The Offtakes Management Division looks after all contractual affairs with respect to feedstock deliveries and product offtakes to/from domestic and international assets. Our analysts ensure that all transfer price formulas and pricing mechanisms are fair and market-reflective, and that all planning and operational aspects are in line with the industry practice. We perform routine and ad hoc pricing and volume analysis for both planning and negotiation purposes, and simultaneously act as market consultant for our assets. Furthermore, we address all associated performance and communication concerns, ensuring all contractual rights and obligations are met.

 

A candidate for the Offtakes Management Analyst position is expected to have a strong grasp on oil refining and associated economics, in addition to the crude and refined products’ trading market. He/she must possess the right communication and analytical skills to form and negotiate positions, and resolve various types of performance and communication issues. The candidate should also be very knowledgeable with respect to long-term sales and purchase/offtake agreements

Job Description

This position is responsible for the implementation and completion of various plant audits for the end-users and contractors plus channel partners in general to achieve acceptable growth in incoming orders and ensure continued growth and profitability in Saudi Arabia & Bahrain.

  • Develop and pursue short/mid-term LED sales growth objectives and plans within the region.
  • Extensive focus on MRO business to maximize the preference for Crouse-Hinds lighting by standardizing their requirements, with special focus on Aramco, SABIC and end user accounts in Bahrain such as Bapco, GPIC etc..
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to create solid pipeline of plant audits, opportunities and projects.
  • Responsible for feeding information on end-user mapping including site surveys(SABIC, Bapco, GPIC etc.) and identifying the installed base, key product and application gaps.
  • Stays abreast of emerging technology and competitive trends.
  • Updates customers on new products, and technologies.
  • Works out on customer standards and align product offering.
  • Act as the key interface between the customer and relevant departments for lighting products.
  • Achieve your Goals for year as agreed and support the regional ROPs for LED conversion growth.
  • Support the regional sales team in determining the lighting install base for every individual plant, and customer requirements to assure that a high level of customer satisfaction and financial strength is achieved.
  • Conduct plant audit and present a report covering the aspects like health of lamps, gear & overall luminaire health
  • Execute Lux level & Luminance measurements

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales
  • Good command of English language (Arabic will be a plus).

JOB PURPOSE

The Analyst – Corporate Travel Services must be customer focused with high attention to details, analytical, with previous contribution to change management exercises and / or projects in complex environments. This position requires strong communication and persuasion skills, ability to interact with various internal and external stakeholders. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Travel Services, the Analyst, based out of Dubai, supports the implementation of the Corporate Travel Program for the Group. 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Engages with key internal customers on a regular basis to measure their experience with our Travel Services, determines and executes plans
Involves our internal customers in our travel initiatives, trains and educates our customers to our processes and policies
Supports customers for any issues that may arise
Ensures our internal partners from business units as varied as Finance, Accounting, Audit, IT, Onboarding/Off-boarding, Total Rewards receive the support required from us and our Travel Management Company (TMC)
Works closely with our TMC and monitors KPIs to ensure highest levels of online booking adoption, policy compliance, performance against SLA
Analyzes data and reviews processes, policies, and resources to ensure efficiency and continuous improvement
 

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS

Education Qualification:

Full time Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
 

Minimum Experience and Knowledge:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in project and/or change management
Previous experience in Corporate Travel from Customer or TMC side is preferred

  • Review of deliverables including design reports, design submissions and specifications.

  • Support the preparation and development of the Contract Documents for EPC and/or Design Build related contracts: Manages and coordinates the process of developing the Engineering related aspects of EPC and Design Build contracts required to enable the procurement of projects as detailed in relevant Project Execution Plans through the utilization of internal or external resources. This includes activities such as: Development of End User Functional Requirements; Development of functional specifications, etc.; Development of plan, layout and elevation indicative drawings; and Development of tender package scopes of work

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)

  • Minimum 10 yrs of experience in Design Management of Buildings or Infrastructure Developments.

  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations are required

  • Must also possess a thorough knowledge of current technology and the capabilities and efficiencies of specific engineering software for use in completing engineering assignments.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Global HR Operations, the EMEA Lead shall support with and have accountability for regional projects and initiatives.   • Use company systems to deliver impactful reporting/analytics on key talent metrics such as headcount, retention, turnover, promotion rates, engagement, onboarding experience, leave tracking, employee performance, etc. Partner with P&C Business Partners and other Centers of Excellence to develop a standard set of key performance indicators to assist with decision making and drive regional people decisions.
