Job Purpose:

  • Lead the development of TT Business Plan and make sure it is implemented to deliver/ exceed the planned volume, revenue and profit targets for assigned the assigned channels across the regions
    Partnering with RSM & ASM to unlock root causes of poor performance or opportunities in specific areas, while developing, implementing and tracking the trade plans for sustainable revenue growth
Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop & execute the trade plan based on thorough analysis, market observations, & constant interaction with sales field team to achieve consistent revenue, share, & profit growth
  • Directing the field team on execution gaps through 3rd Party audits & regular market visits; in addition to updating the execution standards along with the trade marketing & sales field team.
  • Develop & deliver the business plan through cost effective Customer Development Agreements (CDA) through targeting the proper sales drivers by channel
  • Manage & Agree on optimal items range (MSL) & trade prices across TT channels & regions
  • Develop and maintain a channel Fact Book that contains all relevant customer information, Stores details, as detailed in selling edge
  • Issue a quarterly report covering channel performance versus target, implementation of the account plan and the outlook for the balance of the year
  • Drive revenue, shares, & profitability for the TT channel.
  • Develop & deliver the business plan through cost effective Customer Development Agreements (CDA) through targeting the proper sales drivers by channel
  • Lead the AOP discussion related to TT channel in terms of projected volume, D&A requirement, S&D budget
  • Partner with the sales development team to define the proper GTM strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify the impact of the commercial calendar
  • Utilize retail audit and shopper insights to unlock market opportunities
  • Direct the sales operation supervisors on the trade plans to ensure they assist, monitor and track all agreed plans
  • Direct the sales team on delivering the volume based on the agreed revenue management mix
  • Develop a 360 degree scorecard to determine the health of the channel by subregion, taking into consideration, volume performance, route KPIs, retail audit, financial indications and market audits

Qualifications/Requirements

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • B.S. degree from an accredited university. Degree in business management or similar
  • 4-8 years of field experience across traditional trade channels (DTS, SSV &/or WS)
  • Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner
  • Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
  • Listens well and seeks input from others. Knows how to effectively communicate and sell his/her ideas at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Execute and operationalize a business strategy.
  • Strong Negotiation and Relationship building skills and ability to influence - Ability to influence at all levels and build relationship

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for identifying and capturing incremental volume & high visibility by marketing at the point of purchase. A key interface between sales & marketing delivering trade marketing expertise to develop, implement & track strategies in order to meet necessary targets. Support the SSFL business development by creating customer focused activity programs and delivering to the field of necessary selling tools. Managing the interface between sales & marketing to deliver AOP channel activity calendar and lead the OT channel development agenda. - Develop OT Channel Activity/ Innovation calendar in coordination with marketing department. Develop Trade Loyalty programs & Deploy to sales force. - Develop, Recommend & Control the Push & Pull initiatives.
Principal Accountabilities:
  • Leveraging Sales performance by providing high quality Marketing services targeting TT & WHL Trade channels and maintaining synergy with Marketing function.
  • Motivating and maintaining long term relationship with Trade customers to achieve Sales & Marketing AOP objectives.
  • Planning and executing long term loyalty programs for trade Customers to meet or exceed sales objectives supported with all relevant tracking tools to insure quality of program execution.
  • Representing sales function in the process of New Product Launches handling Pipeline forecast, recommending packages & price points in cooperation with sales management.
  • Enhancing sales team in meeting S&D objectives of new initiatives through communicating all relevant product information, merchandising and tracking tools through sales rally meetings. Planning and executing Marketing calendar for TT & WHL channels.
  • Improving merchandising performance in TT & WHL channels through setting merchandising standards and developing innovative merchandising tools that reflect on sales volume and visibility.
  • Collecting and analysing all relevant information about competition: Activities cross trade channels Pricing strategy Innovations and communicate on a timely manner to management to take appropriate actions & decisions.
  • Sign off all promotions in liaison with Marketing & Sales functions as field ready from a customer perspective.
  • Working with sales & marketing managers to make recommendations on pricing strategy by trade channel, and package.
  • Select and brief external suppliers to provide the required POP materials and tailor made promotional activities to deliver competitive and cost effective advantage in-store. Ensure these materials are effectively and promptly distributed.
  • Translate Marketing initiatives into TT & WHL channels activity plans including: in-store targets, promotional guidelines, selling stories etc.
  • Provide all necessary physical support materials (sales aids, buyer boxes, samples etc.)
  • Cost effectively validates the in-store vision/ sales drivers by analyzing existing data or by implementing store tests. Use these insights to develop the plan and to bolster the selling story.
  • Monthly Update ACNielsen reports and shares the analysis with sales management.

We are looking for a Brand & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team to produce and oversee digital and print creative solutions to address our marketing needs. 


To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques. You will help to execute our creative vision across digital, web, video, emails, and social communications. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing and producing creative assets across marketing channels. You will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure all marketing channels deliver high-quality work that speaks to our brand and drives customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects and all key mediums.
  • Design industry-leading marketing assets that follow our brand guidelines across our marketing and sales channels.
  • Utilize creative execution to clearly promote our products and services to the customer and to deliver on customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery, designing original pieces, including illustrations and infographics.
  • Responsibility for the build and design of marketing campaigns including website, online advertisements, social media templates, and email templates, print, OOH etc.
  • Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in creative marketing (design, art, digital) or related
  • Portfolio of creative leading to brand and/or business successes
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field
  • Proficiency designing across all digital channels (web, email, video/social, digital and printing)
  • Experience working within financial services or trading is highly desirable
  • Ability to drive innovation and brand distinction while executing creative work within scope, time, and budget restraints
  • Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to follow and develop our current brand guidelines
  • Expert level in working with Figma, Adobe Suite including Photoshop, Adobe Anime, Visual Studio Code, Blender, Google Web Designer
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS when producing the creative elements for emails and webpages designs
  • Expertise in holistic digital engagement across all channels, platforms, and devices
  • Experienced or at least comfortable producing content in various languages (translation supplied)
  • Familiarity with UI/UX work is a plus
