BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for managing and performing Airworthiness Reviews (AR) on the RSAF Typhoon, including the aircraft’s continuing airworthiness (Part M) records.
Manage the establishment and maintenance of the Salam AR capability.
Lead and direct AR team members, in the execution of the AR Plan.
The jobholder is expected to operate to a standard of absolute integrity and professionalism, in the execution of their duties.
Obtain and maintain Form 4 qualification via M&CA assessment.
Generate, authorize and maintain AR procedures, plans and forms, which comply with M&CA AR requirements, the SSS contract and RSAF Instructions.
Perform documentation (Engineering Support System) and on-aircraft reviews.
Manage the resolution of all AR findings.
Issue or extend AR Certificates, or AR recommendation report, if authorized.
Liaise with all AR stakeholder organizations (AMO, Sqns, TTSS, DO, etc.)
Manage airworthiness review records.
Support CAME reviews, in particular Part 4 (Airworthiness Review).
Authorize monthly AR performance reports.
Act as the AR SME on Salam and professionally develop AR Surveyors.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION

Essential:

Experience of an aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness (Part M) environment.
An appropriate certifying staff approval or an aeronautical degree or national equivalent Part M experience in lieu, in addition to the essential minimum experience requirement .
Fluent in English (minimum IELTS 6.5 for Saudi Nationals).

Desirable:

Degree in an aircraft or aviation related discipline.
An understanding of company processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Asset Management Consultant - Roads, Serco, Jubail, KSA

Serco Middle East is looking to hire Roads Engineering Consultant to be based on site in Jubail, The Client has a royal mandate to ensure effective O&M Processes and Procedures across all Government Entities within KSA.

The key purpose of this role is to hire a Civil Engineering Consultant specialized in Roads and Bridges who will be part of the Engineering team responsible for executing and delivering the correct deliverables for this task to the client and stakeholders.

Key accountabilities

Manage and supervise the activities of the Third-Party team to ensure the correctness of the deliverables for the above subject project
Ensure that the Third-Party has in place an overall project plan with details to achieve entire scope as per provided guidance
Review and ensure the processes followed by the Third-Party to build up the Asset Register with the acceptable hierarchy formats and taxonomies
Ensure the Condition Assessment and uploading to the Asset lists specified fields while conducting the Data collection by the Third-Party
Ensure the preparation of Tag Numbering and Tag fixation to each major Asset that belongs to the Entity

What we are looking for in our candidates:

Demonstrable subject matter expertise across multiple aspects of O&M
Experience in O&M activities and specifically Asset Management of Roads and Bridges including Fixed Assets, Movable Assets, and Linear Assets in addition to other fields related to O&M Sector
Good Applicator to HSE
General understanding of Asset Management principles
Understanding of Asset Life Cycle principles
Application of Asset data within the context of Asset Management system
Expertise in delivering Asset Management advices
Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public sector stakeholders

Specific requirements

•   Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
•   Minimum 20 years’ experience in related fields on national/international major initiatives and developments
•   Minimum 10 years in leading multi-disciplined O&M transformation and a proven track record of Asset Management best practices, preferably as an Assessor
•   Training and development leadership experience is beneficial
•   Record of engagement with a wide range of stakeholders and wider commercial and public-sector stakeholders
•   Extensive experience of working in Middle East/KSA
