Senior Utilities Engineer (Landscaping), Parsons, Riyadh, KSA

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

Provides utility engineering knowledge on utilities.
Ensures contractor compliance with applicable engineering codes and standards and QA/QC systems, policies, and procedures.
Reviews utility submittals including vendors, shop drawings and utility drawings, surge analysis reports and specifications for compliance with the Contract requirements and design intent.
Contributes to preparing project QA/QC procedures.
Consults with other discipline leaders to ensure the smooth flow of vital information necessary for scheduled completion of construction.
Arranges support for the needs of other discipline leads for input to their efforts.
Supports the construction management team during construction and commissioning.
Provides advice concerning design or scope changes identified for review.
Regularly visits the site to inspect the utility installation progress and identify non-conformances. Provide utility related insight on construction issues.
Arranges regular meetings with the contractor to review progress on utility submittals and site issues.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in Engineering, or related field and minimum 3 years of related work experience with continued career development and certification.
Proven ability to perform in a management capacity.
Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are also required.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong assessment and problem solving skills.
High attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal direction or oversight.
Good knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
Excellent written, presentation and oral communications skills.

Inside Services Sales Engineer, Schneider Electric, Riyadh, KSA

Role Description:

To generate new business through targeted outbound campaigns utilizing the install base and/or maximize
services revenue by establishing, building and nurturing relationships with an assigned portfolio of Proximity
Accounts In addition to these activities, he/she may be responsible for managing, by delegation from
Outside Service Sales, some tasks related to Strategic and Targeted Accounts

* Essential Responsibilities:

Manage Services leads

Take inbound calls and e mails to support existing customer base
Meet daily goals for outbound sales calls to follow up customer requests and Field Service Representative (FSR) Leads
Identify and pursue new opportunities with existing customers
Develop new points of contact and potential account identified from marcom activities &
campaigns, Field Service Representative (FSR) leads and Customer Care Center (CCC)/other leads
Develop cross selling and upselling opportunities
React quickly to on demand requests from customers
Analyze, qualify and proactively progress opportunities in bFO
Quote and close deals for standart Services offers (spare parts, renewal contracts)
Maintain the Installed Base data for customers
Document all records of customer interaction and activity in bFO
Answers customer questions and educates customers on all SE services

Manage assigned accounts

Develop customer account plans to maximize business growth through assigned accounts
Be the single point of contact for assigned accounts
Proactively contact customer s and educate them on the complete Service offers
Report on order intake of assigned accounts
Maintain the Installed Base data for customers
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
Secure customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer
Present Services solutions & offers through digital platforms & webinars

Qualifications

Qaulaifications:

Education: Bachelor /Associate degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience: 2 years IS/ Field Service Representative/Customer

CareSoft skills: sales oriented/ results oriented/ daring/ passionate/ team player/ organized/ resilient/ voice clear & understandable/ engaging & enthusiastic

Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), BFO.

Familiarity with Schneider Electric products and services.Familiarity with phone, Internet, e-mail systems and social media

Verbal and written communication skills

Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and build customer relationships.

Successfully complete assigned training paths and successfully engage in technical sales conversations.

As a Region Materials Manager you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with other managers to determine supply needs and complete forecasting
working with global process and buyers to order materials according to specifications

Performing ABB LEAP test on site. Performing Machsense-P test on site, and vibration.
Installation and Commissioning of ABB Synchronous motors AMS 900-1250 and AMZ.
Using the ABB tools (equipment/instruments and software) to detect any critical faults and provide solutions in order to help the customer achieve more in terms of production and reliability.
Analyze the Motor Vibration measurements in order to Figure out the root Causes of Vibration ( Alignment , Bearing Failure….etc.).
ABB Certified on L3/L4 maintenance of ABB Synchronous Motors and Generators.

Your background

Ideally, you'll hold a Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
with 5 to 10 years experience in installation, testing, commissioning and servicing of Low Voltage and Medium Voltage motor.
Fluent in English is required.

Your Opportunity

Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer, specialist in Filler Aseptic, with proven experience in similar technology in Sidel or other companies. A background in Mechanical Engineering is desirable.

Your Mission

PURPOSE:

To Perform Installation, start‐up, commissioning and test of the Sidel Equipment supplied to customer sites, specialized on Mechanic.

To Perform technical assistance during and after the warranty period, carry out training and other after sales services of Sidel equipment installed at customer sites.

To Develop a good understanding of the customer needs to provide objective advice and to ensure customer satisfaction .

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications

Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities

Prepare Job Progress Chart and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities

Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction

Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules

Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site

Coach junior colleagues on the on-site behaviour, technical activities, troubleshooting and reporting deliverables

Report to the ISM for team site activities

Your Profile

Professional Qualifications and Experience :

3-4 years experience in aseptic field activities on Sidel filling machines.

Experience on Aseptic technology.

Consolidated technical background on Mechanical.

Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio.

Knowledge of the process machineries upstream SIDEL equipment.

Knowledge of microbiological principles, hygienic and environmental conditions and guidelines.

Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment).
