Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to manage delivery of a projectdriving operations and delivery governance, ensuring right talent supplychain to optimize customer satisfaction and cost of delivery

 

Do

  

Delivery Management
Ensure seamless delivery of the projects
Deploy optimum project delivery structure post transition/ migrationphase by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement
Create quarterly project charter with well-defined weekly projecttrajectory as per the project specifications & requirements andensure 100% adherence in terms of schedule, quality, efforts and costs
Ensure 100% compliance to Project SLA’s, information securityprotocols and etc (all customer’s contractual obligations)
Monitor and take appropriate actions on internal and external auditfindings to ensure no major non-compliance/ deviation from the SLA
Liaise between customer and internal technical delivery team todrive project health by adhering to organizational norms of projectmetrics
Drive various project related audits like quality, customer, ISO etcand ensure zero non-compliance
Conduct periodic cadence with the quality team to take proactivemeasures to resolves issues/ possible escalations
Conducts periodic cadence with Workforce Management Group (WMG) toensure 100% fulfillment as per the program/ project requirement
Regularly audit quality (QA) status of delivery and engage QA teamto ensure adherence to Quality Assurance standards and processes
Maintain project structure in Confluence & SAP in line withprevailing business requirements and norms
Ensure expected ramp down (ERD) compliance as committed in MSA
 

Client Relationship Management
Engage with client to deploy opportunities to deploy multiplesolutions within/ across SLs to create a stronger value proposition forclients
Conduct regular customer connects (meetings/ visits/ video-conference) and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) withclient management/engagement managers to understand customer’scurrent and future needs and seek feedback to improve deliverymethodology/ timelines/ resource allocation
Identify and close early warnings on a project to avoid any customerescalations
Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) along withDM’s/ ADH with the client management/ leadership team to driveimprovement actions and mine for a new portfolio/ opportunity within theaccount
Design and monitor project performance dashboards/ reports with theclients periodically
 

Delivery governance across the project
Create weekly/ monthly/ quarterly MIS and reports to monitor andtrack overall project
Conduct periodic reviews with the delivery team on operational,quality and fulfillment parameters and new idea generation & itsimplementation on existing projects
Identify and resolve potential risks or early warning signs onproject delivery to drive for ZERO surprise escalations and eliminateany revenue leakage
Escalate any deviations from the project charter to the deliverymanagers in terms of schedule, effort, cost, infrastructure from theproject charter and minimize process exceptions and such deviations fromthe actual project plan
Review and monitor revenue allocations/ realization to avoid OBrevenue leakage
Provide inputs to delivery leadership team on overall deliveryperformance parameters (project heath, utilization, realization etc) atproject/ program level during reviews highlighting any critical projectescalations and potential risks
 

Operational Excellence
Automation Focus
Perform pareto analysis as per the no. of incidents received andaccordingly identify automation opportunities and drive value addsacross the project
Deploy next generation hyper automation and crowdsourcinginitiatives in coordination with Holmes RO team to enhance productivity,quality and speed of delivery
Interact and engage with tools team to bring in new tools in theproject to automate certain pointers/ elimination of any noise in theproject
 

Innovation Focus
Brainstorm with the team to identify improvement opportunities andinitiatives to further improve quality, delivery speed and productivityparameters
Drive value adds and BVMs; ensure management showcases them tocustomer in MRM & QBR to drive growth
Plan and conduct periodic idea campaigns to generate new solutionsto the problems/ define better ways of working
 

Drive and deploy Knowledge Management and sharing
Contribute in internal knowledge sharing initiatives at Wipro bydriving internal training sessions, best practices, learnings, valueadds and BVMs and deploys best practices in various projects within ownaccount
Deploy the Wipro’s knowledge management portal across theaccount and monitor & track trainings
Capability Development and Talent Pipeline Creation
Demand forecasting in line with business requirements
Anticipate attrition and ensure right talent supply chain to deliverthe project
Spearhead quarterly demand forecasting and resource planning alignedto project requirements
Create and deploy a workplan to fulfil the required demand from allthe talent channels including external (lateral, contractors etc) hiringin coordination with WMG/ CWMG and Talent Acquisition team
Anticipate new skills/ upcoming technologies required to deliver theproject and ensure the team is trained or right talent is inducted intothe project as per the skill requirements
 

Drive 100% compliance on trainings and upskilling requirements
Prioritize and identify essential and upcoming technical skillsrequired across programs/ projects to facilitate and drive right supplychain
Drive towards 100% mandatory training compliance for the targetpopulation within an account
Plan and drive rotations for seed positions and ensure replacementplan to be arrived ahead of rotations
Quarterly connect with critical talent to understand their careeraspirations and create their learning maps along with project managersand HRBP

Overview

Are you an experienced Facilities Officer looking for wider horizons and more challenging opportunities? G42 needs your expertise to help implement and manage G42 Healthcare’s rapidly growing Facilities Management activities, projects & services.

