regional standards and market trends.

Develop and maintain good relationship with specifiers, government departments and key A/Cs to enhance Morgan brand in the market place.

Manage designated consultant target list as “key accounts”. Understand their structure decision makers and roles they play.

Provide detailed technical support to stakeholders, illustrating product capabilities and proper application techniques specific to ducts.

Report monthly on activity highlights and lowlights.

Communicate continuously with sales personnel on upcoming projects. Make sure hand over of projects from specification stage to sales stage is clear and well documented.

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify and anticipate customer needs, and ensure that products meet or exceed these needs.

Attend external and internal training to keep up to date on new products and developments and techniques.

Design and conduct training programs on duct insulation and passive fire protection product specification for internal teams and external partners.

Support sales Managers and Sales team with input towards internal technical meetings, technical data documentation, legal, warranty issues and customer complaints as required

Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management, Environmental Management and Health and Safety Management Systems.

Undertake such additional duties, which may from time to time be assigned to the employee in the discharge of his duties.

Understand and interpret customer specifications and requirements, and communicate this information to the product development and engineering teams.

Pre-qualification and registration of company/product/system with clients and end users.

Maintain a thorough understanding of local and international fire protection regulations, ensuring all products and practices comply.

Track and analyse industry trends and competitor products, and make recommendations for product development and improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, and manufacturing, to ensure product development is on schedule and meets customer needs.

Work with the Marketing team to create effective communication strategies targeting specification influencers in the duct insulation and fire protection sector.

Develop & Train necessary System Integrators for installation and selectively supervise the installation.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in specification management, specifically in the Building & Construction fire protection industry.

Proficiency in English and with Arabic being a considerable advantage.

Possibly knowledgeable of Morgan products: features, benefits, and how customers use them to support their own businesses.

Job Description

Service Partner Engineers provide world-class professional services enablement and training to help develop and grow Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners service delivery capabilities. This role works closely with Zscaler’s channel organization, professional services delivery teams and other internal resources to help Service Authorized partners grow their capabilities and services practices supporting Zscaler products. 

The Service Partner Engineer is an individual contributor responsible for enabling partners with technical skills, delivery methodologies and leading practices around design and deployment of Zscaler’s products.  They are a key resource that Partners will rely on as a trusted advisor in the creation and growth of a robust services practice that supports successful customer outcomes.

 

Educate our Authorized Partners on digital application transformation with Zscaler. Deep dive into Zscaler use cases and work with our partners to develop their technical capabilities to deliver and manage comprehensive service offerings.

 

Partner engineers will deliver enablement workshops with partners to ensure they are trained to Zscaler best practice on the platform features and functionality. 

New partners to become authorized will require project deployment shadowing to ensure they are delivering to a high standard of services to customers, these deployments will require shadowing by the Services Partner Engineer.

 

This role will primarily support partners covering the following regions: Middle East, Europe and India.  However, duties may expand beyond these regions based upon current needs.  The role can be supported remotely, ideally within one of the focus regions.

Responsibilities

Engage and support Zscaler’s Service Authorized partners by providing guidance and enablement in the practice of deployment of Zscaler products, including design, testing processes, leading practices, and project execution.

Provide deal-specific guidance and assistance for deployment planning, design recommendations, and scoping processes.

Collaborate with strategic partners in SoW construction, joint delivery planning, and resource alignment to ensure project success 

Become a Zscaler cloud service expert through self-study, company training, and a desire to excel

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills - fluency in Business English (Arabic would be desirable)

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalently advanced industry certifications

Experience with direct customer engagement, including presentations & workshop scenarios

Experience as a Deployment Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, Technical Account Manager, Sr. Support Engineer or similar, supporting networking or web security products 

Knowledge of networking and security products and enterprise network infrastructure

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, especially HTTP and DNS,

Knowledge of IT Security, PKI, SSL/TLS

Experience with Linux and/or FreeBSD

Networking Experience - VPN technologies such as IPsec and VPN clients

Network troubleshooting experience - Familiarity with tools such as Ping, Traceroute, MTR, and Network Protocol Analysers such as tcpdump, Wireshark

Knowledge of authentication systems such as MS AD, SAML is a plus

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus

Travel 25% to support partner engagements, technical enablement, and internal development.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $160,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.

Production Support Engineer - Dredging, Boskalis, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Make your mark as production support engineer dredging at Boskalis! As a valued member of our project teams, you analyze how best to use our dredging equipment to ensure optimal production. You will work on one-of-a-kind projects. What kind of projects? International projects with value of €100.000.000 and more. Such as the Manilla International Airport in the Philippines, Duqm offloading jetty in Oman or widening the Suez channel in Egypt.

You will play an important part in the execution phase of these large, complex and multidisciplinary dredging and infrastructural projects. In this position you will be mainly based on our international projects worldwide. In between projects you will be based in our Abu Dhabi office, from where you will be assisting our production engineers during the tender phase of future projects.

Your responsibilities as production support engineer dredging are:

Monitor production process and work methodology on projects in progress.

Assisting the crew of our equipment in optimizing the production process.

Optimizing work methods together with our operational staff and crew.

Sharing lessons learned for future tenders with production engineers.

While not on a project, assisting the production engineers in preparing production estimates during tender stage (from Abu Dhabi office).

Good to know: This position offers an opportunity for growth and development as an all-round production specialist. The production department at Boskalis is also a breeding ground for various other interesting roles within the company.

Your qualities

You can move ahead as production support engineer dredging if you recognize yourself in the following:

Higher professional education or academic degree in civil engineering or mechanical engineering.

Keen analytical eye and adept at interpreting and processing large amounts of data.

Strong ability to work well in both team settings and independently.

Possess a curious, investigative, creative, and flexible mindset.

Preferably experience in production engineering in or affinity with the dredging industry.

Willingness to work on a rotational basis on our projects.

Where you will work: Mainly on our project sites and in between projects from our Abu Dhabi office.

Full/part-time job: The position of production support engineer dredging is a full-time job.
