We are keen to find a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to provide recruitment and sourcing support dedicated to a select number of business lines.

With the support of our experienced and collaborative Talent Acquisition colleagues, you will act as a focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matters, working directly with Hiring Leaders. This is a high-volume hands-on role with a key focus on developing and maintaining relationships with our colleagues within Jacobs and candidates to effectively deliver on recruiting strategies across the Middle East region.

To be successful in this role you will ideally be degree qualified and will already have experience of delivering recruitment solutions in a technical, consultancy or construction related business.

Preference will be given those who have already worked ‘in-house’; however we are able to consider Recruitment Professionals who are currently working in agencies.

As a successful applicant, you will have: –

• Demonstrated ability to cope with multiple work tasks, leveraging support from those around you
• The ability to identify and engage professionals at all levels and from a range of disciplines
• Good understanding of developing innovative engagement and/or sourcing strategies and processes
• Excellent interpersonal skills – with evidence of proven ability to liaise and build relationships with both internal stakeholders and candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Project manage throughout the client onboarding & solution implementation journeys with attention to detail, organization of information, vigilant follow up, and steady communication.

JOB PURPOSE:
Responsible for tendering process in terms of submission under the supervision of Commercial Manager. Reviews the tendering activities, including preparation of bids, submissions, determining commercial strategy and finalizing it with Commercial Manager. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Tender Management

Timely collection of the tender documents.
Review of initial tender/bid documents to assess company ability to participate in competitive quotation.
Prepare the Tender Summary for the management.
Prepare and manage timelines for all formal tenders.
Working with operations reps, subcontractor reps and management decision makers to provide all the information requested in the Tender document.
Comply with all contractual obligations, agreements, and requirements.
Must provide responses to Tenders professionally meeting deadlines
Completing client paperwork accurately
Responsible for following-up with miscellaneous quotation and miscellaneous tenders submitted.
Participate in negotiation/clarification phase with customers during bidding process.
