•Guide the design and implementation of all Marketing activities and include innovative Marketing tactics, traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities and multi-stakeholder initiatives in order to meet strategic brand objectives.
•Ensure all in-field materials, strategies and tactics are aligned in order to drive momentum of strategic brand objectives.
•Lead the Brand Team around a brand vision and objectives that are shared by all members while taking accountability and responsibility for Brand Team activities and processes (organize/chair Brand Team meetings,… )
•Collaborate with Brand Team members, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with HCP and non HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning and to populate Brand Plan Insights Chapter.
•Continuously encourage Brand Team members and In-Field Team Members collaboration and foster team spirit
•Secure input and cross stakeholder viewpoints in order to develop a robust and accurate Patient Journey; propose strategic objectives for the BT review based on Patient Journey findings and challenge and critique Brand Team strategies in order to ensure patient-centricity.
•Ensure implementation of the commercial Brand strategy, tactical brand activities, and In-field Quality execution of all Marketing projects through regular In-Field Team Coaching
•Hold accountability and responsibility for allocated Brand P&L and financial planning (Financial Plan, Update, LRP)
•Monitor brand KPIs, manage budget & brand P&L, and track ROI measurements for all promotional activities in order to achieve or exceed brand plan objectives
•Maximize brand’ s sales and margin revenue, through the effective management and execution of Brand activities as per Brand Plan
•Regularly interacts with Key experts, other clinicians & stakeholders in the regular field visits (25% of work time to be allocated in the field)
•Coordinate financial process connected to the Brand (responsible for demand management, IMS consumption, and forecast accuracy)
•Set future direction for existing products and maximize on business opportunities
•Liaise and exchange information with other Brand Teams and across functional teams
•Ensure alignment with area and global on strategies and initiatives
•Ensure right Brand positioning and achieving planed market share
Qualifications
•Position is placed in Kuwait (preferably being based in Kuwait or willing to relocate)
•Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Medicine/Biology or equivalent
•Excellent Analytical, Strategic Thinking, and Presentation skills (PowerPoint and Excel is a must)
•Strong Communication Skills (English)
•2 years of solid performance in Sales and/or Marketing
•Experience in Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
•Experience in the field of Neurology is a plus.
