Role and Responsibilities

This job exist to have better supervision between multiple FM teams on ground and scheduled PPM. The FM supervisor is expected to monitor local SOPs for facilities management through FM processes in place and management of documentation.

More detailed roles and responsibilities are as following;

Track and supervise Operations related to Facilities Management.

Track and monitor PPM schedule with Third Party FM team.

Maintain and manage 3rd party certifications .

Coordinate and monitor vendor’s performance through performing building related services. Use their fleet management reporting system to track on monthly basis corrective and reactive maintenance cost.

Run a quarterly condition survey exercise to assess asset life cycle of the mechanical systems like MHEs, HVAC systems, Solar Systems, generators, and UPS system.

Assist operations team in coordination with the service provider to ensure minimum disruption.

Follow up on long lead items of maintenance and ensure to always maintain inventory of such.

Report on quarterly basis on the maintenance to the General Manage, FM team and operations

Assist direct line Manager and procurement in assessing any replacement of a unit

Report deficiencies and recommend areas for improvement to management.

Update and maintain records to track maintenance and repairs

Notify any facilities emergencies or constraints to maintenance

Manage and execute customer requests on timely basis

Raise PRs for any ADHOC/repair works

Promote value engineering without compromising on the overall standard on maintenance

Ensure maintenance of the battery charging systems and monitoring of the battery charging room to ensure all points are in working condition this to be done in coordination with FM technical teams.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

BE mechanical engineering or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

Min. 3 years hands on experience in maintenance of mechanical systems.

Proficiency in Spoken/written English

Command on the use of MS office

Team Player

Good Business writing skills

Document archiving

General knowledge on FM SOPs

Familiarity with FM software (optional)

Familiarity with Auto CAD/Schematic drawings.

Job Description

Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Oaks employees always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their colleagues. The key responsibilities for this position are:

Collect and process all invoices for payment after appropriate purchase orders and authorizations have been obtained.

Prepare payment listing as scheduled, and ensure payment has been approved prior to processing payment order.

Ensure all supplier reconciliations are performed on a monthly basis.

Ensure all necessary reporting obligations are met, on time

Maintaining an effective filing and reference system to support the management of the affairs of the finance department

Arranging credit facilities as necessary with suppliers.

Maintaining an accurate accrual register for the period end.

Performing related duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

5 Star hospitality background.

Bachelor Degree in Accounting

Flexibility, teamwork, multitask.

Managing team and tasks.

Min 5 years of experience in relevant role

Additional Information

Must be flexible and can work under pressure on a fast paced work environment. Innovative and open minded.

As a MENATI Field Service Leader, you will be responsible for:

· Working with Sales & Marketing to set strategic growth plan, direction & initiatives.

· Working with Services management and Product line teams to set strategic direction for process & continuous improvement initiatives of all work processes across your region and support department.

· Developing and maintaining service policies, procedures and service agreements related to all aspects of service operations including financial review processes, escalation processes, customer surveys and compliance with standard guidelines.

· Managing Service financials including revenue and expense forecasting.

· Influencing standard Service metric reporting and accountability.

· Working with team to optimize field service capacity planning and modeling.

· Assisting with pricing and quoting for Revenue Cycle and relevant products.

· Staying current on new third-party vendor product offerings and BH functionality planning to assist prospects as they are evaluating new releases.

· Conducting periodic review of the BH Win/Loss data to assess current process and recommended improvements to the implementation process.

· Conducting quarterly training or as reasonably requested to the Sales team on scoping and our Value Add regarding service offerings.

· Supporting Marketing of Services-related initiatives.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.

· Have a minimum of 5 Years of experience in Field Service Business.

· Have good knowledge of both Control Valves (CVs) and Pressure Safety Valves (PSVs).

· Have a -proven ability to deal with executives at all levels.

· Demonstrate experience working in a team-focused environment.

· Demonstrate success in driving process improvement across the services business.

· Project success driving cross-business / functional teams to drive service excellence.

· Demonstrate leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

· Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentations.

· Flexible to travel 50-75%, including overnight stays.
