Job Description

Build the business through sales and marketing of existing and new products to existing and new customers

Build a healthy portfolio, rely on sustainable continuous local and international line of products, and build on that while maintaining a healthy customer base and avoid bad debt

Re-align product offering to market demand (premium for premium customers, lower grade for middle tier customers), re-structure the product loading and offering by sourcing mixed containers

Develop and build relationships with current and new customers

Increase local line of products, but not only, that provide continuity in supply and promotional support

Negotiate and align further customers where cross-sales is present, rice, dairy, poultry, fresh produce

The Successful Applicant

8 - 10 years of previous experience working within or provide services to the Fresh Produce and distribution Industry is a must

Sales experience as well as previous procurement experience would be ideal Experience of heading up and managing a team of sales staff

Experience of the wholesale/food service business, food manufacturing and food hygiene

Knowledge of key contacts and players in the fresh produce industry

3D Visualizer Architect / Digital Artist, LWK Partners, Dubai, UAE

We are looking for a 3D Visualizer Architect / Digital Artist with 5+ years of experience with exceptional concept design, 3D illustration and post-production skills to join our studio in Dubai.

Successful candidates should have and be able to demonstrate 3d solid design sensibilities, excellent 3D rendering and animation skills, a flexible approach to 3D concept design, excellent artistry in post-production and experience managing all stages of a project, from a sketch to final renderings.

THE POSITION

You will focus on various aspects of 3D architectural design and illustration with strong 2D/3D technical skills across a broad spectrum of scales and typologies. This position will require you to continue growing your responsibility level and help to train and mentor junior staff. Being self-guided with a will to never stops learning and guiding others is an essential professional quality for the studio's culture.

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or equivalent in Design or equivalent in a related field, preferably architecture. Graphic design is an strong advantage.
• Experience At least 5+ years as an Architect and 3D Visualizer in an international environment.
• Fluent with 3D Modelling in Sketchup | 3D studio Max.
• Fluency in developing concept design, to interpret architectural design from a hand sketch or 2D drawings.
• CAD skills ability to amend plans and elevations and develop 3D models from 2D information.
• Excellent 3D rendering skills using software such as TwinMotion | Enscape | Lumion and V-ray.
• Excellent 3D Animation skills using software such as TwinMotion | Enscape | Lumion and V-ray.
• Experience with Parametric 3D modelling using Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.
• Experience with 2D post-production in photoshop.
• Experience with 2D motion graphics and editing software such as Aftereffect.
• Knowledge of VR | AR applications such as UNREAL ENGINE is a big plus.
• Familiar with all phases of design and construction.
• Fluent in English (presenting, speaking, reading, writing).
• Highly motivated, self-guiding.

ob Purpose

The Senior Client Relations manager will plan and manage the team to ensure client relationship and revenue targets are achieved. In this role, you will develop and safeguard the company image / assets and enhance the relationship with multinational clients regionally and globally. You will also maximise revenue and monitor competitor activities across the region recommending changes to ensure competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Plan
- Identify, evaluate and secure new business opportunities regionally/globally. Prepare/evaluate feasibility studies which support the recommendations
- Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports and constant monitoring of market trends and competitor activity. Evaluate this information and recommend or implement action to counter competitor activity
- Monitor staff performance and recommend training programmes for the team. Maintain effective procedures to ensure employee standards are maintained, whilst seeking to identify new strategies to motivate staff
- Develop and implement strategies and related policies for the department to ensure maximum profitability and productivity

Deploy
- Manage corporate client relationships at senior level and ensure the provision of specialised and professional services to sustain profitable revenue streams. Interact with client offices regionally/globally to ensure maximum retention and avoid bid situations
- Consolidate multinational accounts regionally from the existing clientele and renegotiate financials which benefit both the client and the business to ensure sustainability
- Leverage and build synergies across all departments to maximise productivity and provide the best opportunity for success. Ensure that everyone is working towards a common focus, goal and purpose

Lead
- Oversee clients Global/Regional business plans and deliverables with the team ensuring the business is on track to meet targets and that this is monitored at a quarterly interval as a minimum
- Liaise with the dnata product development department to ensure advertising and production of promotional material for the business is as required, effective and delivered on time. To ensure marketing is cost effective and has a positive contribution to revenue
- Conduct client and market surveys to measure customer satisfaction. Analyse trends from feedback received and initiate necessary corrective action to improve the standard of service to clients. Evaluate existing process/procedures on a regular basis to exceed customer satisfaction
- Consolidate locally and regionally multinational accounts from the existing clientele and to renegotiate existing financials for the benefit of both the client and the business simultaneously ensuring sustainability

Execute
- Conduct business reviews in conjunction with Group and client standards, ensuring detail and growth within the account. Deliver an improved service to ensure additional revenue contribution to the business
- Attend global / regional reviews as a senior sponsor to the client, linking with both client and business regional / global leads

Qualifications & Experience

Qualifications:
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, business management)

Experience:
- Experience in commercials / sales and marketing in the airline, travel-related, or service industry
- Proven client relationship management for corporate travel and government entities would be advantageous

Knowledge / Skills:
- 8 yrs+ experience in commercial / sales/ CRM role, at least 3yrs of which is in management capacity
- Proven people management and strategic planning skills
- Product and service development and implementation knowledge in an international environment
- Numeracy / analytical skills

Qualifications & Characteristics

Purpose

You will provide mechanical engineering services on large or mega projects to Worley' and its customers', including technical support and supervision within the mechanical engineering team.

Responsibilities