 

The opportunity

The Facility Officer is responsible for the facilities management, maintenance of MEP, Civil, building infrastructure and support services of the wastewater monitoring Lab (WWML) facility to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization.

 

G42 Healthcare is committed to developing a world-class, sustainable healthcare sector in the UAE and wider region. At the forefront in the battle against the pandemic,

 

G42 Healthcare partnered with Abu Dhabi authorities to develop a massive throughput laboratory in 14 days and spearheaded the world’s first Phase 3 clinical trial of COVID-19 inactivated vaccine. Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing a program of activities to support the health of future generations – ranging from genomics, imaging and diagnostics to digitization programs, manufacturing and cutting-edge research. 

Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Manager- HSE & FM Operations.

 

FM Contracts Management - Overseeing the agreed service level agreement (SLA) contracts with various service providers including MEP, security, Housekeeping, catering, transportation and so on. Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, ground porters, Office boys/girls, receptionist, and security.

 

 Client relationship and Management 

  • Be a first point of contact for the client/DOE to get advice and help on a range of topics such as construction issues, Training, fit out, MEP services, space management, cleaning services, Security services.
  • Able to drive initiatives throughout the organization including top management.

 

Facility Operations & Maintenance –

  • Managing the performance & activities for the internal facility management team and outsourced contractors. Leading by example and ensuring the development of the team matches the top management expectations.
  • Act at the official liaison with external and internal stakeholders ensuring that all FM strategic goals are met.
  • Setting and delivering the KPI’s. Working with the lab Management team to assist with long term planning of the Lab facility, making suggestions on improvements when necessary.

FM Asset Management –

  • Responsible for ensuring that the assets are kept up to date and all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil equipment/ infrastructure are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Upkeeping of the MEP asset register, Drawings, OM Manual registry and other related documents.
  • Ensure all the Assets are well maintained as per the latest international standards.
  • Keeping the forward Maintenance register to ensure the maximum life expectancy of the assets.

 

Refurbishment and Fit-out management Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments. Managing the upkeep of FM equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations and advising on all building and fit out issues arising.

 

  • Procurement and vendor Management –
  • Coordinating with the G42 Procurement department and acting as a point of contact to various FM vendors to organize site visits and assisting to provide required technical inputs.
  • Preparation and Evaluation of Scope of work/Tender documents for various FM services
  • Carrying out techno-commercial evaluation of the proposals
  • Creating the Purchase requests in the ERP System for FM Services
  • Acknowledging the service receipts

 

Compliance Management - Working within Local and international guidelines ensuring that technical and project guidelines are always followed by all involved for FM Scope of work. (DOE/ADDC/ADCD/ISO/JCI Etc.)

 

LP Management -

  • Carryout/document the construction snags and ensure that they are completed as per the timeline
  • Ensure the DLP issues are recorded, highlighted on time and resolved by the main contractors

 

Warrantee Management - Keep a tracker of the Warrantee documents and ensure that the FM assets are well covered.

 

Finance Management – Preparation of Annual budget for the FM operations and Keep a tracker for the payments/invoices/Purchase requests etc. as required

 

Infection Control and HSEQ Management

  • Ensure that building and Operational Risk is properly managed for FM scope of work.
  • Able to create the necessary policies, procedures and processes needed to ensure continuity within the Lab as well as ensuring that a robust Emergency management system is in place.
  • Preparation of Business continuity and Utilities Management plan for the facility
  • Ensure that the FM contractors are following the infection control guidelines set by the IC Specialist.

 

Other Duties –

  • Carryout the 3rd Party calibration and validations for FM equipment’s as per the industry standards
  • Manage transportation
  • Pantry Management
  • Security Management

Qualifications

To qualify, you must have

 

  • Professionally qualified Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) BE/B-Tech or degree in related field
  • Qualification and certification relevant to healthcare/ Lab facility maintenance.
  • 5 to 10 years’ experience minimum leading a large healthcare facilities management contract
  • Minimum of 5 years of managerial/senior MEP FM engineer experience.
  • Relevant HSE Qualifications (NEBOSH.IGC. IOSH MS) etc. are desirable
  • Experience in CMMS/FSI Maintenance management software
  • Knowledge of ORACLE/MS DYNAMICS ERP Systems
  • Awareness of ACONEX Project management software

 

Ideally, you’ll also need

 

  • Excellent knowledge of standards, policies and procedures, and reports required for this position
  • Ability to communicate necessary information with colleagues and managers.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Ability to efficiently handle emergencies and remain calm in stressful situations
  • Extensive experience supporting Facility, Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental initiatives
  • Understanding of basic budgeting and financial reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols procedures
  • Strong work ethic
  • Time management
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer skills

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technicians to join our SeaWorld Abu Dhabi team. The Animal Life Support Systems (ALSS) Technician is responsible in carrying out the assigned routine inspections and service maintenance of the ALSS equipment and facilities; thus, directly impacting the health and safety of animals, colleagues, contractors and guests, and Theme Park’s operations.

