Job Description

Assist in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for LOAMS to drive website, mobile app and social media traffic, generate quality content, using holistic direct and online marketing channels.

To support contact points and community executives by developing adequate marketing and communications tools.

Contribute information and ideas to the brand’s strategy and working closely with Managers/directors to implement an integrated marketing and communications strategy.

Responsible for Social Media engagement and interaction with customers’ reviews and feedback on all handles, including aggregators’ platforms.

Ensure effective marketing channels for all target audiences. Sourcing of relevant lists for research.

Sourcing and participating into deals or channels with external organizations/platforms to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost.

Production of content and ideas for marketing collateral, including brochures, print advertisements, social media, online presence, and web banners/emails etc.

Conceptualize and implement with Group Marketing support all marketing collaterals (flyer, brochures, POS-Materia, Community/Building Newsletters l etc.).

Follow up on production and distribution on all marketing materials.

Suggesting campaigns and responsible for their implementation, monitor and reports on their execution.

Contribute to and implement Marketing & Events Calendar, coordinate implementation and execution of all planned marketing and events activities.

Proactively build relationships inside & outside (influencers, media, co-branding, etc.) the organisation to enhance LOAMS visibility.

Build media relations with the real estate and relevant press to facilitate and organize interviews, features and coverage.

Research & Reports

Responsible for tracking, measuring, analysing and reporting the benefit for each marketing program or event, to utilize information to improve future programs for the business.

Perform regular market research and competitive analysis, as well as presentation material for management and field evaluation.

Reports on delivery against marketing plan and objectives.

Ensuring LOAMS website is fully up to date with latest information, monitoring traffic.

Content sourcing and media monitoring – in line with real estate topics.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor’s degree from a recognised University or Institution in Marketing or related discipline.

Any additional certificate or diploma in marketing would be advantageous

Minimum Experience

5-7 years minimum of experience in marketing, advertising or related field in the real estate industry, hospitality, tourism, property management and community management company.

Job Purpose

To source, recommend best travel options and make travel arrangements for the corporate clients which would include flights, hotels, transfers, meet and assist, visas, health information and any other travel related assistance.

Job Responsibilities

Regularly monitor “queues” in the travel system to ensure all changes are updated and communicated to the client when necessary.

• Ensure that the client has received the best option by providing quotations, fare comparisons and making reservations according to client’s preferred options.

• Adhere to the client’s travel policy and maintain accuracy in issuing, reissuing and refunding of value documents to the client to ensure a positive customer experience for the client.

• Create and maintain client profiles in the system to ensure efficient process flow.

• Smart selling” to clients such as upselling of add-ons, capitalising on business deals with suppliers, negotiating spot deals/best possible fares, promoting incentive carriers, ensuring to add value to the client as well as ART.

• Provide an accurate reconciliation between mid and back office systems: Ensuring necessary approvals are obtained before issuance of cash value documents;

• Reporting daily transactions on time through mid-office systems, ensuring daily sales are recorded for finance to generate the necessary reports.

• Develop Business through existing client

• Report cash/PO document daily.

• Analyze clients’ performance against potential and report to supervisor/manager

• Suggest economic annual travel budget to clients as per request.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Higher Secondary educated or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in airline ticketing

Knowledge & Skills

• Previous experience of working with travel systems

• Good relationship building skills

• Works well under pressure

• Ability to work with deadlines

• Ability to multitask

Assistant Project Manager (MEP), Parsons, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Assistant Project Manager (MEP) to join our team! In this role you will get to provides direction and management for medium to sized Building projects and ensures on-schedule completion within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations .

What You'll Be Doing:

Monitor the contractors, subcontractors and suppliers during the project execution.

Negotiates changes to the scope of work with the project Manager and the key Contractors / subcontractors.

Responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.

May participate in negotiations with regulatory agencies and in public meetings in support of clients.

Oversees establishment of Project Execution Plan, Health and Safety Plan, Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan, and other documents as required.

Establishes the requirements for all areas of the project and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria.

Plans, directs, supervises, and controls the execution of all technical and construction functions of the assigned project.

Assigns responsibility for executing project plans to key subordinates after careful assessment of how to utilize their qualifications and strengths.

Provides input to the project Manager for the performance reviews and development plans for subordinates.

Create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work. Discusses the qualifications required of the key project positions in specific detail with project manager.

Works with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for the various elements of a project.

Ensures that the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.

Works with the key project individual to devise and execute actions plans to rectify potential cost overruns or delays, or to accommodate significant changes to the scope of work. Advises the project manager of any such changes.

Promotes technical and commercial excellence on the project through application of Quality Assurance processes.

Monitors and reports to project manager on the progress of all project activity, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project cost or schedule.

Establishes weekly meeting to review project status and formulate action items.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university

Minimum 10 years of experience in construction of MEP Buildings or industrial projects

Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background, as well as previous project management experience on similar or related projects.

Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.

Comprehensive knowledge of industry standards

Proven ability to perform in a management capacity, excellent written and oral communications

Must have work experience in UAE preferably in Abu Dubai
