Key aspects of the role include:
Provide technical support and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify and analyse emerging trends of the technology landscape and developments as well as provide recommendations and present business ideas for technology initiatives and improvements.
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Develop strategies to support long-term goals through technological advancements.
Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
Ensure compliance with data security standards.
Monitor and manage IT budgets to assess technological performance while ensuring cost efficiency.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or similar.
Proven experience in Product/IT Solution development, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Startup and Multinational Experience is an advantage.
Have managed multiple software development projects.
Proven track record of success in leadership positions, technology innovation, design, development, and implementation
Strong background in frontend or backend technologies and programming languages.
Ability to pitch ideas to investors.
Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
