Job Description
Oversee all marketing and branding activities with B2C emphasis for food business

Assist in the development of a marketing strategy aligned to regional revenue targets

Lead the design, planning, and execution of promotions, both digital and in-store

Manage all social media in keeping with brand guidelines 

Support in client relationships and account management as needed

Assist with merchandising and market research as needed

Work closely with the sales team to understand consumer behaviour and make recommendations proactively as well as suggest solutions in a fast-paced environment

Identify relevant industry trends for implementation

Maintain in-depth knowledge of market landscape and competitors

Event planning & management

Assistance with sourcing local suppliers & vendors for high-quality, branded materials and merchandise

Other duties as required to support Red Sea Farms' brand development  

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leadership and high-profile clients

Qualifications
Graphic design skills considered a plus

Any experience in PR, corporate communications or relationship-building with regional media considered a plus

Specific experience in food retail sector considered a plus

Fluent in both Arabic and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work successfully in a team-based, dynamic environment

Ideally based in Riyadh or willing to relocate

Ability and willingness to travel as needed

About the job

NielsenIQ Retail Vertical places our clients at the heart of everything that we do. Retail Vertical, Senior Executive is a commercially minded individual that will manage a selection of retail client relationships across Jeddah Clients. The role will require the individual to deliver on the commercial agreements in place with our retail clients. The role requires both the ability to plan and execute on a clear strategy around four key pillars, including sourcing of retail data, servicing of retail clients, and sales. The individual will be required to manage the day-to-day relationship with key client stakeholders , and be comfortable in presenting data to a senior audience. Also, it will be important to manage internal stakeholders to deliver on key projects within the unit, as well as develop a sales pipeline to build and maintain client revenue.

Responsibilities

Build and enhance relationships with allocated Retailers to entangle them and ensure continued cooperation, containing costs and/or method of data delivery to improve data quality.
Accountable for maintaining and reinforcing our relationship with key stakeholders within retail clients with the development of a solid key stakeholder plan.
Ensure that Retailer Vertical client satisfaction is improved steadily across the country to an excelling level.
Drive servicing efficiencies through planning and execution of client engagement model in order to attain acceptable client (NPS) satisfaction scores.
Proactively deliver on contractual reporting obligations, and drive the use of NielsenIQ data into the retail client business.
Ensure revenue target for assigned clients is achieved profitably by identifying client needs, developing client plans, diagnosing issues and agreeing solutions that fully support clients’ own objectives and deliver growth and retain cooperation for our Retailer Vertical business.
Reach decided upon revenue and proposal targets through development of healthy sales pipeline.
Understanding and execution on financial administration including invoicing, counter invoicing/cash collection.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand Retailer clients data quality coming into the NielsenIQ Factory.
Coordinate with Operations (Product leadership, Data science, Data production etc.) to fulfil all the contractual reports and account plans for allocated Retailers and to achieve client requirements.
Contribute to FMCG thought leadership and internal knowledge sharing for the business through the identification of emerging trends, problems, and opportunities.
Work with your manager in setting objectives and KPIs, performance reviews, feedback, and career mentoring. 
About you

Working with both your NielsenIQ colleagues and spending time with Retailer clients, you will build partnerships to allow you to understand your client needs and requirements. You'll use this knowledge to develop in depth analytics and create compelling stories that deliver the insight to drive business growth. You will be part of a team of client service individuals who specialize in FMCG/Retail at NielsenIQ.

Qualifications

At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or statistics
3-5 years’ work experience, preferably within Research/ Consulting firms, Retailer, consumer or trade marketing, analytics and insights or market research.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.),
Business Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
Knowledge of the Retail/FMCG industry within Middle East
Detail oriented, excellent analytical skills
Ability to translate analytics into key insights for senior client stakeholders
Recent experience with client management/servicing with commercial acumen in order to deal with key day-to-day stakeholders.
Ability to proactively understand clients and identify opportunities for building strategic partnerships, and/or projects for other business units within NielsenIQ.
Good communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Good interpersonal skills are a must

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES

  • As a customer-facing medical function, the Medical Manager will have 80% of his time in the Field.
  • The Medical Manager Provide education on the clinical impact of Pfizer medicinal products to help inform customer decision-making and improve patient outcomes by communicating real-world data and scientific evidence.
  • Maintain a required level of knowledge of relevant TA/disease states and Pfizer medicines, providing therapeutic area/product information to both internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Medical Manager is responsible for KOL management related to therapeutic speciality and is the medical partner for KOLs in the markets.
  • MM is the ambassador of key stakeholders within the market (universities, Health Authorities, Academic institutes..)and other medical/healthcare associations and will engage with them to understand their patient health priorities and identify opportunities that align with the strategic Medical objectives of Pfizer.
  • Execute the local Medical strategies in alignment with the Regional Medical Strategies, and engage with the customers, compliantly coordinating with other Pfizer colleagues to achieve Medical objectives.
  • To utilize knowledge and skills to design and execute educational programs to create scientific awareness about relevant disease areas.
  • These Medical Programs are to be aligned with the Marketing and Company strategies and can be in the form of Local /regional workshops, scientific symposia, local & Int’l speakers’ tours, and advisory boards, either virtual or face-to-face.
  • Share Medical insights from the customers, and identify opportunities for collaboration to improve patient care.
  • Demonstrate expertise in communication across multiple channels, including live and virtual presentations in small or large settings, written communication, or virtual conversations
  • Respond to unsolicited requests from customers regarding the scientific interpretation of clinical information
  • Identify Disease area/Customers’ unmet Medical needs and exchange these gaps with the local stakeholders to feed the internal Medical and Marketing Strategies.
  • Provide medical support to Clinical Research, MI, Public Affairs, and Regulatory departments.
  • Medical Manager is responsible for reviewing and approving grants based on merits and scientific content.
  • Execute local research projects and local publications based on the identified Medical gaps

REQUIRED SKILL SET

  • Medical background (University degree in Medicine or Pharmacy)
  • 3-4 years of Medical Affairs experience is required
  • Vaccines experience is a plus
  • Demonstrate clinical and technical expertise:  Experienced in interpreting scientific data, capabilities in medical writing and authorship

Overview
This position reports to the PPE Regional Sales Leader, Middle East and is responsible for  new business development,  management of the channel partners’ network and customers relationships  within the assigned Territory. Work in close cooperation with Sales, Channels and Marketing Managers within Middle East in order to capitalize on available Marketing programs and apply them in the territory

Qualifications
High Level Requirements of Position:

Experience (required):

·       3 years in Personal PE sales or similar business field (industrial customers)

·       Fluent in English

Experience (preferred):

·       3 Years in managing end users and channel partner relationships

·       Fluency in Arabic

Education (required):

·       Economic or Engineering university degree
