Position Title

Senior Visual Merchandiser Executive - Beauty

POSITION OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a creative retail Visual Merchandiser to maximise market share and to provide an excellent in-store experience for our customers. The job holder requires to define, design and implement creative visual merchandising strategy for Beauty department (Cosmetics, Skincare, Hair Care and Perfumes), develop and implement effective Visual Merchandising standards, methods and compliance. The job holder will also be responsible for come up with, revise and present design ideas for displays, signages, floor plans and launches, in alignment to product, trend, target market and budget.

DO — Key Responsibilities

Business Growth

· Manage development of creative and innovative Visual Merchandising solutions for the Beauty business for the concept.

· Plan and manage visual merchandising tasks to minimize expenditure and maximize productivity within the allocated budget

· Maximize market share using visual merchandising skill and business awareness

Visual Merchandising Plan and Design

· Manage, conceptualize and ensure implementation of the Brand Visual Strategy for Beauty department. Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.

· Co-ordinate with Buyers, Marketing, Store Operations, Projects in determining specific visual merchandising needs for conceptualization and design of Visual Merchandising solutions such as fixtures, displays, creatives and point of sale materials etc

· Plan and develop detailed guidelines and planograms for the department, followed by model store execution.

· Ensure development and implementation of effective Visual Merchandising standards and methods to ensure consistency across all stores.

· Supervise development of creative and innovative Visual Merchandising seasonal concept solutions

· Manage construction and documentation of instore creatives and window guidelines, as required for the departments.

· Plan and ensure development of New Season and Brand update store set ups

· Conducts market research/audit/monitor competitors and understand the latest trends

· Assess and recommend action and create guidelines for promotions and events, and execution across all stores within specified timelines.

· Ensure development and training of In-store Visual Merchandisers, on merchandising standards, space planning and store layout and other visual merchandising techniques.

Coordination

· Manage Critical path & calendar for VM function and manage stakeholders accordingly.

· Collate and share guidelines feedback for territory VM teams reagrding guidelines alongwith department VM specialists.

· Keep a track of budget and expenses for all territories.

· Collate Photo reports from all territories and review with department VM specialist.

· Managing the events calendar, weekly bulletins and team projects trackers for the team.

People Management

· Conducting Workshops with the store teams

· Developing department visual merchandising champs in regions for effective execution of guidelines and ensure consistency

DISPLAY

QUALIFICATION

Basic Qualification / Education / Vocational Training

Graduate degree in any field, preferable design

Advanced

Qualification / Certification / Specialist Training

Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Experience

4 years of experience

Specific / Relevant Experience

Proven work experience in the field of visual merchandising, including creating guidelines & planograms, floor plans, window & in-store displays, preferably in the field of makeup, perfumes, or department stores.

We are in search of talented Account Executive to join our sales team in Dubai, with proven track record of building a territory, from a base of accounts. You would be working predominantly with our Cyber Security portfolio, driving proactive campaigns to build pipeline, using specialized knowledge and skills to prospect, qualify, negotiate and close opportunities with both new and existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and driving the sales pipeline.

• Maintain knowledge of competitors in account to strategically position the company's products and services more efficiently.

• Use specialty expertise to seek out new opportunities in the cyber security market and expand and enhance existing opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.

• Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.

• You may invest time working with and leveraging external partners along with the channel team to deliver sales numbers.

Education and Experience Required:

• University or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.

• Cyber Security certificates is a plus

• Demonstrated achievement in a similar sales environment, diversity of business customer, and higher-level customer interface.

• Extensive selling experience within industry and on similar products.

• Track record of successful product sales in the cyber security solution market.

Your Capabilities and Skills:

• Understand the industry and market segment in which key accounts are situated and integrate this knowledge into consultative selling.

• Understand the role of Cyber Security within the area of specialization, and how our solutions differentiate Open text Cyber Security in the industry.

• Account planning and accurate account revenue forecasting skills.

• Collaborate with the management, channel team and sales teams in shared accounts to ensure seamless integration of specialist sales with other sales activities.

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure account retention & growth.

• Develop a comprehensive knowledge of products and service offerings as well as competitor's offerings.

• Leverage services offering as part of strategic product sales.

What you'll be doing

The FC Assistant Manager should be responsible for ensuring efficient, accurate and timely warehouse operations. These operations include receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory management and warehouse facility (space) management. The warehouse supervisor must lead a team in a very busy environment, must have excellent organizational skills, attention to details and able to multi task.

Key Responsibilities

To supervise the warehouse team for timely and efficient completion of day-to-day activities such as Goods Inward, Order preparation, Dispatch, Product manipulation and Housekeeping.

Evaluate daily workload, Plan and allocate work force to complete daily objectives.

Supervision of product put away strategies in WMS

Supervision of product pack keys in WMS

Plan, Organize and review daily tasks of shift Team leaders.

Ensure that the shift reports are completely filled and information passed to the next shift.

Ensure customer requirements are satisfied.

Maintain a high level of accuracy on stocks and ensure damages are kept to the minimum.

Ensure that the working environment is pleasant and cooperative.

Proper and effective communication of information from the management to the shop floor and vice-versa.

To motivate and lead the team to ensure logistics objectives are achieved.

Conduct Team briefing, on the Job coaching & performance feedback to staff

Plan with warehouse manager the staff annual leave.

Identify and recommend staff training requirements

Ensure resources like storage space, manpower and equipment are efficiently utilized.

Ensure Machinery, equipment, consumables and other resources and properly planned, used and well maintained.

Quality, Health & Safety and Environment

Strictly follow standard processes, procedures and work instructions. Also promote adherence to procedures by your staff.

Close analysis, promotion and identification of areas for improvement within company’s Quality Management System per ISO 9001 standards

Report all incidents, of any nature and however caused, to their immediate superior completing all necessary documentation promptly and accurately.

Ensure that workplace health, safety & environment requirements as per ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

To maintain a high quality image throughout the operation at all times.

What you’ll need to succeed

University degree in Business Administration or equivalent

Minimum 5 years experience in Supply chain management

Must have had experience handling operations at an E-commerce Fulfilment Center
