Position

The Team Manager contributes to develop store sales to attain the commercial targets for the Store by empowering his/her team, and by maintaining high Louis Vuitton standards through an excellent customer service and an enthusiastic leadership.

  • Contributes to develop store sales to attain the commercial targets for the selling area; participates in increasing the loyalty of local and key customers by promoting and fostering customer service before, during and after the sale and by implementing store specific actions about products,
  • Based on an in-depth of the product range & store organization, continuously helps the sales team in daily sales activity and management of special orders, repairs, returns, by actively communicating to the team with the support of Sales Experts on product ranges and store organization,
  • Prepares reports on quality, competition and benchmarking and product analyses as often as necessary,
  • Is able to relate properly with Product correspondent, with VM Manager about his/her activity on products and commercial objectives,
  • Proactively suggests action plans and strategies to Store Manager to improve the business,
  • Acts as a role model within the team, demonstrates sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor and by creating a positive, open store environment & atmosphere through attitude, presence and enthusiasm,
  • Continuously coaches, develops and motivates the Sales Associates team through hiring, evaluating, following-up, and disciplining in a manner consistent with company policies to meet sales goals,
  • Fosters and develops clienteling culture within the team,
  • Is accountable for creating and maintaining an open, positive and harmonious work environment through a strong leadership
  • Ensures the operational management of the store and collaborates with the Store Manager to ensure supplies and stocks management
  • Ensures a high-quality presentation of the store, especially product presentation, the general upkeep of the store and the organization of the retail area and the back-office

Profile

In order to be considered for the role, you must have:

  • Managerial experience in luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent knowledge and passion for selling luxury products and services on offer to the Customer.
  • Deep awareness of competitors and marketing.
  • Technical mastering of the different aspects of sales with an outstanding sense of customer service, sense of initiative and commercial creativity with fashion sensitivity.
  • Strong computer literacy & systems knowledge.
  • Fluent in English communication skills and other language is a plus.

 The opportunity

You will be responsible for leading and managing a project, or part thereof, under the supervision of your line manager.

You will fully understand and comply with the project execution plan and ensure that all relevant parties you lead and supervise also understand these project targets in your day-to-day management of the project.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handover manager with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, technical knowledge of handover and fit-out works and snagging/close-out process.

  • Managing and monitoring consultant and contractor on required client handing over procedures.

  • Training of client handing over the system to the consultant.

  • Monitoring and assisting with coordination of the trades at the site.

  • Assisting to resolve site design issues with effective solutions, prior to handing over.

  • Managing and monitoring rectifications and replacement of any substandard works.

  • Scheduling weekly look ahead target programs.

  • Close monitoring of weekly steady progress and generating KPIs.

  • Monitoring status of works prior to handing over.

  • Managing close out of issues, with proper follow-up and feedback to stakeholders.

  • Daily site visits to monitor and control quality and progress.

  • Point of contact between site and client/handing over the department, to organize customer bookings and readiness of assigned units.

You have a bachelor's degree in a related field of construction management or design. You are a member of a professional construction-related body. You possess a solid understanding of infrastructure, utilities, and project management.

Overall job purpose:

The main role of the Controls Project Engineer is to ensure administration and Management of Projects and Contracts under the framework of Carrier Ethics & Compliance, EH&S policy & Quality Management System and Approval Matrix.

Key accountabilities

  • Responsible to ensure that field technicians and sub-contractor follow the defined safety   Guidelines & rules at work.

  • Responsible to maintain customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing internal and external communication plans with stakeholders to communicate project status.

  • Arrange Project transition meeting and carry out Sales to operation Job transition process.

  • Prepare technical Submittals, drawing and any other project submission as per scope of project.

  • Follow up Consultant approval on the submittal.

  • Create Purchase request, following ordering to the local supplier and factory.

  • Follow up for delivery of Materials.

  • Coordinate with customer for Factory acceptance test/Site acceptance test.

  • Coordinate with Sales team for payments and milestone billings.

  • Forecasts and Achieve sales and booking for the month.

  • Follow up with Technicians and coordinate with the support department to ensure the project is delivered on time as per the scope agreed within the planned budget.

  • Site supervision, Testing & Commissioning of the Projects, and final Handing over of the Project.

  • Documentation/Reports to be maintained throughout the life cycle of the Project.

  • Schedule technicians for the AMC /Service visits.

  • Participates in weekly/monthly meetings for sales review, aging and collection.

  • Reviews monthly online backlog report.

Qualifications   

  • Engineering bachelor’s degree (Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, etc.).
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Market is a must.
  • Good command of English.
  • Thorough knowledge of the market and HVAC Controls/BMS products/ Chiller Plant Manager.
  • Total Quality Management and ISO Process & Procedures.
  • Driver’s license.

Overview / Responsibilities

Wood is currently recruiting Offshore Senior Process Engineer to join our Offshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) in Al - Khobar, Saudi Arabia OMPP is a multi - year, multi program venture covering both greenfield and brownfield offshore projects here in Saudi Arabia the scope of this program includes Engineering & Design, Procurement and Construction Management 

 

Executing Assigned Scopes of Work:


• Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment
• Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects
• Ensures successful completion of the assigned project/phase within the budgeted time and cost
constraints
• Participates in defining engineering approaches, and in planning and scheduling work
• Evaluates problems, organizes investigations and establishes general performance specifications for
components, equipment, systems, processes, etc
• Check Engineering calculations as well as check all drawings in accordance with industry codes and
standards; Assist with the development of less senior Technical Professionals
• Adhere to and comply with relevant discipline specific procedures and provide feedback for
continuous improvement
• Participate in audits and incident investigations as required
• Performs complex engineering tasks related to specific units of major projects
• Participate in site visits, project review meetings, design reviews and other workshops as required

• Organising and active participation in design reviews

Skills / Qualifications

Ability to provide guidance and direction to project team, managing, motivating and mentoring
professional engineering specialists
