Account Manager, Trapeze, UAE/KSA

ob Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating leads and generating opportunity pipelines by creating high quality sales proposals and closing orders.

As the sales lead for the Middle East region, this role will partner with product experts to schedule and conduct needs analysis and follow Trapeze’ Value Based Selling model.

This senior level role will be familiar with Trapeze’s full and varied product range and will build an excellent understanding of the Middle East’s public transport market, developing strong professional client relationships at a senior level and throughout the target organizations.

Job Description:

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director, Trapeze Middle East and working collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, undertake the following high-level responsibilities in a professional manner:

Pursue and close new business, building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts to find, build, manage and close sales opportunities on a consistent basis.

Work with sales and marketing colleagues, and independently to proactively hunt for new opportunities.

Prepare tender responses, including win and pricing strategies.

Develop and maintain Account Plans to drive customer engagement planning aligned with the sales and product strategy of the account base.

Manage the complex sales cycles of technical selling.

Manage accounts, opportunities, activities, tasks, contacts, leads, etc. in the corporate CRM.

Strategize on strategic accounts and major opportunities with the Director of Sales and Business Development

Build Contract Forecasting Plans to drive the closure of deals when forecasted.

Develop a deep understanding of the opportunities that will be coming to market.

Present Trapeze, its business and products, to clients and prospective clients across the web, in the press and at industry conferences and trade shows.

Lead and coordinate customer presentations, including product demonstrations where appropriate.

Attending conferences with end goal of meeting leads, MQL and SQL targets.

Establish relationships with potential business partners in the region.

Undertake any other reasonable tasks consistent with training and skill levels required for this position as requested.

Education and Experience

Accomplished as a seasoned sales professional with 5 years + of experience in technology sales in a B2B environment.

Proven ability to deliver or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Demonstrated understanding of how to conduct business in the Middle East region, with a preference towards the Saudi Arabia market.

A proven track record of building strong relationships and ability to use interpretative skills to understand and relate industry/client requirements are essential.

Demonstrated pre-existing relationships in the market with contacts that can open doors into current government run transport organizations.

Highly competent at working with Marketing to build pipelines and enhance the sales funnel.

Strong customer and partner support as you would expect to receive in return.

Travel

The position will require extensive travel within the region.

Overseas travel may be required from time-to-time.

All air travel is economy class.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Campaign Planning – specifically for campaign strategies, global market and event activations. You will input into campaign direction and activation planning, steer in brainstorms, be creative and shape ideas, call on your industry knowledge, and manage all budgets.

Implementation – you will be central to bringing the plans to life, managing dedicated areas of the account. You will have an instrumental role working as part of an All Agency team and managing rights holders, from providing briefs and guidance through to approvals and delivery.

Evaluation & Review – you will be familiar with KPI setting and delivery against them, leading in the collation of results and creation of evaluation documents.

Self & Team Management – you will build the respect and commitment of team members by developing a collaborative working relationship, delegating effectively and fairly.

Client / Account Management

Development and management of own relationship with the client, and day-to-day client management

Lead the relationships and management of markets, all agencies, and partners

Effective management of regular project and status meetings with clients (and markets where relevant), including consolidation of notes and actions

Support in the campaign strategy and project planning (with Account lead)

Lead internal and All Agency brainstorms, and ideas development

Lead all market communication, global toolkits, activation planning

Development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management, PO’s

Implementation of all aspects of the campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live activations, digital & social strategies, PR & Comms

KPI setting and campaign evaluation

Approvals process and management

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

Agency experience

Experience working on large global consumer brands is preferred, but not essential

Ability to influence decision making processes, both within the Agency and the client organisation

Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines

Ability to think on your feet and take appropriate actions to resolve any unforeseen issues as they arise

Ability to enthuse and motivate others

Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients / suppliers including use of Microsoft PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and attention to detail

Creative thinking

Knowledge of, and passion for, both sport and music & entertainment is a bonus

Manager – Talent acquisition is a critical role holder who works with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. Responsible to determine current staffing needs and producing manpower budgeting forecast. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will understand the dynamic hiring needs of each business, helping to solve complex recruitment issues from strategy to execution. The successful incumbent will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to meet Company’s growing business needs, collaborating closely with the senior management team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, ensure exceptional experience to candidates upholding Julphar brand value as an employer. Responsible to ensure recruitment practices, processes and policies are effective enough for achieving organization objectives and strategies.

Key responsibilities & Accountability: • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet Julphar's business objectives, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top-tier candidates • Collaborate closely with senior management to understand current and future hiring needs, and develop hiring plans to meet those needs. • Drive the annual manpower budget planning, rolling forecasts, negotiation of resources and costs with internal stakeholders, align with external market standards and define KPIs for budget compliance. • Lead the activities in not only in sourcing and screening competent candidates, but have in place a strategy or policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and scientific candidate assessments. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to draft and advertise job descriptions, building pools of candidates ahead of time. • Develop and maintain effective talent bank for proactive recruitments. • Monitor and optimize sourcing channels to ensure a pipeline of high-quality candidates. • Drive the ‘Cultural Fitment and Competence’ driven talent acquisition agenda and related assessments in collaboration with the OD team • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and fit with the Julphar's culture and values. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the hiring process. • Negotiate employment offers, carry out background verification, conduct of new hires and due diligence assessments. • Define induction programs, ensuring new employees are quickly integrated and are informed about the organizational structure, culture, standards, policies and procedures. • Establish a mechanism ensuring high satisfaction level of new hires, define KPI for effectiveness of new hires. • Ensure the organization receives satisfactory standards of service within the agreed time frame without compromising quality. • Collaborate with the Talent Management Team to Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles from the internal talent pool. • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, ensure job offers are complying with the Julphar C&B philosophy and internal /external parity • Evaluate market trends and standards and internal staffing trends in order to recommend changes to the human resources staffing requirements in line with best industry practices. • Supports and manages Julphar Emiratization Initiatives and setting strategies for Julphar • Based on the employee attrition and turnover trends, suggest changes to management in staffing strategies. • Use metrics / dashboards to create reports and identify areas of improvement for staffing practices • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment. • Develop Campus Recruitment Plan, participate in employment events and career fairs etc under the Campus Strategy Campaign of the organization. • Ensure that established recruitment process is followed is updated periodically to instill best recruitment practices within the organization • In collaboration with the Learning and OD team, ensure that proper Induction and on boarding is at place for each and every candidate and ensure better employee experience • Monitor key recruitment KPIs, ensuring that Julphar's recruitment initiatives promote a diverse and inclusive workforce supporting the wider strategic objectives. • Possess an in-depth understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural nuances, regional employment laws, and hiring practices.

Qualifications:

- Education ● Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. ● Professional HR Certifications like CIPD/ SHRM/ ATD/ HRCI is preferred.

- Experience: ● Over 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a mix of agency and internal recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment. ● Previous experience leading a team of recruiters. ● Experience in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with business objectives. ● End-to-End management of the full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier candidates. ● Strong knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. ● Experience building talent market mappings and identifying new sourcing channels. ● Familiarity with various interview techniques for all kinds of employee levels like – skilled, professional and management category. ● Well versed in recruitment analytics , head count budgeting practices, Recruitment automation and technology . ● Knowledge of UAE employment laws and regulations, Middle East Experience is mandatory
