This pivotal role is all about our customers. It’s about ensuring we listen to our customer’s requirements; we

understand them, we use our knowledge to piece together their holiday and they receive the very best service, the most

transparent information, and the care our brand is renowned for. After all, they are putting their dreams in our hands.

We are looking for people with experience, but importantly lots of enthusiasm and drive to deliver exceptional sales &

service. You’ll need to be flexible, innovative, and passionate and can work as part of a team and individually

You will be part of our Global Sales & Service team and will handle a range of queries ranging from new inquiries to

helping customers with their existing bookings.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

- Provide award-winning service primarily over the phone but also via Live Chat, email, and sometimes face to face.

- By listening to our customers, truly understanding their needs and requirements, piece together exciting holiday

experiences using your experience of our destinations.

- Ensure that all forms of contact are handled quickly and with a friendly ‘can do attitude, whilst achieving and exceeding

sales & service performance targets against key indicators.

- Challenge the status quo by working collaboratively with all departments to continually improve our customer

experience.

- Using initiative, keep up to date with product changes and personal development to always be one step ahead.

Qualifications & Experience

Commercial/Sales.Reservations/Ticketing : 1+ Year

12 Years schooling or equivalent :

Experience in commercial/Sales/Reservations/Ticketing/ Travel & Tourism/ Customer Service.

Knowledge/skills: - Someone who really understands the importance of exceptional customer experiences and exceeding our customers expectations.

A confident communicator with proven persuasive and influencing skills.

Thrives on a busy service and sales environment and self-motivated to achieve performance & business targets.

Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.

A flexible approach with the ability to adapt to different people, customers, challenges and ways of working.

Someone who wants to keep developing and able to take accountability for their own learning.

Ability to really listen to the customer, quickly identify their needs and think ahead to anticipate them.

Excellent attention to detail and understands the impact of errors on the business and customer.

IT literate and quick to learn.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Position Statement:

The RTR Specialist is responsible for providing support to hotels supported Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC). In particular, Month-end closing activity, Financial reporting activity, Balance Sheet reconciliation, Tax reporting preparation and Daily Cash journal.

The role reports to the Record to Report Supervisor.

Position Summary:

• Take charge of specific month-end activity processes

• Maintain Fixed Cost Register and ensure that this is a full and accurate reflection of all contracts in place

• Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Preparation of the VAT reconciliation and VAT return

• Review of the hotels P&L and preparation of adjustments

• Preparation of the hotel monthly financial reports

• Prepare the Daily Cash journal

• Assist in preparation of documentation needed by any internal/external auditor

• Other tasks as required by business operations

What are we looking for?

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in Arabic is required

• Proactive and self-starter - willing to learn and ready to challenge the process

• Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities

• Possess the ability to analyse large amounts of data / information efficiently and accurately

• Ability to work cohesively with others, both in the office and remotely with hotel Team Members

• Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision, within initial training period after employee begins work

• Strong Accounting knowledge

• Strong Excel knowledge

• Financial and DMS Systems knowledge and interest in learning new systems, in particular, knowledge of Navision and preferably Docuware.

Role Summary

The Cost Controller will be responsible for various financial tasks and analysis in relation to Rigs / Profit centers and Legal entities. Issue customer invoices and interact with Customers and vendors. Apply the principles of accounting to prepare and analyse financial information for the assigned drilling rigs and Region or Corporate. Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and related internal controls

Responsibilities

Understand Borr’s vision and apply the company values in all business activities.

Review of monthly Profit & Loss statement and account analysis for assigned rig profit centres and balance sheet reconciliations for Legal entities.

Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss statement and account analysis for assigned rig profit centres.

Review monthly financial results with assigned rig teams and provide variance memos/schedules.

Ensure that assigned day-to-day operations are carried out in accordance with established policies, objectives and budget.

Heavy participation in the budgeting/roll-on forecast processes.

Review assigned area related vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and account coding.

Review and classification of special items, authorisation for financial expenditures (AFEs).

Interact and liaise with a variety of departments (Contracts, supply chain, HR, Technical) within the organization as well as multiple levels of management.

Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy.

Determine priorities in the preparation of multiple projects on a timely basis.

Participate in any other assigned duties, responsibilities and special projects as directed by immediate superior or determined on own initiative.

Communicates internally with Senior Accountant, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Rig Managers, Heads of Departments, Co-workers and Colleagues.

Communicates externally with auditors, customers and vendors to ensure all transactions are recorded and there are no open issues.

Provide assistance to the Rig Manager and other functional departments with respect to their department cost.

Ensure proper control and verification of all transaction and the recording of the same correctly.

If required, supervise accounts payable function

Office based role which requires attention to detail and data management working under general supervision and where problems can be difficult but not complex.

Occasional offshore/shipyard visits may be required in this role.

Qualifications and Experience

College degree/Diploma (Accounting and/or finance degree required), CA/ ACCA/CPA/CIMA/CMA qualifications preferred.

Prior financial experience. Prefer experience with offshore drilling related environment.

Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
