EVIP Manager, Customer Experience and Operations, Sirva, EMEA & APAC Regions

As a Manager, EVIP Customer Experience and Operations, you will contribute to Sirva’s success by employing best practices and data-driven decision-making to lead a team of EVIP Leads/Consultants. This role calls for an exceptional people leader to successfully manage a team of EVIP Leads and is responsible for the development of the team and continuous improvement of processes and performance. 

 

This role is open to employees based in the EMEA & APAC Regions 

What You’ll Be Doing

Manages a team of EVIP Leads to provide an exceptional customer experience through the utilization of data management tools and best practices.

Participates in continuous improvement of processes and integration of tools and technology.

Coaches, motivates and develops team members.  Accountable for the successful completion of training of all direct reports and indirect reports required for the business transformation.

Proactively leads performance discussions, performance management, and team development.

Participates in hiring, onboarding, and training.

Responsible for the ongoing education of regional EVIP operational teams

Hold all internal and external stakeholders accountable for the highest quality of service

Responsible for the communication and management of EVIP groups’ customer service expectations

Manages workflows and flexible schedules for team members to ensure adequate workload coverage to optimize customer satisfaction.

Uses all the tools and available reports to have a continual pulse on the operations. Analyzes service and employee trends and effectively uses data to create and deliver solutions.

Ensure EVIP team members manage all moves under the Single Point of Contact service delivery model (unless the client/ customer wishes not to do so)

Coaches team members who are not fully using the technology.

Monitors all EVIP Client SLAs and the experience monitoring for all customers. Analyzes and applies information from dashboards and metrics to offer improvement opportunities.

Day-to-day point of contact for the primary client contact for non-file-related inquiries

Root cause analysis of any Sirva Overall low-quality survey scores.  Provide recap to EVIP group leadership/Ops/Account Management leadership/Client as necessary

Accountable for maintaining Client-Specific Documentation (i.e., Checklists, SOP, Service Delivery Guide)

Liaise and partner with EVIP regional managers to adhere to globally consistent processes. 

Accountable for ensuring all applicable EVIP-specific policies are fully updated in policy platforms

Uses technology and reporting to ensure data integrity and proper and timely billing of fees.

Handles difficult customer situations and escalations with empathy and confidence. 

Partners with internal stakeholders as well as external suppliers to cohesively execute Client SLAs, KPIs, and overall client and customer experience strategy.

Takes a proactive role in bringing about change, applying new ways to develop the business through improved management of people and processes.

As required participates in sales efforts and client business reviews.

Some travel may be needed to meet with high-profile relocating employees or client contacts

 

What You Bring to Sirva

Education/Experience

University degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience in global mobility or similar customer service roles with a focus on operational excellence

Demonstrable experience in managing high-performing consultants and of forming a high-quality service mindset.  

CRP or GMS certification preferred.  

 

Cognitive Skills

Proven ability to adapt to evolving needs and develop solutions.

Results-driven with a creative approach to idea generation and problem-solving. Maintains exceptional organizational and time management skills.  

 

Technical Skills

Experience using workforce management programs preferred.

Experience with generating reports and dashboards and analysis of performance data.

Demonstrated success utilizing dashboards and metrics to drive process improvements.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 

 

Social & Emotional Skills

Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional departments.

Clear, open, and regular communication with team members.

Demonstrated ability to have tough conversations with team members to improve skill and performance.

Demonstrated ability to clearly and concisely express ideas and concepts verbally and in writing.

Excellent coach and team leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate and develop a team of high-performing customer experience professionals in a fast-paced, transformative environment.

Excellent conflict management skills for the purpose of resolving escalated employee, supplier, and customer issues.

Demonstrated change management ability.

RINA is currently recruiting for a Lead CMMS Maintenance Engineer to join its office in Abu Dhabi within the Energy Engineering Solutions Division.

Mission

RINA is looking for Lead CMMS Maintenance Engineer as part of Operation and Maintenance Department which provides services to large scale Oil & Gas Projects.

Job Responsibilities

•    Deliver project objectives for delivery of the maintenance management system included population and delivery of the Asset Register, Spare Parts Materials Register, perform Maintenance Analysis, develop Maintenance Strategies, Maintenance Tasks, Maintenance Instructions and Procedures, and prepare Preventative Maintenance Plans.

•    Proven Knowledge and practical application of the Maintenance Integrity Execution and Integrity Assurance programmes in a CMMS;

•    Significant and demonstrable experience with CMMS ideally in Frontline, SAP or Maximo PM and end-to-end implementation.

•    Provide Technical guidance on assigned Master Data Management, Maintenance Data Build, Cleansing or Optimization Projects.

•    Manage data migration from legacy systems to new CMMS/EAM/ERP Platforms.

•    Proficiency in data preparation templates including but not limited to Function Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Bill of Material, Measuring points, and Preventive Maintenance Templates (Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Task, and Standard Text) using different CMMS/ERP/EAM Platforms.

