Job Purpose:
- Lead the development of TT Business Plan and make sure it is implemented to deliver/ exceed the planned volume, revenue and profit targets for assigned the assigned channels across the regions
Partnering with RSM & ASM to unlock root causes of poor performance or opportunities in specific areas, while developing, implementing and tracking the trade plans for sustainable revenue growth

- Develop & execute the trade plan based on thorough analysis, market observations, & constant interaction with sales field team to achieve consistent revenue, share, & profit growth
- Directing the field team on execution gaps through 3rd Party audits & regular market visits; in addition to updating the execution standards along with the trade marketing & sales field team.
- Develop & deliver the business plan through cost effective Customer Development Agreements (CDA) through targeting the proper sales drivers by channel
- Manage & Agree on optimal items range (MSL) & trade prices across TT channels & regions
- Develop and maintain a channel Fact Book that contains all relevant customer information, Stores details, as detailed in selling edge
- Issue a quarterly report covering channel performance versus target, implementation of the account plan and the outlook for the balance of the year
- Drive revenue, shares, & profitability for the TT channel.
- Develop & deliver the business plan through cost effective Customer Development Agreements (CDA) through targeting the proper sales drivers by channel
- Lead the AOP discussion related to TT channel in terms of projected volume, D&A requirement, S&D budget
- Partner with the sales development team to define the proper GTM strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify the impact of the commercial calendar
- Utilize retail audit and shopper insights to unlock market opportunities
- Direct the sales operation supervisors on the trade plans to ensure they assist, monitor and track all agreed plans
- Direct the sales team on delivering the volume based on the agreed revenue management mix
- Develop a 360 degree scorecard to determine the health of the channel by subregion, taking into consideration, volume performance, route KPIs, retail audit, financial indications and market audits

Qualifications/Requirements
EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- B.S. degree from an accredited university. Degree in business management or similar
- 4-8 years of field experience across traditional trade channels (DTS, SSV &/or WS)
- Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner
- Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Listens well and seeks input from others. Knows how to effectively communicate and sell his/her ideas at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Execute and operationalize a business strategy.
- Strong Negotiation and Relationship building skills and ability to influence - Ability to influence at all levels and build relationship
