Job Description

Be able to handle walk-in customers by providing information and collect thier details to book a meeting

Answering phone calls and online chats along with provide appreciate information or estimates (if requested by customers) to resolve queries

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers along with submitting expense reports

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos to attain approvals and required badges for events

Organize & Coordinate with temporary staff to provide information about their event schedule and required equipment or robots

Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team

Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in shortlisting & scheduling interview for CEO

Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback & internal employee documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as an Admin & HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position

Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)

Experience with HR databases and CRM systems (e.g. Zoho)

Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Attention to detail and problem solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Lubricants Hub for the Middle East is in Dubai, we operate as part of BP Middle East LLC. Region is made up of a diverse portfolio of 15 countries operating under 3 different business models with both Growth and Nurture markets.

Demand Analyst

(MEKSA)

In this role You will:

Acquire demand input from Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and the marketing team and adjusting the forecast database as vital.

Develop exception reporting and investigating root causes of forecast error to obtain improvements in forecast accuracy.

Regularly review forecasts for products classified as A, B & C, new items and high volatility items.

Maintain data integrity within the forecasting database.

Generate base line forecasting after cleaning the historical sales data with outliers.

Communicate updated 24 months rolling forecasts to Sales, Marketing, Supply chain, Finance, and key partners in a timely manner.

Identify short term demand variability, presenting this to Supply Chain and assisting with management.

Provide forecast-related support to other areas of the business, e.g. inventory management, marketing.

Generate Forecast accuracy & Bias reports for MEKSA aligned with EMEA S&OP standards.

Promote and embedding a forecasting field across the business.

Develop of root cause analysis for medium to long term trends within the business. The outputs of the analysis will be used within the LBM process to update sales and marketing plans.

Provide support to MEKSA demand planning manager for preparation of pre-work, presentations, data required to be compliant with EMEA S&OP process.

Administrate a large forecasting database with large number of products / SKUs across various sales channels. The large size requires effective prioritization of time.

Incorporate various inputs from sales and marketing at various levels into one consistent forecast.

Work closely with ME, KSA distributor partner, Pakistan & Egypt Sales team, supply chain, finance, marketing, and customer service.

What You will need to be successful:

4-5 years of relevant business experience in demand planning/ forecasting, FMCG background would be a great plus

Be Graduate or equivalent

Strong analytical skills

Confident user of MS Excel

Experience of working in matrix organization with multiple collaborators is desired.

Knowledge of statistical analysis.

Well-developed skills in communication and influencing others.

Fluency in business English

Flexibility of thought and action to be able to respond to changing market environments and dynamic business situations.

Ability to work across functions and gain support.

Able to meet tight deadlines and face increasingly difficult situations with confidence and “can do attitude”.

Proven ability to work and make judgements independently.

Able to run meetings and lead discussions in group environments.

Careem Grocery is on a mission to reinvent the way people shop for grocery, pharmacy and retail products. Comfortable with continuous engagement with C-level and Senior Leadership

Strong analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written) – comfortable with

PowerPoint and Excel

Strong team-play, comfortable with cross-team collaboration