•    Competence in HSECES identification and catteries with experience in preparation of HSECES Tag List, HSECES Equipment Performance Standard and HSE-CES Minimum Assurance Task List.

•    Thorough grasp of principals and application of Maintenance / Asset Management techniques such as RCM, RAM, RBI and FMECA.

•    Ability to develop Maintenance Criticality Assessment and facilitate the respective Workshop.

•    Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards including but not limited to ISO 14224, ISO 55000, OREDA  2015, SAE JA1011 and 1012.

•    To act as technical Lead Maintenance Engineer within the project, in managing and addressing any such technical queries that may arise associated with CMMS and Asset Integrity Management, in addition to be accountable for quality and timely delivery of discipline project deliverables.

•    Generate Technical and Commercial Proposal for new business.

Role Requirements

15 years of experience in the role as the senior responsible person.

Significant and demonstrable experience with ADNOC Group Projects (Must Requirements).

Experience of operations, maintenance reliability and asset integrity, with a substantial track record and proof of performance in a similar position and work coordination.

Good knowledge to lead the planning, design, and execution of CMMS, EAM or ERP Implementation Projects.

Develop the Operations & Maintenance scope deliverables and implementation of the delivery execution strategy.

Good knowledge of common upstream and downstream Oil and Gas processing systems and equipment maintenance requirements.

Lead and manage a diverse and multi-disciplined Operations, Maintenance and Asset Integrity delivery team.

Maintain at all times the required high technical quality of work delivery and project control expected.

Ability to prepare and justify maintenance workscope(s) and communicate plan(s)

Ability to communicate comfortably and at ease with senior management and technical specialists.

•    15 years of experience in the role as the senior responsible person.

Korn Ferry is seeking a r Principal Consultant to join the Leadership Development Solution Area of its Advisory Practice. We are seeking an expert to design our high impact leadership development programs as well as deliver coaching and/or cohort program facilitation.

As a delivery-focused principal, your primary focus is to manage and deliver work at the highest level of quality. Your experience within Leadership Development enables success in leading and structuring complex engagements.

With clients, you create trusted, collaborative relationships by managing needs, expectations and the environment. Contributions to new business development focus on structuring the solution, pricing and establishing oneself as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with internal colleagues and external clients.

Candidates will have proven experience in leadership development solution design, program facilitation, and broad talent management program implementation as an external consultant, as part of a leading consulting firm or an internal corporate role with stakeholder management experience.

Primary Responsibilities

Responsibilities include leadership development delivery (e.g. program facilitation, solution design, and/or executive coaching), sales/business development, client engagement management, and contributing to the L&PD community of practice.

Deliver leadership development programs for Korn Ferry client

Our program designs may include large and small group facilitation, virtual instructor-led sessions, assessment debrief and individual coaching sessions. Seamlessly partner with Korn Ferry co-facilitators and integrate internal client speakers and outside experts.

Design leadership development programs and develop materials – including conducting interviews and diagnosis, identifying program objectives, developing learning architecture, and instructional design (workbooks, slides, facilitator guides, ppt’s).

Currently, all work is done virtually using various platforms (e.g. Adobe Connect, Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom). In the future, when corporate travel resumes, typical programs may be residential 1-4 day programs with 25-35 participants. Locations are diverse and client dependent.

Look for ways to expand and deepen client relationships e.g. active networking and partnering across KF lines of business.

Leverage insights to define, recommend and /or co-create strategic solutions for the clients.

Contribute to winning profitable business by proposal writing, pricing, shaping opportunities, pitch preparation and opportunity spotting in clients. Assess the needs of large/complex clients, designing and delivering solutions to meet their needs. 

Develop and/or support engagement structure, plan, resource needs and definition of deliverables and outcomes. Engagements may span multiple service lines and would typically involve managing multiple consultants from other offices/countries. Typical timescales could be 6-12 months

Build productive relationships with engagement and client team members setting clear expectations, direction and asking for feedback when appropriate

Mentor consultants, project managers and operations team. Give and receive feedback – performance improvement and appreciative feedback.

Actively contribute to the global LD community by sharing best practices and participating in thought leadership and community forums.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant advanced degree (e.g., Graduate, Doctorate or equivalent) plus 10+ years delivering leadership development engagements.

Relevant work experience in a top tier professional services firm and/or an internal HR/LD function of a large, complex organization.

Understand the leadership and organizational issues faced by business leaders, with ability to engage as a peer, act as a trusted advisor and place proposed services in their business situation or context

Experience conducting a needs analysis and then designing talent management, assessment and LD solutions to achieve the desired organizational objectives/needs.

Experience using psychometric assessments to inform development/coaching goals (e.g., KF360 certification preferred; experience with assessments of personality traits, potential and leadership motivation desired)

An inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and across an organization.

A well-developed results-oriented philosophy and work ethic; the ability to “get things done”.

A strategic thinker with the ability to recommend improvements on new products to management based on interactions with clients.

Flexible, responsive, and ability to work in a geographically dispersed environment.

Able to effectively thrive, quickly adapt to change, and navigate within a matrixed corporate environment.
