Reporting to: Omnichannel Trading Manager

Role Purpose:

The key purpose of the Content Manager role is to build brand identity and brand presence through the creation and dissemination of omnichannel digital content. The scope of work extends from formulating the content strategy, creating, producing and publishing content as well as using analytics to track impact of creative content and growth of customer community.

Role Details:

Responsible for defining the strategy to deliver inspiring, relevant, quality content for MAF Shopping Malls, ensuring agreed Brand standards are maintained across all online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Work with the cross functional teams to define and optimize the Digital Marketing calendar for aligned communication
Analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics to identify opportunities and drive performance
Ensure content across all platforms according to SEO best practice
Research design of UI and UX for omnichannel to develop and disseminate content to secure competitor advantage
Provide Centre of Excellence guidelines, training and support to Mall Marketing teams to drive Digital quality and consistency across Platforms and campaigns
Establish and manage photography for compelling visual content
Lead a team to ensure productive multilingual content management
Implementation of technical enhancements needed to scale content management efficiently
Be the brand custodian; protecting brand standards, defining and enforcing brand guidelines
Ensure compliance of all content published with relevant regional laws such as copyright and data protection
Comply with budget directives
Drive sales target for the business via traffic and conversion
Conduct audits as per business requirements
Ownership of all Platform domains and their security
Define and ensure compliance with digital guidelines
Negotiate with approved third-party suppliers where necessary to secure quality output at best cost
Develop and maintain strong interpersonal relationships across functions
Support and Training of the Mall Marketing teams
Provide positive consumer experience via easily navigated inspiring and informative content
Development and management of direct reports for top performance
Ensure limited gap between content and commerce across digital platforms, social media and physical

Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics

Education:

Graduate degree in Design, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or relevant technology field
Expertise in social media, WordPress, Sitefinity or similar applications
Technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing, and digital asset management

Experience:

Minimum 6 years’ experience in Digital Content
Proven experience as a content manager with specific online content management
Display keen interest in technology and innovation
Should be able to communicate effectively and have excellent negotiation skills
Should have good organizational and planning abilities including the ability to deal with/work under pressure and tight deadlines
Good communications skills (written and verbal) in English and Arabic (preferable)
Passion for Online Retail and dedication for the elevation of consumer experiences in the Digital world
Strong internal and external relationship building ability for mutual achievements
Demonstrate previous success in building sales and revenue in a Commerce environment
Experience in resource planning and leading a team to success
Facilitate Business development and technical enhancement
Utilise data and analytics to drive success, including Technology performance, Partner performance and experience improvements

We are looking for a Senior Urban Designer to be based in Dubai office.

Due to the tremendous growth occurring, we currently have an opportunity for a Senior Urban Designer/Planner to work in a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers. The fast-paced work environment enables team members to work on a variety of projects. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual looking to develop their international experience with a world-renowned multidisciplinary consultant.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of projects often happening concurrently.
Take ownership of medium to large scale design and production packages under the supervision of the Design/Project Director.
Organise and graphicly develop client presentations.
Work to a programme for deliverables and advise senior staff of any issues which may affect delivery.
Work within agreed design standards and parameters with senior staff.
Ensure the quality of deliverables meet the expectations of senior staff.
Work within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.
Undertake technical co-ordination with other disciplines.

Requirements

Degree of post graduate qualification in urban design, urban planning landscape architecture, or related field and preferably with a professional affiliation (or eligible for membership)
Candidates will ideally have minimum 7-10 years relevant working experience in urban design, urban planning and master planning.
Lead the production of high-quality urban planning, design and master planning project submissions in the UAE and the wider Middle East and Africa
Lead in the preparation of technical bids and fee proposals for master planning and urban design projects and other major infrastructure projects where appropriate;
Strong design and graphics capabilities and ability to communicate ideas via various visual and graphic media including hand and computer graphics.
Fully conversant with Adobe Creative Suite with demonstrable graphics and visualisation skills.
Competent in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and AutoCAD.
Experience in working with a multidisciplinary team desirable.
Strong design management, report production and coordination skills
An understanding of sustainability issues within the public realm. (LEED or similar experience and advantage)
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Capable of working on own initiative or as part of a larger multidisciplinary team.
Have a logical and organized approach to project delivery of project outputs.
Will be required to travel within the Middle East region to projects in a variety of geographical locations, including Saudi Arabia.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, attending meetings, workshops and seminars.
Other duties associated with the main role and responsibilities will be requested from time to time

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented MEP Revit Technician to join our team at our office in Dubai to produce BIM Models & CAD drawings for all stages of design ensuring the effective design of some of the most exciting building design projects in the world.

As part of our established team of expert engineers and CAD/Revit technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines, you will produce detailed 2D CAD general assemblies, and will also develop design coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit into our current design practices.

The Skills

Having already been accredited with a relevant HNC/HND (or equivalent) and having worked at BIM LOD300, you have gained strong practical experience of using Revit in a similar building based role, you are adept at planning and organising your workload and communicating effectively with engineering and AutoCAD specialists. You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, have proven experience of working under pressure to tight deadlines, and crucially – share Cundall’s passion for creative, sustainable and intuitive design.

Stantec is currently seeking a Document Controller to be based in our Dubai operation.

Key accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Manage electronic document management system as well as hard copy records on as per company system..

• Maintain and examine files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.

• Ensure all documentation is controlled in accordance with the company's procedures for document control.

• Process, control and administer incoming and outgoing documents (correspondences, submittals, transmittals, specifications, drawings, etc.).

• Upload and distribute documents to relevant parties in accordance with the document distribution matrix workflow.

• Maintain and update logs to ensure accurate status of submissions

• Prepare necessary data reports for various parties in a timely and accurate manner.

• Follow up and expedite priority items with relevant managers, engineers, consultants and contractors.

• Drive improvement to document control processes and procedures.

• Manage and monitor the use of various form set ups among team members.

• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to send and receive various reports, drawings, submittals and other outstanding issues.
