Job Responsibilities:

  • To develop the application implementation project plan, lead the implementation of Oracle eBS suite application, perform technical and functional expertise to gather the requirement, build, testing, training and deploy the solution in order to meet the business requirement as per defined timeline and project plan, ensure the solution provided optimizes the application standard features to give the fully benefit of business requirements.
  • Provide on-going post production support in the area of functional and technical to resolve application bugs and any other application issues, in coordination with IT Helpdesk, DBA and Oracle.
  • Service support to resolve the issues in a timely manner and effectively based on severity and priority.
  • Proactively seeks continuous improvement in the area of Oracle functional application capabilities and technical or report performance to enhance process efficiency and user experiences.
  • Perform functional and technical requirement gathering, design specification, development, configuration, conduct CRP, UAT, training and migration for new implementation, process enhancements, modifications, report requirements in order meet business requirements.
  • Ensure that application change management process including testing, development and deployment activities in accordance of Group IT policy and ensure the information confidentiality is adhered as per company policy.

Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelors and/or master’s degree in Finance/Commerce/Business Administration
  • A professional accounting designation (eg. CA, CMA, or CPA) would be considered an asset
  • ITIL or PMP certification will be considered an advantage

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP Implementations, with experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions in various industries
  • Experience minimum 7 end to end implementation life cycle for Oracle eBS Finance and HCM.
  • Oracle eBS R12 experience is a must on following modules:
    • Excellent knowledge of GL, AR, AP, FA and CE.
    • Good knowledge of AGIS, EBTax, Treasury, Credit Management, Advance Collection.
    • Excellent knowledge of HCM Modules (SSHR, HR and Payroll).
  • Experience in gather requirements, provide solution, build, conduct CRP, UAT, training, migration and configuration for new project implementation, process enhancement, modification and reports development as per AIM methodology.
  • Experience in develop functional specifications and technical specifications as per AIM documentation.
  • Should have excellent knowledge of PL/SQL.
  • Should have excellent experience on Forms and Reports development using Oracle Developer and XML/BI Publisher.
  • Should have excellent knowledge on Oracle Workflow (custom and seeded), AME and Alert.
  • Should have experience on Oracle Application Framework, Form Personalization and Customization.
  • Strong grip of all the Business Process like, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Credit Controls, Cash and Bank Positioning
  • Should have a hand’s on experience on Power BI and should be able to develop Reports and Dashboards using various data sources

  • Very good on communication, influence skills, business result oriented and managing customer/user expectation.

Regional Sales Manager IMDS MENA, Oceaneering, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Purpose  

Responsible for sales of Integrity Management & Digital Solutions (IMDS) products and services within a designated group of accounts.  Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services and grow Oceaneering (OII) share of account spend. Work closely with clients to identify needs and consult on best practices for solutions and setup.

The Sales and Business Development Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales employees, as well as leading the sales function in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating sales activities for assigned business unit to maximize sales volume and drive targeted profitable business segment growth. The Sales and Business Development Manager will be responsible for gathering and reporting out accurate, relevant, and effective market data on the business unit and developing strategic business and people plans to deliver all related goals and business needs. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in the Oil and Gas Industry with strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of delivering what is required at various levels.

Functions

  • Executes sales activities and business development in coordination with IMDS operations.
  • Influences and implements short-term tactical decisions at higher levels in the organization.
  • Applies advanced and functional knowledge of specialized area.
  • Understand and delivers consistently the overall objectives of the company (Oceaneering International, “OII”) and fosters the expansion of OII. This will require close coordination with all IMDS BU's and other business groups, in regard to adding new products, expansion possibilities, business acquisition, inside and outside business influences, sales support, and overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide strategic, day-to-day and tactical business and product developmental support and leadership to all IMDS BU's including relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the regional Sales team in setting and achieving sales order intake and growth targets.
  • Works with the IMDS Commercial Team in support of ongoing sales opportunities.
  • This position must be integral with the Global Account Directors (GAD's), Salesforce and Bids & Proposals force in the various IMDS sites.
  • Participate in the identification and execution of OII goals and objectives and assist in updates and metrics while they are performed.
  • Gather and report out market data on the business unit. This includes establishing total available market size and Oceaneering market share for the business unit. Develop and review market share data with BU head and develop strategic plans to increase market share.
  • Implement Strategic and Conceptual Selling plans and Large Account Management Plans in collaboration with BU’s to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasting activities which includes established projects as well as opportunities.
  • Review market analyses with BU head to determine customer needs and price trends.
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition. This includes competitors market share of the region and globally, equipment volume and capabilities in the region and any strategic alliances for competition.
  • Coach and instruct sales team to understand customer’s organizational structure, key decision makers and reporting relationships, purchasing process, and degree of influence of individuals involved in the purchasing process.
  • Support the sales team in identification of opportunities to pursue, based on their fit with Oceaneering’s strengths.
  • Support the sales team to develop differentiators to help Oceaneering win at a price acceptable to management.
  • Formulate a pricing strategy based on the customer’s expectations, competitive situation, potential differentiators, and other factors.  Communicate the pricing strategy to the proposal team and justify it to the executive management that must approve the proposal.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Sales Account Manager
  • Technical Sales Manager

Reporting Relationship

  • Reports to Global Director of Sales, Integrity Management & Digital Solutions and to matrix managers as required.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business or Technical arena, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum ten (10) plus years of effective sales experience in the oilfield industry
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems, Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software and Presentation software.
  • Experience in Business Development analytics and commercial strategies.
  • Technically savvy and consistently up to date on the products and services OII offers.

DESIRED     

  • MBA from an accredited college or university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Leadership experience managing sales team.

Working Conditions

This position is considered office work which may require travel and being located in manufacturing or other such locations which is characterized as follows. 

  • Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
  • Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place. 
  • Work surface is stable (flat).
