The Spotify Saudi Arabia team is looking for an expert Market Development Manager to support growth objectives in the market. Working closely with regional leadership, you will be responsible for owning the go-to-market planning for Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be the Saudi Arabia market expert, managing cross-functional projects and using your network and experience to expand Spotify’s market presence in this key market. In this position, you will work closely with local functional leadership and report to the Head of Market Strategy Operations (MSO), MENASAS who will lead regional strategy. The role is based in Saudi Arabia. 
What You'll Do

Lead the initiative of growing Spotify’s presence in Saudi Arabia
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Understand, articulate & action on industry movements & opportunities
Be the focal point for regional strategic partnerships with the goal to accelerate Spotify’s brand & commercial growth in the region
Through your existing network, introduce relevant partners to Spotify that align with company brand values and business goals
Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports and insights to internal partners
Act as a strategic partner of the managing & leadership team, working closely to align workstreams, and to optimize plans towards market growth priorities. Ensure communication and alignment between all key functions (local & global), including Human R, Content Operations, Payments, Finance, Advertisements, Marketing, Public Relation etc
Be the central contact for global teams on new market initiatives, leveraging experienced knowledge of Saudi Arabia to increase the impact —and assure local relevance—of planning, prioritization & implementation
Identify and solve internal operational challenges and opportunities-for- improvement. Ensure the efficiency of the market's business operations & processes, across functions. Establish frameworks that promote Spotify’s mission, culture & values in the market
Elaborate learning agenda for key critical initiatives, interpret results, prepare presentations and communicate findings to local leadership and the broader organization
Support or, at times, step in to lead key strategic or operational initiatives critical to the local market’s growth
Be a senior leader disseminating the Spotify culture, crafting an environment to encourage and empower cross functional teams locally
Who You Are

You have at least 12 years of experience in digital and/or TMT (Tech-Media-Telecom) industries. Preferably having worked with, both, established global players and early-stage startups
Partnerships, business development and or strategy consulting experience preferred
Extensive Saudi Arabia experience is a must as well as a strong professional network within the relevant industry bodies
Shown experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and working with an international team
Generalist abilities that is equally comfortable analyzing data, orchestrating events, leading sophisticated projects or negotiating a deal with C-Level decision makers
Shown results demonstrating thought leadership and business judgment, developing and interpreting deep data analysis and communicating detailed analysis and insights with simplicity, clarity, and confidence
Organized, process-driven strategic problem solver
Media Trained; experience communicating with press, media in both English & Arabic
Ability to learn new concepts, technologies, and businesses quickly and produce quality work in short time-frames
Proficient in English and Arabic
Genuine, confident, flexible and thrive in a constantly changing environment

About the Role:

Based in the UAE, the Middle East / North Africa Sales Lead (MENA) will be responsible for growing Planet’s sales pipeline and book of business in the Middle East and North Africa region. The ideal candidate for this position is a driven, independent thinker, who can also be creative in finding new and dynamic ways to expand Planet’s business. This person will have a proven track record of selling in government and commercial accounts in this region, with an extensive network and able to navigate procurement processes and frameworks. They will identify, qualify, negotiate, and close large and medium-size deals and drive sales revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a technical understanding of geospatial imagery products, or a similar technical field and an understanding of government customers that we sell to.

This role involves developing an extensive pipeline of new sales leads, providing product and sales demonstrations to prospective customers, and formulating appropriate business. To support this, the Government Sales Executive should have the ability to forecast accurately when managing the incoming pipeline of opportunities. The need to source, sell, co-sell, and close deals means that the ideal candidate should be familiar with the concepts of carrying quota and closing. Above all else, we want our potential MENA Sales Executive to enjoy our unique value proposition and join us in Planet’s mission to see change and change the world.

Impact You’ll Own:

Work very result-oriented to develop a sales pipeline of strategic deals with government customers
Create narratives that are aligned with your target customer priorities and resonate with decision makers
Achieve or exceed your sales targets and goals
Work in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams that support your efforts and leadership
Work with the marketing team to run campaigns to attract and identify new opportunities
Work closely with a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate contacts and leads
Prospect and develop business relationships, close sales, and manage customer expectations as the company grows
Collaborate with the Sales team in fostering customer relationships
Engage qualified prospects and take them through the journey of identifying a fit for Planet solutions and negotiating through agreement/contract/procurement obstacles to achieve an ultimate win
Manage the contracting and especially Government procurement process
Work closely with pre-sales staff to ensure a cohesive effort is put forth when demonstrating Planet products and services and achieving a technical win
Work closely with our post sales teams to ensure a successful onboarding for new customers
Maintain a excellent level of pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com
Collaborate and innovate as needed to create customer-facing presentations and proposals unique to the prospect and situation
What You Bring:

Proven track record of exceeding targets and developing and closing significant deals $1m+
8+ years experience selling to government customers including understanding the nuances of Government sales cycles and how to navigate through the process
Consultative approach to solution selling with experience developing and closing large complex deals
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience
Excellent relationships across Government and the partner ecosystem in the region
Excellent communication skills, minimum in English and Arabic
Demonstrated success finding and winning business with Government and Commercial customers in the region, specifically with UAE, Oman, KSA, Bahrain.
Deep understanding of the value of commercial imagery in support of the Planet’s mission
Self-starter, able to work independently under tight deadlines in start-up environment
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM System
What Makes You Stand Out:

5+ years of related experience in geospatial software, imagery or technical sales required along with a demonstrated track record of success
Vertical-specific expertise a strong plus (government, agriculture, commodities, energy, forestry, govt sales)
Knowledge and network in Earth Observation / Remote Sensing, and / or Geospatial

OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
ZeroFox seeks an Commercial Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Commercial Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.  The Commercial Account Manager will work collaboratively with new sales to meet revenue goals.  Travel as needed is required, estimated at 25-30% of the time.
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for renewals of the ZeroFox platform
Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
Coordinate the resolution of key client issues and complaints by leveraging the correct internal resources
Develop a complete understanding of account needs
Anticipate account changes and improvements
Manage communications between clients and internal teams
Strategically plan to improve client results
Collaborate with sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
Meet all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management
Expand relationships and collaborating with sales representative to evangelize ZeroFox within account
Act as liaison between customer and internal business units to manage customer needs 
Required qualifications and skills
Technology sales/account management experience (cyber security preferred), typically obtain in 3+ years
Experience managing and/or selling to enterprise level clients 
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Goal-oriented, organized team player
Self-motivation and self-direction
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
In-depth understanding of clients and their position in the industry
Eagerness to work with new sales to expand company, clients, and territories
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
Basic computer skills; experience with CRM software (SalesForce.com preferred) and the Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel as needed, estimated up to 30% of the time
Written and spoken proficiency in English & Arabic
