Join our Team and advance your career as a Supervisor ! The role is based in DWC (Al Maktoum Airport).

In this position You will have an excellent opportunity to communicate and ensure compliance with Air bp expectations & standards.

You will also be accountable to manage the airport refueling operations to safeguard customers’ aircraft are refueled safely, on time, efficiently and in line with all current Air bp Regulations and Standards and in accordance with Airport Ramp Safety rules.

In this role You will:

Operations Management

• Manage all administrative tasks at the depot such as stock management, shift schedules
• Ensure quality control and routine inspection and maintenance work is carried out in accordance with procedures and correctly documented
• Ensure all records relating to stocks, sales, quality control, periodic tests and checks are maintained up to date and organized
• Carry out task observations on the airport operations staff and identify gaps and ensure the gaps are closed
• Report all incidents including delays, near misses, defects etc.
• Liaise with other Supervisors to ensure effective communication between shifts of pertinent issues, and handover of cash and stocks
• Perform tasks critical to the Quality Assurance System such as sampling of aviation products, visual inspection and control checks on incoming material, release of product into fuelers and hydrants
• Proactively contribute to maintaining excellent relationships with our customers and stakeholders. At times there will be conflict and the AS is responsible for ensuring that on the shift, there is resolution to any issues
• Scheduling all depot maintenance tasks and carry out any other tasks necessary in the day to day running of the facility
• Lead an emergency team where required

Leadership & People Management:

• Lead by Example and act at all times in a totally professional manner, demonstrating leadership to other staff and acting as a role model in the skills and behaviours required for this post
• Lead, coach, develop, train and supervise staff to develop them into a well-motivated team committed to safety and teamwork and to ensure the staff are competent
• Seek ways to improve levels of performance and efficiency while reducing costs by optimizing the use of equipment, facilities, staff, technology and training
• Plan and manage the airport refueling operations of the shift so that all customers’ aircraft are refueled safely, on time, efficiently and in line with all current Air BP Regulations and Standards and in accordance with Airport Ramp Safety rules.
• Take active interest in all staff’s wellbeing to ensure they are physically and mentally fit to carry out their duties and if they are not seek ways of facilitating a recovery
• Communicate and ensure compliance with Air bp expectations & standards; and manage staff relations and disciplinary procedures in accordance with company manual, employment conditions, applicable laws.

About you:

It would be essential that you have:

Bachelor degree or technical discipline background with appropriate experience

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience
• Skills to build strong team relationships and influence at all levels
• Excellent coaching skills
• Proven track of managing through improving customer experience and maximising value
• Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and deliver to timelines and according to given strategy

Role Purpose

  1. Delivery Management
    1. Ensure seamless delivery of the projects
      1. Deploy optimum project delivery structure post transition/ migrationphase by evaluating the budget, costs, risks and staffing requirement

    1. Engage with client to deploy opportunities to deploy multiplesolutions within/ across SLs to create a stronger value proposition forclients

Conduct regular customer connects (meetings/ visits/ video-conference) and participate in Management Review Meetings (MRM) withclient management/engagement managers to understand customer’scurrent and future needs and seek feedback to improve deliverymethodology/ timelines/ resource allocation
  • Identify and close early warnings on a project to avoid any customerescalations
  1. Plan and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) along withDM’s/ ADH with the client management/ leadership team to driveimprovement actions and mine for a new portfolio/ opportunity within theaccount

Job Purpose
Provide engineering support and coverage to Flight Training, Cabin Crew Training and In-Flight Services Training devices. Involved in complex fault rectification and update of overall performance and fidelity of devices. Operate within time constraints on equipment with a high capital value. Job Outline - Resolve any defects on Training Devices using specialist knowledge and engineering principles, working within established department procedures and safety regulations. Continually assess operational working practices/procedures and make recommendations for improvement as required. - Following department procedures, prepare Training Devices for use and at the end of training sessions, meet crews for feedback on device effectiveness. Attend to any unscheduled interruption of training to minimise downtime. - Maintain hardware and software configuration of Training Devices to ensure the integrity of device performance and simulation fidelity. Must review, propose, plan and execute cost efficient solutions and alternatives to complex technical problems. - Perform objective and subjective testing of Training Device in line with regulatory and department requirements. Identify, record and resolve performance deficiencies that arise. - Perform scheduled maintenance tasks and record in accordance with department procedures. Document and record all performed tasks and identify parts used, highlighting any shortages for re-stocking. - Lead Technicians in complex mechanical or electrical repair and overhaul tasks. - Conduct shift handovers and the exchange of information between shifts to ensure work continuity. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team to deliver the standard of service required, and enabling stakeholders to plan accordingly. - Liaise with equipment suppliers, internal and external contractors to manage training device defect resolution. Ensure supplier technical contractors are aware of and work in accordance with department procedures and safety regulations. May be involved in the acquisition and acceptance of new training devices or the update of existing training devices working within time and budget constraints. - Provide training for colleagues. ENHAPP – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
We are looking for someone awesome to join us as our Business Development Manager.

You have around 8+ years' experience in B2B sales with a proven track record within technology, SaaS, solutions, etc.
Experience in the corporate wellness industry would be big differentiator. You will be achieving the periodic sales targets in terms of revenue booking and realizing sales collections and play an instrumental role in fueling ENHAPP’s growth through new customer acquisition.

This is a mid-managerial role, which may have people management responsibilities and should be capable of working under limited supervision. The role involves making outbound sales calls, appointment setting, cold calling, designing, and implementing a strategic sales plan that helps in upskilling on the industry landscape, and ensuring a smooth sales process.

The incumbent will also oversee the day-to-day sales activities in creating, maintaining, and reviewing a healthy sales pipeline for the line of business. The role will also require taking inputs from the Marketing/Customer Success teams with pre-sales and upsell efforts. Ultimately, you will be joining us on our mission to expand our reach further and building a bigger and healthier community!

Key Responsibilities:
• Be accountable for increasing revenue and new client acquisition at high rates of growth
• Developing lead generation tactics and outreach strategies specific to each campaign based on market research and desired outcomes.
• Ensure having a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to match the revenue expectation
• Qualify leads methodically coming from internal marketing, direct sales and channel partners.
• Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales
metrics.
• Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills through all facets of the sales cycle
• Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members, both to promote career growth and to increase impact for ENHAPP
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to help shape ENHAPP’s offerings to meet customer needs.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of all aspects of
all ENHAPP programs.
• Observe, study and identify client needs, and explore ways and means to cross- sell and up-sell the portfolio of services/products of ENHAPP.
