Main Duties & Responsibilities

Direct and quality assure the activities of the staff and students and ensure a safe, orderly, and smooth functioning environment conducive to learning.

Support and administer the annual school assessment and monitoring master schedule, working in conjunction with the school SLT and school department leaders.

Collaborate with Principal and Vice Principal to supervise and evaluate teachers, supervisors and curriculum support staff as assigned.

Provide leadership in screening and interviewing applicants including non-teaching positions, and/or recommending of applicants to be interviewed.

Implement student achievement improvement efforts as mapped out in the school development plan and ADEK regulations and as directed by Aldar Education. This will include but not be limited to school improvement plans, standardized testing, remediation, collection and reporting of data as required, and the development of special schedules and testing procedures as necessary.

Implement student achievement improvement efforts including directing the MAP/Exact Path student achievement plan, developing a progress-based testing schedule in coordination with the assessment coordination, establishing and overseeing the processes related to assessment and reporting student attainment and progress, data collection, students’ records, and archiving.

Collaborate with the SLT team regarding new or changing instructional methods, materials, strategies, and programs.

Assist, determine, develop and implement plans for staff CPD development for the building that facilitates professional growth and enhance the quality and efficiency of teaching.

Assist in the completion and submission of all required reports, forms, and data requests on time to the designated sources.

Work/meet with other administrators and staff to foster and participate in team collaboration and effectiveness.

Perform other duties as assigned by the School Principal.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor Degree in Education or B.Sc degree with PGCE is essential. Desirable                                                       Master’s degree.

Minimum Experience : 

At least 6 years’ experience, including 4 consecutive years teaching performance                                         exceeds standards and expectations as evidenced by performance appraisal 

At least 2 years’ experience in middle leadership role

Experience of leading school initiatives that have led to improvement in standards and achievement.

Experience working with parents and external agencies.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills :

With secure knowledge of teaching and learning and a track record of implementing effective strategies to raise standards and plug gaps in learning.

Ability to work with data and be effective in using data to diagnose, intervene and evaluate impact upon learning.

Ability to organize tasks

Ability to handle multiple tasks

Ability to exercise good judgment

Must possess leadership skills

Must appropriately handle confidential information

Arabic Speaker would be an advantage

Manager - Technology Audit & Enablement | Holding | Internal Audit

ROLE SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to support & facilitate effective and efficient implementation of the technology audit and enablement agenda for the Centralized Internal Audit function .The role holder will also support the development of the enablement strategy taking into consideration key aspects such as the enterprise technology stack & associated assurance needs, digitization of the business and efficiency enhancement of internal audit processes & operations.

ROLE PROFILE

Support the Director – Digital & Technology Assurance define the technology enablement strategy & technology audit plan for Global Solutions

Facilitate translation of the enablement strategy into an annual plan based on the short-term priorities / initiatives / risk focus of the organization / business units.

Ensure the technology audits should be delivered in line with the annual audit plan. Conducts audits in accordance with audit guidelines and departmental standards and tests the financial and budgetary controls, documenting any weaknesses.

Support audit teams in designing and executing integrated and technology-enabled audit procedures. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze relevant data, assess control effectiveness, and identify potential areas of risk or non-compliance.

Provide training and guidance on effective use of technology tools and techniques. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide ongoing support for technology-related queries and issues.

Identify areas for process improvement within the internal audit function and propose innovative technology solutions to address them. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented technology initiatives and recommend enhancements as needed.

Actively identify opportunities to automate manual audit processes and tasks using technology solutions. Develop and implement automated workflows and other tools to streamline audit activities and increase efficiency.

Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and derive meaningful insights. Develop visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate audit findings to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS

5-8 years of relevant experience in internal audit or consulting in either professional services or industry with at least 3 years of independent handling / management of assignments.

Candidate must have experience working in a complex technology driven environment with heterogeneous systems.

Hands-on experience with data analytics or visualization tools

Knowledge of audit methodologies and hands-on experience in developing key internal audit deliverables including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.

Knowledge of IT / Digital landscapes including applications and infrastructure components.

Proficiency in application of audit management software. Data analytics and visualization using leading tools.

JOB TITLE: SENIOR ENGINEER – CONTRACTS

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Manage all contract administration, including but not limited to; 1) ensuring all contractual documentation is live and in place; 2) managing the contracts database; 3) monitoring of call offs/ work orders/ POs.

·       Review contract and subcontract terms and conditions associated with tenders and draft qualifications in line with Contract Protocol and Petrofac best practice as appropriate.

·       Engage with Service line leaders and Bid managers to align proposed qualifications with Scope of work.

·       Liaise with Group legal to seek advice and guidance on protocol issues or legal jurisdictions.

·       Where appropriate liaise with Group functions tax, insurance and compliance to obtain their input into tender submissions.

·       Work with the Services lines to negotiate contract terms with client(s) and supplier(s) in line with Contract Protocol / Petrofac Best Practice or prepare justification for exceptions for senior management approval.

·       Ensure any agreed contractual position is approved in line with the Delegation of Authority Matrix.

·       Ensure through liaison with Supply Chain that where appropriate the sub-contract terms are drafted to ensure full back-to-back coverage.

·       Prepare Contractual sections of tender approval paperwork (contract RRC and GRRC paperwork) in support of tender opportunities across service lines.

·       Maintain adherence to strong contracting processes and procedures while working.

·       Gain a full understanding of company procedures and processes and follow these principles in all aspects of the role.

·       Ensure strict confidentiality of all allocated contracts and bid processes.

·       provide contract advice and support to business development activities.

·       Work with the Senior Commercial Manager to promote consistency of approach and the adoption of best-practice throughout all regions.

·       Assist in the resolution of contractual claims and disputes.

·       Assist in pricing of tenders and compiling commercial qualifications.

·       Scheduling, coordinating and attending risk review meetings and preparing the minutes of the meeting.

·       Assist/manage all activities related to post award on contractual, legal and commercial issues related to:

•                 Contracts with Clients;

•                 Partnering agreements with potential partners;

•                 Partakes in support the Commercial Manager in the Risk and Opportunity review process including, identification, mitigation and management of contractual/legal risks.

·       Supports and manages all activities related to administration of contracts including risk identification, risk mitigation and risk management during the post award stage.

·       Support the Senior Commercial Manager in the initiation and preparation of variations and claims to Client. Assist in defending, negotiating, and resolving claims with Client. Assist the Senior Commercial Manager and project / commercial team members in compiling supporting documents for potential claims, preparing advance defence for issues that are likely to evolve during execution phase.

·       Assist in ensuring that the key contract terms and conditions are presented and understood by the Project Management and Commercial Team upon award of the Contract and also ensure that a proper handover takes place from the pre award team.
