 Role:  Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist

The Senior Consultant is responsible for developing, executing and monitoring the Benefits and Business Case for the Client’s Digital Transformation. Contributing to this objective, the Senior Consultant will lead the development of a Benefits Categorisation Framework, Benefits Profile(s), Benefit Realisation Plan(s), Benefit Gating Framework, Case for Change, Change Strategy, and Success Metrics.

Day to Day Operations

  • Identify and qualify benefits for the Client
  • Develop Benefit Realisation Plans
  • Lead Benefits Realisation Plan execution and monitoring
  • Conduct 2-3 Design Thinking workshops to develop a change vision
  • Define and cascade a compelling ‘case for change
  • Define a change strategy, encompassing elements of how to run an organizational change management program
  • Define ‘success’ for the program with expected outcomes and success metrics
  • Obtain feedback and refine the change narrative for sustained resonance
  • Ensure alignment with the program benefits and change management processes for any expected change to the benefits or value realisation (quantitative, qualitative, or timeline)

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Organizational Development or other relevant discipline
  • Relevant OD and/or change management, HR certification is desirable
  • 8+ years’ experience leading change management initiatives and organizational design
  • Direct experience contributing at a senior manager level to high profile Digital Transformation programs or Change Management projects
  • Experience working in a commercial consulting team environment or internal transformational unit at a large enterprise

 

Job Specific Skills

  • An expert understanding of OCM within the context of digital transformation programs 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of designing, constructing and monitoring benefits cases and cases for change 
  • Ability to translate client input into workable solutions to facilitate deliverables 
  • Excellent communication skills including research, writing, facilitation and presentation skills 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of different types of OD and change management frameworks, tools and methodologies 
  • Knowledge and ability to apply process redesign methods 
  • Ability to diagnose root causes of organizational issues, problems and potential opportunities 
  • Knowledge of key OD and OCM trends and their relevance in different industries 
  • Sound knowledge and experience with tools like PowerPoint, Word, MS Project, Visio etc. 
  • Analytical and systems thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation skills to effectively involve project stakeholders to drive and implement organizational objectives  
  • Strategic thinking with a high attention to detail

As the Lead Services Specialist you will be:
 

  • Delivering Technical Training for Drilling services, especially experience in Logging while drilling (LWD) and Directional Drilling (DD)
  • Delivering all field services training related activities for both employees and customers, including delivering product, system, and process trainings, covering both Western and Eastern Hemisphere, remotely and in-person.
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure the standard and quality of field service execution.
  • Conducting training for Drilling services, which includes experience in directional drilling, application engineering, well planning and drilling optimization.
  • Keeping close contact with Drilling services central service delivery teams to get the latest information and knowledge about new tools, software, and operations in general.
  • Having ownership for the materials being delivered and ensure its updated frequently.
  • Communicating across direct organization. Presents to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
  • Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
  • Handling diverse clients in a region. Follows frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

  • Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum 5 years’ experience as LWD Engineer/ LWD Remote Operations/ Technical Support.
  • Demonstrate expertise in collaborating, influencing, and motivating teams to deliver multiple, successful customer projects.
  • Prove excellent written, verbal and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
  • Show good, general technical knowledge of energy technology products and services, alongside customer needs and requirements
  • Have Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Role Purpose

The Planning Co-Ordinator is an important and central role within the team working with a wide range of stakeholders, the Planning Co-Ordinator’s tasks include:

 

Planning and scheduling training courses, ensuring the effective utilization of both our full-time faculty and associate trainers. Updating and maintaining data in Planning systems and production of MI (management information) and KPI reporting. Processing purchase orders and invoices.

 

Role Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying available training resource and allocating to thousands of training days a year, ensuring effective resource utilization and consideration of trainer evaluation scores
  • Enter and update schedules in the Planning system to accurately reflect planned activity
  • Manage requests for holidays and other non-teaching activity to ensure that there are no clashes that will affect business requirements and updating the relevant records
  • Attend Resource Planning meetings to help identify and resolve any resource conflicts
  • Update process documentation and recommend changes and improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Process purchase order requests and invoices following the relevant policies and processes
  • Produce accurate and timely management information reporting and monitor key performance metrics
  • Support other members of the global Planning team and be an advocate of global planning processes

 

Role Requirements

 

Essential

  • Previous experience of resource planning and scheduling in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Detail orientated and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy in time-limited situations
  • Demonstrable experience of developing and managing good relationships with third-parties and stakeholders with good understanding on how to resolve issues and conflicts
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Previous experience of using Microsoft Excel to produce reporting and data analysis