Job scope includes:

  • Performs routine inspections and maintenance services such as water tests and analysis, preventive, and corrective maintenance in a related field
  • Records accurate data of activities by completing the ALSS checklists and other documents
  • Assists in the troubleshooting and repairs of the ALSS equipment and facilities
  • Operates the Life Support System in accordance with the ALSS SOP and manual
  • Maintains the cleanliness and organization of all chemical drums, storage areas and workstations
  • Utilizes safe handling, usage, storage, and disposal practices for chemicals, toxic substances, and hazardous waste in accordance with the Health, Safety and Environmental policies and ALSS SOPs
  • Maintains tools, parts, materials, and equipment inventory; reports any missing and/or items for replenishments
  • Completes all required trainings; maintains professional development and competencies
  • Performs other duties as directed by the ALSS leadership team
  • Assists on the inspections, diagnoses, and major/minor repairs on all ALSS pumps, motors, hydraulic equipment, compressors, controls, valves, and related equipment
  • Assists on the various analyses and inspections of mechanical systems to determine the most cost-effective means of maintenance, repair, or replacements
  • Ensures the continuous operation of all saltwater, freshwater, and water treatment systems
  • Assists in the troubleshooting and repairing critical animal life support equipment, filtration systems, valves, heat exchangers, pumps, motor, fractionators, ozone systems, UV sterilizers and seawater lines
  • Performs routine maintenance on ALSS systems and equipment, including mechanical preventative maintenance, raw seawater line pigging and valve maintenance
  • Assists in the draining, filling, and isolation of all habitats, holding pools, decretive pools, and waterfalls

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Aquatic Life Support Systems, Waste Water Treatment or Recreational Swimming Pool setting
  • 1 year experience as an Aquatic Life Support Systems, Waste Water Treatment or Recreational Swimming Pool technician
  • Basic English communication skills, written/verbal
  • Basic knowledge in all basic mathematical applications
  • Working knowledge to all basic hand tools and measuring devices in a related field
  • Basic mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to stand in a prolonged period; move/lift up to 45kgs of load; work with hazardous chemicals and in confined spaces and also require working on a shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Basic understanding on how to interpret PID layout of systems and pipe installation
  • Basic understanding of mechanical, chemical, and biological filtration as it applies to animal life support systems
  • Basic working knowledge pertaining to the operation, troubleshooting of, maintenance and repairing various types of small pumps and related equipment
  • Basic working knowledge of automated controls, pneumatics, electro-mechanical devices
  • Basic understanding on how to diagnose and repair a verity of pump problems, from primary issues and cavitation to excessive vibration
  • Basic understanding on how to interpret pump curves
  • Basic mechanical/technical knowledge in ALSS, Public Pools or Waste Water Treatment
  • Basic working knowledge of mechanics; motors, hydraulics, centrifugal and vertical pumps, compressors and liquid metering pumps

THE POSITION 

Team Assistant based in Dubai will support and assist in the day-to-day Africa Animal Health activities with the objective of increasing productivity growth and in compliance with Boehringer Ingelheim's (BI) Corporate  strategy, whilst adhering to best practice principles and BI's standard operational procedures (SOPs). 

Tasks & responsibilities 

1) Event management:

- Coordinates and implements regional department/business events (i.e. review meetings, corporate delegations etc) in coordination with HQ Teams and Clusters.
- Designs and distributes the invitation, prepares the briefing documents, negotiates and secures a venue, organizes hotel, travel and visa for delegates and monitors the budget.
- Supports and monitors the agenda and entertainment program.
- Arrange the promotion material.
- Handles requests on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly.
- Conducts post event evaluation and event cost analysis in coordination with the Finance department by gathering finance data from other countries and reconciling it with approved budget.

2) Administration and coordination:

- Supports the AH team in filing, meeting arrangements and other administrative tasks as required. 
- Supports the AH team in travel arrangements and travel logistics eg. hotel, visas stc.
- Assumes independent responsibility for special projects. 
- Meet and assist guests
- Follow up on the general invoices payment and ensure the follow up with finance and archiving.

3) Payment Management:

- Raising POs - PO tracker
- Invoice processing 
- Vendor on-boarding
- Budget Tracking
- Provisioning
- LastMile (AFR)

4) Documentation and Platform maintenance:

 - CORA - archiving documents and event agreements + CorA dashboard maintenance
 - Docusign - eSigning
 - IDEA4Gen
 - DigiEvent Admin

Requirements 

Bachelors degree 
Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar role
Basic understanding of finance topics
Knowledge of MS Office tools
Excellent organizational skills
Proactive and solution oriented
Independent working approach
Fluency in English
