Job Scope:

Accounts Assistant:

The Individual will be responsible for Collection management & Accounting of outstanding amount from the customers in market. He/She should handle the Banking activities including deposits, Petty cash disbursements, Reconciliations & Cash journal tallying daily. He/She should handle customer statements, Salesman GAII review, Customer Master creation, and monthly Debtor reports OTIF.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Daily Cash Management, Receive Cash /Cheques from the Sales Team and Reconciliation of daily collection.
  • Deposit of Cash and Cheque collection to Banks daily and monitor the Bank statement on a weekly basis.
  • Monitor outstanding Collection amount from Customers in line with their Payment Terms and take initiatives for Improving Working Capital.
  • Customer account Review on a Monthly basis and report of overdue to EFM
  • Ensure that the TMI Spends in Customer accounts are Validated and as per the AP # Mechanisms & the Claim approvals are in line with the activity and budget
  • Monitor overdue customers very closely and take necessary actions to keep it at lowest.
  • Monthly market visit for overdue customer and highlight the risks to management.
  • Ensure regular balance confirmations from Top Customers.
  • Ensure Quaterly Nil claim confirmation of Market Spends from Sales Team.
  • Assist the Debtors' Controller with timely preparation of Monthly Trade Receivable Reports as per schedules.
  • Conduct Monthly reviews with Sales team of all channels and liaise with cap Gemini for allocations.
  • Ensure Customer Masters are properly updated with Valid Supporting and Authorizations as per UA Authority Schedules and Audit Trial Report to be made.
  • Conduct Monthly reviews with Sales team of all channels and liase with cap Gemini for allocations.
  • Ensure Customer Statement are delivered as per schedule.
  • Ensure Effective steps are being taken in order to be in Line with the Debtor Days & Overdue Targets of the Company.
  • Co-ordinate with Cape Gemini to resolve their queries on time and to take necessary steps to reduce the queries in future.
  • Monitor Customer deductions and conduct Review meeting to ensure the credit notes are timely being prepared by Sales team & Sales Coordinators in line with the Trading Agreements.
  • Participate in Quarterly Stock Check counts.

 Job Description

 
  1. Writes patient nursing care plans.
  2. Implements plans through tasks such as preparing patients for operations, wound treatment and monitoring vital signs.
  3. Sets up of infusions and blood transfusions.
  4. Acts   as patient advocate by making ethical decisions related to consent and confidentiality.
  5. Communicates with and relieves the anxiety of patients and their relatives.
  6. Responds appropriately to emergencies.
  7. Identifies the activities of daily living, appropriately plans, implements, and evaluates physical and psychological care.
  8. Reports incident and complaints to Senior Nursing Personnel on duty.
  9. Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates midwifery care that is evidence based, incorporates every woman’s unique needs, expectations, lifestyle and cultural background.
  10. Ensures that care within the facility is performed in accordance with established corporate and hospital policies and procedures and international standards.
  11. Ensures clinical resources and continuity of care during her hours of duties.
  12. Undertakes additional tasks as assigned.

 Our client, a leading government hospital, is currently looking for a Staff Nurse - Mental Health specialized with Pediatric patients, to be based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible to:


  • Observe and assess all mental health patients according to their condition.
  • Look after patients with severe and enduring mental illness.
  • Assess and conduct mental status examination and coordinate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Responsible  for  case  management  in  high  risk  clients, regularly  contact  high  risk  clients for  support,  follow  up  on  their  mental  health  status,  compliance  with  treatment,  attending  their  appointments,  and  reviewing  their  laboratory  results.
  • Demonstrate a professional commitment to patients and fellow healthcare professionals
  • Follow the nursing process to deliver safe, compassionate, and culturally effective care

  • Assesses, plans, provides and evaluates the educational needs of the patient and family

Requirements


To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing of at least three (3) years duration from an accredited institute/college/university.
  • Master's degree in Nursing would be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of clinical experience working with child & adolescent mental health patients.
  • Home country license as registered nurse is required
  • Candidates from outside the UAE can be considered as long as you are eligible to get DHA License
  • Willing to work for 48 hours per week
  • Willing to be based in Dubai

    General Description

    He/she owns the business domain’s end-to-end global IT strategy, roadmap definition and governance in alignment with strategic agenda and priorities of the respective business functions; effectively manage the business demand for application capabilities at all levels. Provide overall leadership and ensures alignment across multiple delivery teams; Drive the innovation agenda and the performance of the services delivered.     Responsibilities

    • Engage business and IT leaders at group, divisional and global brands level to define requirements and priorities within the respective functional areas and ensure alignment with business vision and key strategies,

    • Ensure Business vision within IT corporate organization, in order to guarantee business value creation,

    • Co-own with the respective Business Process Owners the global IT/business governance for the domain.

    •Seek out opportunities for business process improvements and / or enhancements with a focus on improved use of system functionality/usability.

    Acts with strong transversal management skills.

    Manages efficient interactions with both internal and external contributors to win support

    Manages methodology, timing, budget and resource allocation on projects (independently of the role within the organization.

    • Own and Facilitate the IT/Business global governance for the domain

    Knowledge & Skills Required

    Must Have

    • Minimum 5- 10 years of IT experience as applied to multiple business functions.
    • Understanding of SAP ECC6,S4/Hanna.
    • Strong preference for functional experience in one or more of the following R/3 modules: SD, MM, WM, FI/CO, PP, B/W
    • ERP Service delivery management.
    • Consultation Experience on best practices of business processes
    • ERP roll out record for multiple countries
    • Project management PMM
    • Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and tools
    • Excellent interpersonal/customer relationship skills

    Nice to Have

    • Experience in applying Agile principles in team and solution delivery.

    Education & other Qualifications

    • 4 years college or university degree with focus on business administration or IT or equivalent combination and experience
    • At least 7 years’ experience in IT.
    • 5 years of experience in relevant area.
