Overview of the role:

The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Sales team andprovide support in achieving/exceeding the targeted sales of Parts and Accessories business while maintaining/ improving the customer service experience.

 

What you will do:

•    Purchase automotive parts and accessories using ERP applications (SAP, and SAP Ariba) for use in repair jobs and customization of vehicles.

•    Forecast the requirement of materials and services, and ensure availability at all times for the smooth running of projects & workshop operations in order to achieve business targets.

•    Evaluate and compare quotations from multiple suppliers to identify the most cost-effective option, shorter lead times, better quality, and adherence to the required specifications of the material.

•    Create purchase requisitions, purchase orders, & service orders, and coordinate with suppliers and outsourced service providers.

•    Communicate with vendors, customers, team members, and managers to align goals & highlight any issues in orders approval, and material deliveries.

•    Create DBM Orders and assist in operations within the broader division of Accessories, SVD & Consumables.

•    Conduct Product Trials

•    Follow up on Payments and Maintain Customer accounts

•    Co-ordinate with Internal and External customers and generate sales

•    Site audits 

•    Maintain and update supplier’s information, supplier’s invoices and clear their payments.

•    Track and record orders, follow-up for orders delivery and confirm estimated-time arrival of the backorders.

•    Inspect the deliveries of materials and services against company standards to meet the quality expectations of the business.

•    Evaluate productivity through parts performance report, work-in-progress reports, and monthly nett sales reports.

•    Prepare and process warranty claims according to the manufacturer guidelines with proper documentation.

•    Submit claims efficiently and follow up with manufacturers to ensure claims are being processed. Resubmit any denied claims to secure payment for warranty work, and charge rejected claims to goodwill in accordance with company policy.

•    Optimize warehouse operations through availability reports, delivery scheduling, receiving, allocation, damage & aging reports of materials.

•    Identify and minimize dead stock using current & aging stock reports with the year’s bucket. 

•    Assist in testing new SAP system modules and ensure timely implementation of new modules such as VAT Tax Implementation, System Time Clocking for Labor, and Bonded warehouse.

•    Responsible to train and assist new staff to ensure all duties are performed effectively.

About the Team:

Reporting to the Manager of the division and the primary focus of the role will be providing sales and administrative assistance to the sales team.

 

What equips you for the role:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

3 years’ experience as a Sales Administration or Sales Coordinator

Knowledge in SAP and invoicing

Proficient in English and communications skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, Excel in particular

Experience in managing customers and good communication skills

Worley is currently recruiting for a PMC Lead Civil Engineer with extensive experience Gas Processing plants.

Roles and Responsibilities

 

1.                   Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Civil/Structural Engineering issues during the EPC phase.

2.                   Review and approve within the specified approval durations, the EPC Contractor key deliverables and other works within the Civil/Structural discipline, ensuring compliance with Civil/Structural design requirements and the Licensors’ PDP’s, which involves the interpretation and review of calculations, specifications, plans, investigations, surveys, structures, system or equipment with relatively few complex features.

3.                   Review and approve the following EPC Contractor’s deliverables:

·   Equipment design and development.

·   System design, including concept sketches and layouts.

·   Testing of materials.

·   Specifications and design calculations.

·   Designs, drawings and data by other Contractors’ or by Vendors.

·   Engineering studies and reports.

·   Material Requisitions for equipment & materials

·   Material quantity estimates.

 

4.                   Review and approve key design documents from Vendors, equipment manufacturers or Subcontractors and prepare comments and recommendations incorporating any comments received from the Owner.

5.                   Attend all Project technical sessions by the EPC Contractor such as: Design Review Meetings, 3D Model Review Meeting, Constructability, SIL, EIA, HAZOP and HAZID etc.

6.                   Ensure quality and accuracy of EPC Contractor’s Civil/Structural Engineering design activities, system integration, and design selection.

7.                   Supervise and manage the review and approval of EPC Contractor’s work, ensuring compliance with Owner and Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, and industry best practices.

8.                   Coordinate the required Engineering participation in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. Contribute input and expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models to ensure design optimization and validation for the Owner.

9.                   Coordinate other discipline Engineer’s participation in layout reviews, design reviews, and technical workshops.

10.                Provide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline Engineers.

11.                Coordinate technical reviews and analysis during vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation.

Requirement

·         Bachelor’s Degree in engineering

·         Previous experience as PMC Consultant is required

·         Experience of Projects involving Gas Processing plants and pipelines, control buildings, Substations, Roads, Piperacks etc.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Prepare plans and call-off materials from approved suppliers and other McCormick facilities, utilizing SAP MRP functionality, to meet the needs of the production plan. Highlight potential impacts to the production schedules due to material shorts / non-conformance, providing action based solutions to maintain effective production plans

Manage overall inventory for a specific SKU portfolio, within agreed targets, whilst optimizing customer service and inventory targets within cost constraints, producing management reports as required.

Monitor and measure supplier performance including ‘Perfect Purchase Line Fulfillment’ deliveries from suppliers, to continuously improve material availability. Drive actions in accordance with Vendor Assurance and Procurement, where necessary to address non-conformance to targets

Arrange the return to vendor of agreed non-conforming goods, following up appropriate documentation, to enable purchasing to track corrective action.

Resolve discrepancies between ordered and delivered quantities and values and confirm payment approval with accounts payable.

Coordinate the process and maintain accurate records of documentation needed to facilitate the seamless importing of raw materials, ensuring delivery on process audit targets.

Attend business reviews and participate in project team activity as required, to meet the needs of the business.

Ensure accurate and timely update for all relevant SLOB materials, capturing corrective actions to mitigate potential future issues, working with all relevant departments to minimize write off costs.

Manage the plant receiving schedule.

Utilize Supply Managed Inventory tool (E2Open) to enable supplier collaboration efforts.

Audit master data and maintain MRP settings to enable most efficient lead times and inventory levels, while ensuring service.

Import material from other countries and comply with import documentation required.

Project Management for continuous improvement

Comply with all the rules concerning Health and Safety, to ensure that all equipment is operated safely and to report any accident, injury or unsafe practice in accordance with procedures

 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

 

BS in a Business related subject. APICS certification preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years work experience in a planning or purchasing role, specifically within materials / inventory management

Competent PC Skills (Office Suite required)

Past exposure to planning using MRP and other systems (SAP preferred)

Assertive and tenacious, results focused

Ability to remain calm under pressure and think outside of the box

Customer focused and committed to building effective internal and external working relationships Innovative, flexible and adaptable

Good organizational and planning skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to work well as part of a cross functional team

Competent written and oral communication
