What you will do

We are looking for Fire Field Service Engineer for the Global Marine & Navy business, to install, service and maintain our customer’s offshore assets in the Middle East area.

You will be reporting to the Branch Manager, Global Marine & Offshore Services, based in Dubai, UAE. We look for a professional with a proven technical knowledge of Fire Detection and Suppression systems, able to deliver in a multicultural environment.

How you will do it

As a Service Engineer you will use your strong technical knowledge to complete site activities including inspections, repairs, maintenance, installation, supervision and commissioning of various Fire Detection, Fire Suppression and Security systems. You will connect with customer on site and with Johnson Controls office support for accurate planning of execution and provide recommendations for follow-up actions. You will also promote our overall services and capabilities to growth relationships with the customers.

You’re driven and consistent in your approach to work, prioritising multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time leadership skills.

What we look for

Required

Diploma / Bachelor degree in engineering (electrical, instrumentation or marine)
Demonstrated ability in servicing, maintenance, fixing electrical/ mechanical parts of Fire Fighting in Marine / Offshore sector
Ability to read and understand electrical drawing and reprogram/upgrade control panel
Ability to troubleshoot and service miscellaneous suppression systems, such as CO2, Watermist, Foam or Gaseous
Experience in handling reports & communications in a concise way.
Proficient language skills in English
Valid Driving License in UAE
Experience with Security or PA/GA systems is an advantage
Previous experience in Tyco fire product line
Capability to handle service
Clear understanding about SOLAS & various CLASS regulation
Preferred having Design capability in Fire Detection, Suppression system
Proficiency in Autocad will be an added advantage

Overview of the role

The Genesys developer will be responsible for working on solutions and development of Genesys engage custom applications. To manage the planning of Passenger Vehicle supply and demand for Trading Enterprise brands in the UAE and International Markets. The Planning & Supply Manager is accountable for Demand Management, Sales Planning, Sales Operations in the UAE whether to Retail, Corporate or Fleet customers.
Responsible for the key functions of annual sales plan & demand order plan. Develop demand & sales forecasts at multiple levels across distribution channels. What You Will Do:

1. Sales Planning – using best available data to forecast market and segment model mix volume and using the information to establish appropriate Budget/Forecast assumptions for sales and stock planning.
2. Overseeing Supply Chain to ensure healthy balance sheet position and cash mgt. with efficient stock, from Factory order to final Customer Delivery, by influencing OEM, Suppliers, Group Value Chain teams (such as; PDI, F&I) for UAE and International Markets
3. Developing Best in Town Talent through Coaching, Technical Skills road map (through Individual Development Plans), and effective Succession Planning.

• The development of the annual & quarterly sales & demand plan with the detail by models and channels
• Prepare forecast data and evaluate forecast results
