Associate Product Manager THV, Edwards, Dubai, UAE

Position Summary

Responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives regionally.

Initiates the development of marketing materials, plans promotional campaigns and provides support to the field sales force by monitoring trends and market intelligence.

Maintains contacts with Supply Chain and Global marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop marketing messages based on regional strategies

• Continuously enhance knowledge of current literature and regulatory/legal requirements

• Collaborate execution & development of strategic plan of product portfolio

• Supports introduction of new products in the market

• Work with product managers in the development and execution of the production of marketing and product training materials

• Support sales force training (e.g., training on product, messaging, and competition)

• Support logistics and organization of relevant internal and external meetings

• Perform competition analysis (market dynamics, product positioning, product/business needs)

• Other incidental duties

Education and Experience:

Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be an asset, not mandatory

A 1st experience in Marketing or as Product Manager is important , ideally gained within the Lifesciences or Consumer Health field

1st experience in product launch support, event coordination, customer training, congress management.

Knowledge of the Middle East Geography and industry trend would be an asset

English fluent , any additional language an asset

Additional Skills:

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills

• Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics

• Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles

• Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

• Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners

• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

To be noticed:

This role requires to travel approximately 30/40% of the time

Purpose of the Job :

To achieve substantial financial growth of net new and existing customers by developing relationships and interest in Aramex solutions based on customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities :

Generate and Nurture leads in co-ordination with vertical marketing and field marketing activities that will help generate targeted new revenue growth

Nurture leads and create opportunities within portfolio of assigned geographies through a value-based approach.

Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable revenue (additional regions, additional products).

Understand and analyze the big picture of customer’s business objectives in order to build the profile & act as a consultant for customer’s business strategy

Translates customer strategy into meaningful opportunities of value for Aramex

Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value for business and goal alignment

Identify & develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations in respective regions, to ensure maximum leverage for Aramex

Work closely with the solutions group to define innovative solutions that provide value to customer’s business operations.

Collaborate with account managers to create a seamless customer experience

Perform all aspects of the sales process and input & update all customer information utilizing CRM

Network with industry peer group & other internal affiliates to roll out best proven practices, as relevant

Engages in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing and sales

Job Requirements (Experience and education) :

Bachelor’s degree in business or any other field

Min. 5 years years of relevant working experience preferably in the express & courier industry

Fluent in English. Additional language a plus.

Proven track record of attaining organizational and personal sales objectives – Results Oriented

Strong Business Acumen and Industry Knowledge

Strong Work ethic and Customer Centric mindset

Ability to influence all customers (both internal and external) on issues that impact the business

Full Job Description

Required Payable Accountant

Duties & Responsibilities:

Formulating policies for accounts payable processes and creating strategies to facilitate the smooth functioning of accounts payable process that eventually increase trust in internal and external stakeholders of the organization.

Manages accounting functions including maintenance of general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting; ensures accuracy and timeliness.

Develops implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines.

Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information; ensures accuracy of financial statements.

Provides accounting assistance to project managers and operations staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs.

Supervises the activities of subordinates “if any”.

Investigate and handle complex payment issues and vendor complaints that have been escalated and require immediate attention.

Reviews accounts payable documents prepared by subordinates for accuracy, completeness, and conformance to policy; authorizes for payment.

Ensures accurate entry of transactions to accounting system

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Job Title: Payable Controller

Reviews statistical reports submitted by staff to monitor activities, anticipate problems, and ensure accurate recording of transactions submitted to financial systems.

Acts as a liaison between the company, government, and external accountants to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes.

Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.

Ability to perform vendor analysis, expense review and analysis, and support of corporate procurement functions.

Ensure that the Company’s written processes and procedures are documented and current.

Assist in preparing accounting reports to meet legal, managerial, and governmental requirements.
